I was very happy with service. They arrived most of the time, on time . They are willing to change the date without a problem and they did a good job.

Molly Maids were great, at first. I needed help with cleaning the house as I was a full time worker and full time student. Over 1.5 years of using them, I got to know the team well. One member was consistent and her partner seemed to change a lot. Overall, they broke 4 items (2 statues, 1 kitchen item, 1 computer cable was cut in half with a vacuum). The computer cable was replaced but the other items were discounted on the next session. I understand things happen.... but it kept happening. Services also declined over time. The fans are not dusted, shower not scrubbed, etc. The biggest thing for me is trust and theft. I have a necklace that was gifted to me that had the chain switched out. I would never switch the chain because it belonged to the necklace. The chain it was switched with was longer, a different link type and clasp. I am also missing 4 total diamond rings. At first, I figured I lost one, because I have done so in the past. But all four? I do not wear rings because of my job... they were sitting on my nightstand and gradually started disappearing. Now there is no way I can prove this because there are no cameras in the house but old pictures of my necklace confirm it is a different chain. Molly Maids suggested I write a police report, but that is all. It's frustrating because there's no way I can get my personal items back. It was always nice to come home to a clean home, but my trust is broken at this point and we have to move on...

Did a complete and quick job. Three people went through and had everything looking great in a short amount of time.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their home cleaned regularly or even just a one-time cleaning. I've used them for both and they don't disappoint. They call and let me know when they are on the way and they are so polite, professional, and so much faster than I could even think about being! They are always pleasant to work with. I continue to use them regularly.

They do a good, if basic, job. But do not clean baseboards regularly unless asked. I've been told they cannot do walls. The office is very helpful and always responds when contacted.

We needed cleaning help because of temporary physical limitations. The teams were always here as scheduled and were polite and kind to our pets. The initial clean cost quite a bit; it is Molly Maid policy to start with a minimum two-hour deep clean. It was well done. Our house is small and fairly neat, we picked up thoroughly before each visit. After four cleanings, we are ready to cancel. The teams do a good job, but we've noticed diminished quality of the work each time. To be fair, we were last on the schedule the day before Thanksgiving; it was already dark and I'm sure the crew was tired. I don't believe they check the special instructions; last time we forgot to put out the special cleaner for our bamboo floors, so they wet mopped. We were home, but out on the patio, and nobody asked for the product. Luckily, there doesn't appear to be damage. Considering the cost, we'll do it ourselves from here on out. We would hire them again in the future if needed, but hope for more consistent quality from the cleaners.

We leave prior to team #10 arriving. I leave notes for them & they perform the specific extra work I request. Example: They had to clean brick floors twice after we had remodeling done. $139.50 + voluntary $5 tips.

It was nice to be able to adjust to exactly what we need.

We've used Molly Maid for over five years and have never been disappointed. The ladies (Adriana and Raquel - Team 6) are always friendly, helpful and do a great job! We usually leave while they are here and when we come back the house is spic and span and smells and looks CLEAN!! They come every two weeks, we've never had an issue and hope to have them for many years to come. The office staff is also very friendly and professional.

Usually two people came out to complete the service and it took 1-2 hours. They would tell me in detail what they were going to do. I would use them again.

Great. Our team (Rosalba and Ines) are amazing. We miss them when another team has to come instead. They are considerate with details. Our house is usually already clean, so I appreciate the details.

The ladies phone to let us know they're on their way (we have cats and cat stuff to put away). They come with everything they need to do a great job. And when they leave, all they leave is a wonderfully clean house.

These ladies are professional, on time. They come every 2 weeks to my house. Their 1st visit they cleaned the grime from the stove after several years of buildup.

We love Molly Maid cleaning. They rotate a deep cleaning of a specific area during each session. Their service really helps with daily cleaning. We spend less time maintaining the house than we would if we didn't have Molly Maid.

They were on time, so happy to be here and I could not be more happy with them. The girls are quick but never cut corners. Over the years I have used several cleaning services but this is the best and I could not be more thankful for the staff.

No problems with them. They come once a month, actually every 4 weeks, but they don't say they will be there at a certain hour a day but they do call us when they are going to be their that day. It usually takes a hour or so. It's not that big of a house. I am very rarely there when they clean the house. It works out fine. When we are there, they do a good job.
