Had to reschedule twice because company “couldn’t find us” as previous customers. Rude office staff.

It didn't go with this company. Angie's List online offered me this company and another with several good reviews. I put in a request online for a quote to both. The other company called me back the following morning, we set up a date for Fri for a quote. The quote was good, he was able to do the work right then, so it is all done. I actually didn't think I would hear back from Overhead, figuring that my job was too small and unimportant. So I was very surprised when I received a voice mail from their office today (Monday- the following week) wanting to know if they could help me. Really? Sorry, I had the choice of calling them to tell them the work has been done by someone who is responsive, or I could just close the loop here on Angie's List where I started. So my advice- if they can't call back in a reasonable amount of time, they don't really want your work. I won't recommend them.

It was very good very quick and very reasonable.

It was excellent service, they always do a great job.

Patrick called in advance and arrived on schedule at my daughter's condo. I'm glad I repeated the correct address when he called, because the office staff gave him the wrong address. It only took him 20-25 minutes to complete the repair. Patrick also adjusted the chain and lubricated all the moving parts. I would hire this firm again.

Patrick arrived within the original time envelope and called within 15 minutes of his arrival - as per their information. He cited the exact same price I was quoted over the phone ($226). He replaced both springs and checked over the remainder of the garage door hardware - finding three hinges that were cracked. While he quoted a price to replace these hinges, I decided to accomplish that task myself. Really a super job for the best price - cannot ask for more

The repair was ok, the problem was, on the phone we were quoted $260 for the repair, the job took 40 minutes parts and lube were $36.45, total for repair with tax, $455.77, we should have been told ahead of the repair. GREED!!!

Installation was good, technicians did a good job and work was done fast. Had a small problem getting opener programmed, they promise to return and fix the problem.

A nice young man (James I think) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as a worn out gear and gave me my options. I elected to replace the gear and he got to work right away. He worked fast and made several other adjustments. I really enjoyed talking to him and everything works great. He was very polite and professional.

The door was fixed quickly and the technician checked over the whole system. The cost was elevated because we asked for emergency service on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend, so we’re not complaining. We always call Overhead for garage door problems and they always perform better than we expect.

James was exceptional. Great work ethic-called and showed up when promised. Fast worker. I have used Overhead before and they always do quality work. In this state, that's kind of rare. I wish other services were as good! Would highly highly recommend this company.

Spring replaced quickly and professionally

Increasing episodes of clunking sound. He came out and fixed it. All is well!

After paying more than $300 dollars, the repair man said that if the part failed within 3 months they would return and install a new Garage Door opener for about $900 to $1300 depending on the model I selected. I did not feel much confidence that my current door opener would continue working for much longer.

So far so good, I'd give them all "A's". I would absolutely use them again.

They were on site in less than an hour to do the work. Professional and quick installation. Justin was great. Did the job, did some minor door tuning and made sure everything worked. Will call next time need some work.

Sean came within a couple of hours. They said they could come right away if it was an emergency and I needed to get my car out. It wasn't an emergency so I could wait. But he came very promptly. He called when he was on his way. It was fixed in a few minutes. Sean was so pleasant and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with. This is a wonderful company. I've always had a great experience with them

We contacted them to come in and put in new weather stripping. I had no idea that they charge $99 just to show up. They charged us $300 just to do weather stripping. The quality was great. They said they were going to be here at a certain time, and they didn't show up for an hour later. The guy was very professional.
