When I called, they asked if I would be available morning or afternoon the next day. I said afternoon. They said they would call first thing in the morning to set up the hour. They called then, set the time for 1:30, and they were there right on time. The two workers were courteous and knowledgeable, and they set right to work. In taking out the fixed glass to get at the door, they noticed the security clip had been improperly installed so after fixing the door they inspected the security clips on the other two doors and found both of them improperly installed. They corrected all three. They had the replacement rollers on their truck, but they noticed the door handle was worn. They could not repair it and they didn't have a replacement, so they called another of their trucks in the area, who brought over a replacement door handle. All in all, they were quick, courteous, efficient, they fixed some things not in the original estimate -- and the price remained exactly as the original estimate.

One of my bedroom thermal pane windows was smashed with a rock during a burglary, leaving a large hole in the window. Mobile was the second company I called because I needed same day service. A service man came within the hour, took the window and promised it back in an hour and a half. The window did come back in a little over an hour.

I called and got an appointment the next day. The technician arrived on time, and determined quickly that the rollers were worn out and needed replacing. He dismantled the door, replaced the rollers and put it (mostly) back together. The charge was $125, which felt high to me given it took only about 45 minutes, but I was still happy we didn't have to replace the door. I did not make any comparison calls on pricing, since I didn't know what the problem was ahead of time, and my husband was the one home, and he just went ahead and authorized the repair. My husband was home for this repair, so maybe it was partially his fault for not paying attention, but the technician did not put the screen door back on before he left. This was more of a nuisance than anything else, since it meant my husband had to stay home the next day to have him come back to complete the job. Yes, we probably could have figured out how to pop it back on ourselves, but that really isn't the point. Overall, we were happy with the work done.

This company is great! Jay came out and gave me an estimate and a about week later they replaced the glass and the window looks like new. There was no mess and there were no problems. It was a very professional job from the estimate to the finish. I will use them again. Wish I'd known this was possible before I had some windows completely replaced - that was expensive and I'm not happy with the windows, but that's another story.

They were punctual, efficient and professional and got all the work done in less than a day. Theirs was the only estimate I got so I can't compare the price to others but it seemed reasonable.

Estimator arrived on time and was courteous. Installation was scheduled for two days later. Installers were punctual and performed the work quickly. Everything went very well.

THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND DEPENDABLE. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB. HE EVEN VACUUMED UP THE MESS THAT HE HAD MADE. THE WINDOW LOOKS AS IF IT WAS NEVER EVEN BROKEN.

EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN IN THEIR SHOP, OR THEY HAVE CAME TO MY HOME, THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME AND I AM GLAD I HIRED THEM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO VERY HELPFUL. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS PLEASANT AND I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID.

THEY MADE HERE ON TIME AND THEY DID NOT POKE AROUND. THE PRICES WERE IN OUR RANGE, THEY ACTUALLY SAVED US A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I LIKE THE WAY THEY WORK.
