They are very thorough with their cleaning. Their motto is to make it look like you are staying in a fine hotel so they add special touches. They are very meticulous with their work. The manager is very responsive to my requests. The crew is good with my animals and only uses supplies that are animal friendly. The only downfall is I don't receive the same crew each cleaning. I have requested a certain crew that I like particularly well and the manager tries to schedule them whenever she can.

They clean every two weeks top to bottom. It's wonderful. I am very happy with them. Kim and Jack run a very friendly, professional business. They are very nice people. They are very flexible for me.

The owners are extremely responsive. There was couple of times that I had to change the dates due to death in the family. They were extremely responsive. Sometimes the supervisor comes with the crew just to check and make sure that everything's done correctly. Their attention to details is excellent. They always call before they come. They always come when they say. I have never had any sort of a delay. I would use them in the future.

They are easy to reschedule and let me know if they break something or have questions.

They are awesome. The company is owed by Kim. They do follow up and they are very flexible. They are awesome, awesome, awesome. They are here for about 2 hours. They help me with staff that I can't do. Their prices are great. I used another company that raised their prices and wanted to charge $250 for 2 hours of cleaning. They have a policy that if something is broken and they don't report it, then they may lose their jobs. One of the girls thought she broke my stovetop and the company called me and said that they would cover the cost. They are always on time.

They called ahead and were able to show up early. Two person team came in, did a brief walk through with the previous estimate paperwork and got busy. They did a fairly thorough cleaning of the house, front to back, top to bottom. Struck a good balance between detail and time efficiency - they are FAST, but this was no rushed job. Not a super deep clean, but I was impressed with that they were able to accomplish in 3 hours and very happy with the work. This was just an initial clean, they will be back for regular cleaning, bi-weekly for about $120 each visit.

They did a good job. I have been having them come every other week. The important thing to remember, no matter who your cleaning service is, is that nobody will clean your house like you do. The ladies that have cleaned our house do a good job, are courteous and considerate of our possessions.

I've been using them for over a year now. They come once a month and clean the house up. They do a pretty good job and they are not fairly expensive. They have my house keys, so I don't really wait for them. They try to send the same crew every time, but if they can't they call me to make sure it's okay. I'm never home when they come to clean.

At first, there was a problem with crew arriving earlier than scheduled. Once that was resolved, the service has been reliable, and they do phone a few days in advance to confirm the appointment.

This was a great experience overall. The company was very responsive to inquiries over the phone and provided a very prompt on-site estimate, done by the owner, Kim Funk. She estimated that it would take about 2-3 hours to clean the house. Our house, in my opinion, was not very dirty. The house was vacated. I cleaned out all the cabinets and closet shelving (all except on closet) while the cleaners did the rest which also included cleaning out the refrigerator. It took the 2 cleaners about 3 hours. They were both polite, very thorough, and worked the entire time. Molly Maid tries to use "green" products when possible. We also used Molly Maid to do a Move-In cleaning.

. I like that they are flexible and they are convenient. They also have a very good pricing schedule. They do a good job. They are good value for the money you pay them. They are excellent. I would use them in the future.

We really liked them. They were good at being careful with our pets and not letting them out. They were a very pet friendly business and they did a good job.

It was very good overall. They did a very nice job and worked hard. They were careful with my processional in terms of breaking anything. They asked me about what I particularly wanted to prioritize for the cleaning. I ended up using them for an additional hour after their 2 hours to work on some additional things. They worked efficiently.

Very happy with thoroughness of cleaning. I have house cleaning done bi-weekly. They have a key to my home; cleaning is done while I am away.

I have been using this Molly Maid service every other week since last summer. The owner, Kim Funk, has been wonderful to work with. I have used various cleaning services for over twenty-five years and this Molly Maid franchise has provided the best service I have every received. The housecleaning staff is very polite, attentive, and detail oriented. My kitchen and bathrooms glisten, everything is well dusted, and my hardwood and ceramic floors shine. The house cleaners also get every bit of pet hair off the carpets and furniture. In addition to routine cleaning, they cleaned my refrigerator and it is spotless -- it has not been this clean since it was new. Also, they take special care not to let out my indoor-only cats. For this level of service, their pricing is very reasonable.

When Molly Maid first started cleaning for us about 1 1/2 years ago, service was better but gradually deteriorated to the point that inadequate cleaning had to be pointed out (someone had to continually go around and double check what was done and what was not done). Molly Maid always said they would send someone out to correct what wasn't done correctly but this is very inconvenient to have someone out again. The last cleaning was sloppy and the cleaners didn't seem intent on doing a professional job. I felt my $139.99 was wasted and told Molly Maid to cancel my cleaning. Sorry to have to do a negative report but others should be aware that quality varies from month to month.

I was not present when they performed the work. They cleaned all rooms, frig and freezer, oven, carpet (vaccum), bathrooms, window blinds, mopped tile floors. I dropped the house key off at their office (which is near my new home) before cleaning date, and picked the key up two days after they had finished. Very convenient.
