Description of Work: After a two week search to find a company to replace my picture windows I was blessed to find Mobile Screen & Glass. I live in an adobe Santa Fe style home with the most amazing view of the Sandia's. The big companies told me I would loose 2 inches of my view on each window because the windows would be framed. I had no intention to loose any of my view. I was told to go to a glass replacement company and found Mobile Screen & Glass. Ben & Dusty were very efficient. Ben was an artist the way he replaced the windows and I now have my full magnificent view back. Do not settle for losing any of your view!!!

Description of Work: Replacement of a home window broken by a rock. Mobile Screen and Glass arrived as scheduled to give the estimate and then prepped the inside of the window. That way, he was able to return a week later and replace the window without me being home.

Description of Work: The service provider came on time to give me an estimate to repair a screen door. The screen door could not be repaired, so I was not charged. They provide free estimates.

Description of Work: They were very timely for a minor emergency if a broken window. I called them that morning at ~8 and the window was replaced by 1 pm!

Description of Work: Mobile Screen and glass fabricated a new sliding screen door for the one we had worn out. It seems to work great but the lock will have to be adjusted. They are very friendly and the work was done as promised.

Description of Work: I can't really remember when I had this work done - last (2014) summer sometime, I think. The technician was great. He coordinated with me on timing, and when he could not meet the time he promised, he called and we rescheduled. That's all I ask! (People who don't call and don't show up are so exasperating.) The tech helped me figure out what to have done. I didn't realize I was going to have to have some non glass work done around one window. He showed me what the problem was, and I could clearly see it was a problem. It wasn't work he could do, but he made some good suggestions and I was able to get it fixed. I thought he was very knowledgable about the windows in my house. It is a 30 year old house, and the windows are probably all 30 years old. Two of the windows were half-circle shapes, each a different size. I know they were a pain to size and get cut out accurately, but he worked through it. The windows have now been in at least six months, and I've had no problems. The cost was about what I expected. I don't think it was high or low for the service provided.

Description of Work: We used them in the past to replace a patio door that the builders had installed very poorly. They were great on all counts. We decided to now replace the huge picture window in the bedroom, plus 3 other smaller windows, so we first went to them again. No disappointments so far!
