Excellent job - efficient, professional and super quick.

The installer came to the house and took measurements. Called later that day with an estimate and scheduled the delivery date. Two days later he called and advised he would be at the house within the hour. Arrived as promised and finished the installation within 45 minutes. Cleaned up after he was finished. Outstanding servce.

The hand crank did NOT operate; I was unable to open the window. I called and set up a follow up appointment with Mobile. I talked to (I'll call him Larry) and he told me to call and confirm appointment on morning of appointment. I called and spoke with "Larry" on that morning and he said that I was NOT scheduled for a call that day and that he did not remember making the appointment. I was irritated and explained that I had taken off from work to get this done and therefore they should be sending someone out. Larry finally set up an appointment for that day. This new workperson had to REMOVE the hand crank that his co-worker had installed because he had put in the wrong appliance; the repairman stated he would have to special order the correct one when he got back to the office. He stated that it would take a couple of weeks. I followed up after a couple of weeks and the woman in the office had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. She said that she would refer my call to one of the other office girls who handled special orders; this 2nd girl was on the other line and would call me right back. Well, 2 hours later I called again. There was NO special order for the "operator" hand crank. Nothing had been written up. I told her that working with Mobile Screen was like dealing with the 3 stooges. No one talked to anyone else in the office. No one wrote down anything, including appointments that were scheduled. No one follows through with anything. I would go windowless before I would ever call this unprofessional, unorganized company. And to top it off, when I called to have someone else repair the "operator", they also had to replace the window because the glass didn't even fit; it was slipping out of the frame! What a sh_ _ ty job Mobile did!!!!

Glass on the 18 year old house was cloudy and not element-proof. Argon between glass panes had long since leaked out and windows had a noticeable breeze entering the house when the wind blew. The glass was fogged from the inside, so cleaning the windows on the outside did nothing to remove the haze. The glass was toast, so I figured new windows were needed. Got several estimates on window replacement, but newer windows did not look as nice as the wood casements originally installed in the house. Cost was going to be exorbitant, plus the "hey, I got new windows after the house was built" look of the extra-wide trim on the outside was not that appealing. On a whim, decided to call in a glass replacement company to see if that option was even available to me. Called Mobile Screen & Glass and they were able to send estimator Rod out very quickly. He surveyed the outside and inside of the house, and told me the original wood casings were still in fantastic shape, and it wasn't necessary to replace the entire unit, just the glass and seals. That was such wonderful news! I could keep the elegant look of the wood, get airtight windows again, plus save a bundle of cash! He worked up the estimate on-site and I made the decision right away to go with the glass replacement. The cost difference between new windows and glass replacement was well over $15,000 and several days. His crew came out on the day promised, which was only a few days from the estimate, and basically 1 young gentleman did the bulk of the work removing the old glass & installing the new. The second young man showed up later due to another errand he was on, and helped with the one or two remaining windows, cleaned the glass and picked up all the old debris. They were done in less than 4 hours. The new glass was AMAZING...I hadn't seen clean windows in many years and it made the whole house seem so much more bright. The new glass was the same R-factor of the old, but boy does the house retain the inside temperature much better. Wish I would have done this 10 years ago! Very nice installers, clean work, very professional all the way around.

Everything went smoothy. They showed up on time and had the two windows replaced in about an hour. There was a minor issue with the window seal slightly showing on one of the windows, which they quickly solved with a nice bead of calk. Very satisfied.

I called on Tues. to schedule an appointment for the rollers on the closet doors at my mother's home to be replaced. My mom is in the hospital and will be in a walker when she gets home. The appt. was for Friday between 8-9 a.m. I spent the night at my mom's to make sure I was there, On Thursday night, I also received a call from the doctor who said she would be released Friday at 1:30. At 9:15 Friday a.m. I received a message that the person who was scheduled to do my "estimate" for "glazing" had a doctor's appointment and would call at 11 or so. I called back to say that they have information wrong and what I wanted/needed. After being furious because the information was SO screwed up (I could have gone to work in the a.m.!) and calling around to a couple other places to see if they could do the job (no, Mobile Screen & Glass is the place those places recommended for roller repairs), I had to call back and agree to the time of 3:30 to have them come out and do the rollers. There was no way my 80 year old mom could have moved those closet doors on her own when she is as weak as she is now and it is estimated another 1-3 months before she is almost back to where she was prior to the surgery. And, knowing my mom, she would have tried and probably done herself more harm. So this was something that I NEEDED to get done prior to her coming home. Besides, these were in her room where she would be sleeping/recouperating for the next week or so. As fate would have it, my mother had a respiratory set-back due to the smoke that blanketed Albuquerque and would not be coming home today. So that worked out. The gentleman who came out to do the work was on time, very professional, courteous and quick. I appreciate how well the doors work now and how well the work went. Most likely, due to the speed and accuracy of his repair, I could have arranged to pick my mother up AFTER the repair, but they did not have any knowledge of how long this would take. I suggest, the day prior to your appointment, you call and confirm the time and what is needing to be done -- especially if you have to take time off or have other things to do.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service. My schedule is a bit hectic and I needed to be home for the estimate and the repair. They were very willing to work with my schedule and didn't make it seem like it was a hardship. Excellent service, quality work. If I need anything else done for windows, mirrors or screens I will call them!

The guys were very professional and did a great job. They were in and out quickly and always on time.

They were great and it was very good overall. First of all they had the little plastic part that I needed to place and they did it fairly quickly. They were easy to get in touch with and it was an inexpensive repair.

They were great. Ken came out and gave me an estimate. I had looked around at many other companies and their top shelf window price was lower than others that had come. Significantly lower than some. Windows are expensive, but it is worth it to put in good ones. I had had a lot of problems with water leaks with the windows that I had before and so I knew I needed vinyl windows. I got the Milgard windows and they are awesome. I did research and found that they are top rated windows across the country and the company is in good standing. It took 3 weeks for the shipment to get in and just 2 days for them to install them. The guys that came to install were really great and very careful and thorough. They were very respectful of my house and I felt very comfortable leaving them. I have a 5 year warranty on the installation and a lifetime warranty on the windows. I would highly recommend this company.

Timely installation as promised at time of down payment. Courteous, honest, efficient work ethic demonstrated by sales personnel as well as installers. The work and craftsmanship of their product reflects a bygone day when quality and professionalism were values. This business is a model of excellence in sales, manufacturing and service. I highly recommend Mobile Screen and Glass and I will gladly employ them again.

They were a little bit expensive, but it was okay. They did a decent job. They were punctual. They came when they said they were going to come and they were there at approximately the right time. I would look else where, effective of price.

We were very satisfied with the repair of the sunroom windows and screen measurement and installation. These things were done quickly and professionally. It's a completely different story when it comes to the weather stripping. Both salespeople that came out promised to check the warehouse and/or to order what we needed. I followed up by phone several times (hence the second sales visit), but never got a response. Nobody even had the courtesy to call to say they couldn't find the type/size of weather stripping we need (if that was the case). Our windows still leak horribly when it rains and I feel quite frustrated with the situation.

Great! What I liked the best about their service is they gave me more than one option on how to replace the damaged screens to accomodate my home repair budget. He also let me know which windows needed to eventually be replaced with new ones as this mobile home was built in 1992.

I brought in 4 forty year old window screens that were bent, deformed, and torn. They precisely measured them, and within 2 days I had beautiful, perfect new screens.

They were responsive and came right out. There was a little problem to began with, but it wasn't really their fault. The installers were quite good, unfortunately the glass broke on the first person. Then the next one broke because it was measured wrong. We started out with a few problems, but it resolved itself and they were fine. I would recommend them. The price was normal for that window.

My experience with Mobile Screen & Glass was exceedingly pleasant from start to finish. The estimate was fast, reasonable, and accurate. They replaced the glass in all nine windows in approximately two hours. Originally they were to replace eight windows, but I added one at the last minute, which they were able to accommodate. The windows look fabulous and come with a five-year warranty. The guys cleaned up the mess completely, including vacuuming. Where they really went above and beyond was during the installation of the final window. My two children had fallen asleep for their naps, and Jesse got down on his hands and knees in a cramped space behind my desk and picked up the debris by hand so that he would not need to turn on the vacuum and risk waking my babies. Now THAT is service bliss.

They were doing the whole neighborhood so I had them do ours as well. They did fine and it just took them about a day to do it all. It was a neat job, they cleaned up nicely, and there was no fuss at all. The price seemed reasonable.

We received quotes from several window suppliers to replace frames and windows. One mentioned that an alternative, since our frames were good, would be to have Mobile Screen and Glass replace just the windows. We made contact with Mobile Monday morning, they had a representative in our home before 10:00 a.m. that morning who quoted us a price that was one-fourth of the lowest quote we had received for frame and window replacement. By early afternoon they did final measurements and asked if we would be available to install the glass as early as the following afternoon. We were unavailable at that time and agreed for the glass to be installed Thursday morning starting between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. They called Wednesday afternoon to assure that everything was ready for Thursday and arrived right on schedule Thursday morning. They estimated installation for 3 - 3 1/2 hours. Since we needed to leave our home by shortly after noon, they sent 3 installers rather than the normal two, and finished in 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned the windows, caulked, vacuumed. and left the window areas clean with no additional work for us to do. Their response and timeliness are amazing. Most window replacement firms quoted from 5-7 weeks to manufacture, deliver, and install replacement windows. The thought that they cold have completed the job within two days (from quote to completed installation) is still unbelievable. People who respond so well deserve a rating of A with numerous pluses.
