Description of Work: I had an experience with Narrow Leaf Inc. They do yard work and landscaping. More recently, they upgraded our sprinkler system and in the front yard, they installed a new lawn, took down two Maple trees and planted two Chinese Vestibule Trees.

Description of Work: They provided landscaping improvements to the backyard of my residence. They removed existing grass sod lawn, replaced and rearranged the existing sprinkler irrigation system with 36 inch metal riser sprinklers, installed a wood frame pedestrian entrance gate, installed crusher fines for paths and areas adjacent to the house, graded the ground level and installed existing pavers for a future eight foot by ten foot shed, installed a 12 foot diameter paver sitting circle in the middle of the backyard with a crusher fines path from the house to the circle, and finally installed two inch depth bark mulch over bare ground for the rest of the irrigated backyard. All work was performed with excellent workmanship. The project was authorized on August 26, 2015, but due to a heavy backlog of previously authorized work for others by Narrow Leaf and due to adverse weather conditions, they were not actually able to start the project until November 23, 2015. Nearly all of the work was completed within two weeks.

Description of Work: Jeff did a very good job in repairing and installing the interior of my sun room after 4 ft. of the walls had to be removed and new blue wall installed throughout. He repaired holes to the exterior and straightened the walls. Good job and very professional and courteous throughout the repair job.

Description of Work: Paver patio, rocks, gravel paths, trees and shrubs. Everything was well-done and looks great and they even replaced a couple plants that died from shock within the first month. Tom has been very responsive to our ongoing questions on how to care for our yard. It took a few weeks longer to get started than anticipated and took a few days longer to finish due to a couple errors (that were happily remedied!). All in all, would definitely use them again, and we just might when we are ready to put up a pergola.

Description of Work: They installed a French Drain on the side of my house and connected my downspout so that all the water on that side of the house would run to the back yard away from the house. I am happy with the work they did but unfortunately I won't know if the drain is effective in solving my problem until next monsoon season. They arrived as per the original schedule and they were finished the same day as planned. Everything was cleaned up and all waste was removed by them.

Description of Work: Although Narrow Leaf does the bulk of its business with large companies and schools, they will do landscaping work on residential yards (they don't do on-going yard maintenance for residences). Tom, the owner, came to our house and personally wrote up an estimate to have two large koi ponds removed from our backyard and have it xeriscaped. They brought in native plants, and did a beautiful job with crushed rock. They also installed a large rock water feature with two wonderful water spouts that cascade the water down over the rock, making a delightful gentle sound. They installed two really beautiful rock benches that look like they were made for our yard. We had a great time at Narrow Leaf picking out the water feature and rock benches. They also removed two large waterfall features, and put in pavers where needed. They repaired a botched irrigation job that the previous owner had installed. We were so impressed with their work, their products, and their attitude that we had Tom write up an estimate to remove for free a now unnecessary (and ugly) large metal sanitizer for the pond, and re-route a poorly installed gutter to insure run-off will go down the appropriate drainage ditch and not into our yard. They plan on beginning in a few weeks, after they complete another job. Narrow Leaf is a great company because of its people, and we would recommend them to anyone with absolutely no reservations.
