Very punctual, on top of communication, reasonably priced. Our technician got the job done very quickly and it looks like solid work. I'm very impressed and happy I didn't have to replace the entire window frame.

The work went extremely well. The technician was on time, efficient, and took time to answer my questions. The door works better than new.

Kevin came out on a Tuesday, measured the window and quoted a replacement cost. He said he would be out the following Tuesday to put it in. He arrived as scheduled and replaced the glass. Both visits were on schedule and Professional. I would not hesitate to recommend.

The two gentleman that came to the house were very professional and cleaned up after the job. We had two windows to replace and the moulding around most of the windows in the house. The moulding had become brittle and was chipped or falling out. Unfortunately they could not replace the bottom mouding as that is what holds in the windows. The new windows make a huge difference and look great. I rated a "B" because I was hoping to replace the moudlings all the way around the window. You don't have a lot of options when it comes to fixing fogged windows and they are knowledgeable and professional. We have also used Mobile S & G for screen replacements and they do a great job. even though i arrived right at 5p, closing time, they ran out and asked me to come in and waited on me. the screen door was ready when promised and reasonably priced. they took time to explain in detail how to install myself.

Jerry arrived ahead of schedule Friday 8/4, took measurements and did an estimate. Removed the screen door for work to be done off site. Said it would take a week. Friday 8/11 he called in am, predicted 2:30 pm. Later met me just past one with the repaired door, and two new window screens. Installed them all quickly and gave us a 10% discount for having the house listed with our realtor. The wood on the screen door was bad, screeners replaced some of it and stained the replacement wood at no extra charge.

The service was professional and ontime costing less than expected.

A number of screen types/grades were available. I went with what was originally installed. They provided pricing and completion dates for the jobs. The screens were completed on time. Quality of the materials and installation job seemed good. Pricing seemed reasonable. It was quite a bit lower than the estimate that I got from Pella- although the Pella estimate included going to our location and removing / reinstalling the screens. I would definitely go to them again in the future.

Excellent experience from getting the quote to having the installation done. Very polite,professional and knowledgeable as well as creative and energetic about suggestions for other problems in the house that I asked about. Will definitely use again.

The installer replaced one pane and beading but wouldn't replace the beading around the other pane. The installer maintained that "it was on me" if he broke the window while replacing the bead. The bead was crumbling and looked bad. When I talked to him earlier in the day on the phone he said his estimate included all the bead. If you need window repair pick another company and get a written estimate! Don't trust this company at their word. After the installer left I pulled out all the crumbling bead with no problem and no broken window. Now I need to get a reliable window repair company to install new bead.

Very well; they used a fairly standard storm door for the front, but inserted custom screen panels between the metal bars on the back entry, beautiful job.

The installer arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. Reinaldo very competently repaired and refurbished our heavy sliding glass patio door and it quickly became obvious he is a master of his craft. His completed the repairs in about 2 hours and now our old door is good for another decade of hard daily use. We are very satisfied with our experience with this company and this terrific installer and will call them again for any window and sliding door work.

Reynaldo was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and professional. He knew what needed to be done and did it. On second visit, he was running behind, but called twice to let us know status and arrived in plenty of time to complete our job. He was a pleasure to work with. I broke the door glass on a Friday afternoon at about 3:30. I called Mobile and described the situation and the woman who answered said she'd have to check and see if they could do the repair that day (since it was already late afternoon). She got back on the phone and said, "Yes! We can do it today! Someone will be there within 15 minutes." Sure enough, the repairman arrived in about 15 minutes, but as soon as he looked at the pane and started measuring, he said, "You know this is going to have to be replaced with safety glass and we can't get the glass today, so we'll have to come back Monday." He gave me a price of $474, which seemed pretty high. I was disappointed because the woman who originally took my call should have known it would need to be safety glass (it was a door) and not promised the work could be done that day. Over the weekend, my husband and I decided to replace the whole unit (which Mobile doesn't do) rather than just the pane. I tried calling Mobile but they are closed weekends with no way to leave a message. So I called at literally 8am Monday morning to say I was sorry but I wanted to cancel. The man who answered tried to make me feel guilty by saying the glass had already been cut. But when would the glass have been cut? They said they couldn't cut it Friday, they're closed over the weekend, and I called as soon as they opened Monday morning! Frustrating interaction.

Provided free estimate. Ordered tempered glass for an upstairs window. Completed work within a week of providing the estimate. Cleaned-up OK after working. Job well done.

The job was completed in less than two hours and I was very impressed with the quality of the work. There was no damage to the wood frame and a lot of care was taken to achieve this result. Everything was cleaned up and I have a new pristine window! There is a five year guarantee on the window and the seal which I am very pleased with. I have used Mobile before for replacement screens but this is my first time replacing a window. They will have all my business for screens and glass and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
