Upon their arrived. They great me-always friendly. They start working immediately. They clean the hall, work their way to the bathrooms, living room, dining room and the the kitchen. They clean everything and they do it in a timely & professional manner.

Excellent service, on time, thorough. This service has been cleaning our home for 7 yrs. We have never had a problem with their personal. Nothing broken, nothing misplaced, nothing miss less.

They do an amazing job every time! they are very pleasant & easy to talk too excellent team leader & team.

This review applies to cleanings over time. Overall satisfied with the services-would prefer deeper cleaning of the floors, but that may cost more! Girls are always on time and call if there's a problem. Not a big deal, but I have to go around a straighten all the pictures after girl are finished.

They always do a great job. I'm so glad I called Molly Maids and got team 18. Hilda and Nancy and Laura are friendly and very courteous every time and make the house work look like its easy. Always on time and bring the cleaning tools with them, and use the non scented cleaning products which is wanted. I have a small house so the efficiency of the teamwork makes for a fast visit leaving everything shinning in only an hour and a half. Thank you Molly Maid team 18.

Team 4 Minerva and Ana. The best. Minerva has been cleaning my house for 5 yrs now. She is excellent and trustworthy.

Cleaning quality is getting progressively worse and a statue was broken and I was not informed. Then to boot I cannot find the piece that broke off so I cannot even fix it. I will be switching services

They always show up on the day of the appointment, but we are usually not home, so we don't know the exact time they arrive. - House always looks nice when they clean. - They don't do "deep" cleaning. - We often find places in the house that they miss (some surfaces not dusted, hair on bathroom floor). - They often move things and do not put things back in the same place when they clean (rugs in bathroom, scale in bathroom, trash cans, etc). - They vacuum furniture, which we like a lot. - Floors mostly look clean. Things they could do to improve: - Pay a little more attention to detail - Not try to hurry quite so much. Understand that they probably clean more than one house per day, but our impression is that they are hurrying so fast that they miss things and occasionally break things.

The 2 person crew was here on time. They were very friendly and professional. They had their work cut out for them as I had neglected my house cleaning while preparing to remodel my home. The first cleaning is more expensive since they stay longer and work harder to get the house thoroughly clean. They did a fantastic job and I've hired them back for regular cleaning, every other week. I love having a well cleaned house.

The very first cleaning years ago went fine. Now we find we get the untrained teams sent to our place. We have asked several times to send one team that is very good and they will a few times and then swap us out. We're not sure our issues get to the owners, perhaps this posting will.

If Jack or his wife would've called and apologized and admitted their mistake, I would've been happy to hire them. They did do a good job cleaning but make sure to get an estimate first and follow up with a phone call to make sure you are on the schedule.

This was Thanksgiving Eve so we were very happy to get them. It was a team of 2 and they worked very hard and did a very good job!

I had this service for about 4 years. The service steadily declined, to the point they were using vinegar for cleaning everything! That included antiques, other wood furniture, everything. I stayed home and watched and sniffed on a recent clean. I asked one of the maids, in Spanish, what they cleaned with. She told me that all they gave them was vinegar, including for cleaning wood furniture, which was a new practice. I expect the economy took a toll on the cleaning company, and they decided to use vinegar exclusively. They often did not have the proper product to clean my ceramic stovetop, and I had to clean it myself with my own product a few times. I do not fault the maids, most of them are decent people just trying to make a living. I do fault management, for not using the correct supplies, for sending the crew when I didn't know they were coming, and just plain being stingy with cleaning products. They gave me a schedule at the beginning of the year, which I hung on my refrigerator, and after several months the marker they used to mark the dates on the calendar they gave me had completely faded away. Luckily (I thought) they always gave me a courtesy call the week before, and I arranged for someone in the household to be there. However, the last several months, they had showed up unannounced. The last straw was when they showed up and both members of my household had an appointment and I had to send them back. The final slap in the face is they charged me $70 for showing up and emptying the trash cans. LIke I said, I don't fault the workers, it's their management. Don't use this service!!!!

So far I'm satisfied. It's nice not having to clean my own toilets.

The maids or the owner cannot be trusted. If anything is "taken" from your house, don't expect to retrieve it or don't expect Kim to even believe you. She will try to intimidate you by being mean. I have used this service for 3 years. For 3 years I was loyal and tried to work through the problems I encountered such as floors not being cleaned and the maids not cleaning anything that wasn't on the initial cleaning list 3 years ago. I was always very kind to the maids leaving them a cash tip each time (my mistake!) They never took it upon themselves to "go the extra mile" by cleaning my 3-year-olds twins potties (as we didn't have those potties when I started with Molly Maids). I would leave the potties taken apart in the sink and they would just leave them in the sink, unwiped and urine on the inside still. As I mentioned, I was always very kind. I had 2 bags of my old clothes and some purses upstairs in my room. I left a note saying that they may take "the 2 bags of clothes and purses" IN MY ROOM (again, my mistake!). They maids took all the clothes and purses in my room in addition to boxes of toys, boxes of shoes, 8 bags of kids' clothes and hanging Christmas dresses and Halloween costumes from ANOTHER ROOM! I was devastated when I got home that night. I felt like I had been robbed. I thought for sure Kim would see that there was a misunderstanding and apologize for the error and be sure that all of my stolen items were returned. She was the complete opposite. I went to the Molly Maids location and retrieved about 50% of my items. At that time, I only noticed some of the big items that were missing. I was told by the operations manager that Kim was on vacation and that she wouldn't be able to get back to me until the following week. I waited and waited and she never called. Finally I called and left her a message twice on Thursday (a week and a half after my things were taken). She still didn't return my call. I had to call the police. Obviously she wasn't taking me seriously. That got her attention and she finally returned my call with her whole staff on the conference call. She was very mean. She said she wasn't on vacation and she had known about this the whole time she was in Austin expanding her operation. She said she didn't call me back because she gave her operations manager full authority to handle anything. Kim tried to intimidate me by yelling at me stating that I received all of my stuff back except for the 3 items I named when I was at her location that day. She said as far as she was concerned this issue was resolved because they gave back what they could retrieve. They kept the rest. I am thoroughly disgusted and cannot believe someone would treat me like this when I feel that I was the victim. Kim has a poor sense of customer service and was completely out of line. I hope no one else falls victim to Kim and her staff.

This was a poorly kept rental home that had been vacated three weeks prior. Two women showed up and worked non-stop for 3 hours getting the house cleaner than I even thought was possible! They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use them again!

They do a good, thorough job. I have had no problems with them.

The thing that I don't like is the fact that I don't get the same team every time. Sometimes I get teams that are excellent that I could have them back and other times I get ones that are adequate. They are always adequate but some are outstanding. Sometimes they change the schedule without telling me like if I schedule first appointment at the morning but they will call and tell that they will come for the second appointment.

We hired them for a cleaning before a party on Saturday, April 21st. We explained that the job must be done by 4/20. The company accepted the job. Then on 4/19, they called to tell us they were too busy and could not do the work. We counted on them & they let us down.
