MOBILE SCREEN & GLASS INC

The window seal between two panes of glass failed allowing condensation between the panes. Called Moble Screen and Glass on Saturday and they sent and estimator on Wednesday. He gave me a written estimate and took measurements. The glass was replaced the following Monday. Very prompt and professional.

My dogs had broken a single strength pane of glass in a multi-pane casement window. The technician replaced it with double strength so it will be less likely to break in the future. In the event that it does recur, he recommended laminated glass. They arrived approximately 2 hours after my call and I appreciated their timeliness in getting the work done the same day.

Ken came to my house to give the estimate, provided me with options and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, the crew was on time. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy with the results, and will be calling Mobile Screen and Glass when it's time to replace my windows.

The estimate was given and the door had to be ordered. Although it was a little pricey, the gentleman seemed very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had another estimate which was cheaper but we didn't feel as confident with what we were being offered.This company knew exactly what this project was going to entail. When the door was installed, it fit perfectly. The security bars were re-installed and the work site was left clean.

We highly recommend them. We dealt with them before. When we went there, I knew that I would be contacting them for the repair. I was pleassantly surprised that they had no problem doing the custom-made glass for the cabinets that we did. We're totally happy with them in the past. We continue to be very satisfied with them. They did an excellent job. RJ led the crew. The whole crew was very polite. They were very careful in not smudging the walls. The window was very heavy and it took 4 guys to install it. It was a fair price.

Removed an 18 x 24 inch screen from the window and brought it into the shop on a Thursday, and offered a one-day turnaround. Picked up the screen the next day - and the new screen looked perfect. The folks were extremely nice and friendly and treated me as if I had been a customer for years instead of a brand-new walk-in off the street. Very refreshing customer service.

We give them triple A+. Made appt. for estimate. We were called the morning of appointment stating worker had called in sick but someone would be over as soon as they were finished with their job. Jeff came over and gave us estimate. Jeff and Dennis showed up 15 minutes early (good). They did an excellent job, very efficient and very, very friendly. Jeff explained several things we were doing wrong. Will we use them again? Definitely and probably will have them come back in a couple of months to replace old glass.

Caused by a drunk woman and her brother who should not have been in there to begin with. They fixed it the same day we called them. The service was done professionally, quickly and expertly. We will definitely use them again if necessary.

Jerry (the technician) was prompt and professional. They cleaned up broken glass from the front of the house and took all the old materials with them. The job was done quickly.

Excellent job. No sign that the metal wrap had to be removed.

They have them in stock, and an online video shows how to change. This saved us alot of time & $$, as we installed ourselves. Back to easy open/easy close windows. Have also used them for rescreening, dropping off old screens in the am, picking up in afternoon. Great folks, they've been there for years. Used them when living in the NE Heights, and now that we live on Albuq. westside, wouldn't go anywhere else -- the 20 minute drive is always worth it.

First, my phone call was answered by a human being who gave me all the information I needed and explained the charges. We set up an appointment, and as promised, the repairman called at 9:00 on the scheduled day to set up a convenient time. He showed up on time, took measurements, and returned on the next scheduled day to install the screens. Again he called at 9:00 to set up a convenient time. He installed the screens quickly and they look great. The cost matched the estimate exactly. The repairman also told me that since he now had measurements and all our windows are the same size, I could call in the future to replace screens on other windows and not have to pay the service fee for coming up with an estimate. I would definitely use this company again. They provided excellent service at a very reasonable charge.

David was the representative assigned to our area. He seemed to be very experienced and was able to work with our old style heavy door without a problem. We are amazed how easy it is now to slide the heavy door and the screen. He cleaned up the area well after he completed his work. And he also gave us a tutorial on how to keep the door sliding well into the future. We would certainly use him again.

We purchased a previously owned home. Home inspector found a number of the double pane windows had lost their seal and no longer had thermal integrety. Also noted a number of the window operators were inoperative. We had Mobile Screen and Glass correct this. They arrived on schedule, installed the glass and operators. Their representative was pleasant and easy to work with and handled the whole tranaction professionally.
