I phoned Mobile Screen and Glass on a Thursday and they were out to replace my window the very next day. The service man was there when he said he was going to be there which was very important to me as I had to use my lunch hour to meet him. He was also very professional and courteous. Thankfully he had everything that he needed to fix my window right there on his truck. He fixed the window in no time and even looked at some sticky latches on a couple other windows in my home to which he "un-stcuk" for me at no extra charge. I would recommend Mobile Screen and Glass to anyone. I very much appreciated the level of customer service that they provided. Seems these days that is hard to come by.

Levi identified what he thought was the problem and he was able to fix it. It was an Anderson window, which is a great window, but it was poorly installed. there's not a whole lot to tell. This is a great company to work with and they do good work.

Everything went smooth as silk. They did exactly what they said they would do. Mobile was prompt and courteous, and did a high quality job. I've dealt with the other guys and there is no comparison. I was so happy with the work, I gave the guy a $20 tip.

Installer was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. It was a good experience overall with a local, reputable business.

Utilized Angie's List to call company and get estimate. They were very courteous and helpful. Set up time for the next morning to have estimate done. Repairman called first thing the next morning to confirm the appt time. He showed up slightly early. Upon looking at the window he remarked that it didn't match the other windows and must have been replaced at some time. I remembered that we had to have a window replaced a few years ago because a bird flew into it and broke it. The more he looked at the window he indicated that it appeared to have been his company that did the work and if it was within the last 5 years it would still be under warrantly. I said that I'd have to dig to find the receipt so he gave me quotes to replace the window. All seemed reasonable. I could never find the original receipt but did find a copy of the Quicken entry indicating date, amt paid and indeed the same company. The company said they would honor that as long as the information matched their records, which it did! We set up an appt to complete the replacement. Again the serviceman was prompt and very courteous. I was planning on a $200 expense and it turned out to be a replacement under warranty and all because of an astute & honest repairman! That just doesn't happen very often any more!

Called for an estimate. Jerry went to the house to take a look at a window that had fire damage on a Friday afternoon. I was not able to meet but he said he would do the estimate since he didn't need to go in the house. Jerry left a message with a verbal estimate on replacing the window. The estimate and work seemed very reasonable so I called back on Monday to schedule the replacement. The dispatch office had no record of the engagement and when they contacted Jerry he did not recall ever going to the property. I then resecheduled to have the estimate done again on Thursday. When Thrusday rolled around Jerry said he called me and a gentleman named Dave called me in the afternoon. When I called him back he said since we couldn't connect they would have to reschedule again. Very unorganized!!

We called the company to schedule the appointment for a free estimate. The representative showed up the day and time as promised, got quick measurements and gave me an estimate. I was told it is going to take a week because it needs to be ordered and it will be ready in a week. We needed a tempered glass pane since the window is above a bathtub. Week later the window glass was installed as promised. I also used offered Angie's list discount coupon for this company's services. We'll definitely deal with company in the future if needed or if I would feel lazy to wash my windows and just would want to replace them lol

Installer was professional, prepared, showed up on time and was done when he said he would be done. He found a couple of broken sash springs which he replaced free of charge, Think he said he had been with the company 16 years and his experince showed. I would use this company again. I talked with him about windows and he was very knowledgeable. I did not really compare prices before using this company - I got a quote and it seemed reasonable. I joined and and used Angies list to pick this vendor based upon reputation.

excellent -- door ready after a couple of hours

The initial estimate came in inaccurate (some discrepancy with what I wanted vs. what was quoted) but they changed their quote and got the windows ordered. The windows arrived and installation by Juan and Alan started well. Cuts were made into the stucco of all three but with the install of the first casement window, Juan was not happy. The factory had made too large an allowance for the window measurements and consequently they were not tight. We had to live with the cut frames another 6 weeks (12 total!) before the windows installed. They look so much better than the stock builder's vinyl! We ordered a dark cranberry frame and I hope they don't fade but they do come with matching touch up paint for any nicks. Milgard windows are energy efficient, quiet, easy to operate and I've ordered 3 more casements from Mobile. Definitely worth getting from Mobile as they are very professional and conscientious. Juan and Alan cleaned up all the mess and were courteous, even if they arrived an hour late the second time out. I would like to hear from Mobile with a status update on the ordering/delivery/install. Both times I had to call them to see if my windows were in. They did come in on time but after waiting six weeks each time, I could have used a status update before installation confirming they had shipped from the factory and they were anticipating delivery/install.

I recently purchased an older townhouse and wanted to replace most of the windows. Some had condensation and others had broken springs which made them very difficult to open. Also wanted to replace a worn screen door on a sliding glass door. Mobile Screen and Glass were very prompt in giving me an estimate for each of these jobs. I chose the Milgard windows for the living room and bedroom, and they accommodated my small stature by having the lower portion of the window smaller than the top, so it would be easier for me to open and close. I am very happy with the results. The windows are easy for me to open and close and they look great. The glass in the clerestory windows was replaced quickly, as was the screen door. All their installers were courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them as well as the people in the office. I will be using Mobile Screen and Glass again and would highly recommend them.

Dropped off the window and door; was ready when they said they would be done.

After reviewing our window replacement options online, we joined Angie's list and saw the good reviews for Mobile. In our experience, every aspect of dealing with Mobile was pleasant and informative. Ken Ardent, the Sales Manager, was punctual and responsive. He went over different options with us for replacement of the glass or complete window replacement. He provided different estimates for comparison and we elected to go with vinyl replacement using Milgard windows. There was no pressure from him to go with a total replacement. Since we had recently re-stuccoed the house we were concerned that replacing the windows would damage the stucco, but that was not the case. Milgard has a Z-bar system that allows installation into some of the existing window frame, and it worked as promised. We checked out the product at their store and placed the order. The windows were in, in about 2 weeks and installation was scheduled. All 10 windows and a sliding door were installed within a day. At one point we had 4 crews here. It took an additional day for the finish work, caulking and cleanup. Alan Swatkowski managed our project and we have nothing but praise for him. He is punctual, polite, very knowledgeable of his trade, and has high standards for quality work. Everyone we talked to with Mobile was polite and helpful. And the windows are great! What a difference ? less noise, less dust, less heat transfer, and they look fantastic!

They came out and gave me an estimate. Told me the dates to expect them. Everything was done promple as they quoted. And, it looks wonderful. I would definitely call them again for any workk I wanted done.

As stated above from time we called in am everything was taken care of by that same afternoon!!! ALL employee from office personnel to workmen were outstanding!!!! Courteous, respectful, prompt, etc. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!

From beginning to end this was a positive experience. The person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The repair person was at my house more quickly than I figured and did excellent work. He was also very helpful in discussing window options. He cleaned up the area where he was working and even cleaned up broken glass. These are the most incredibly honest people with integrity. I then had someone come out to discuss some window options that I was not sure of and he said not to do them, that my windows are in good shape. Because of this honesty and the professionalism of all the employees, I am now going to use them to put in some other windows. From what I have read, I will be very happy with their work. I thank them for being who they are.

It was excellent. There were some cracks in our stucco and we weren’t sure if they were done by them or not, but they were more than happy to take care of it.

The technician arrived on time. He made several suggestions regarding solving our problem. We chose a solution. He took care of the problem without and difficulties.

The technician actually arrived 15 minutes early. He was very polite and attentive to details, gave me the price before he begun to do the work so I could decide if I wanted it done, changed the rollers and fixed the lock and made sure I tried everything and was totally satisfied before he left. He also cleaned up after himself which I truly appreciated. I would definitely use this company again.

They did an awesome job. Considering it was the day before Thanksgiving, they went above and beyond. The workers, themselves, were the two best contractors I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many contractors before.

Their price was very fair. In fact, I'm going to call them back because I found another window that was cracked. So, they will be replacing another window. He was very punctual and clean. He put booties on to walk through the house. We had forgotten about one screen he said he would drop it by and not charge us extra for the separate delivery. So, that was really nice.

The replacement window didn't appear to be properly measured after installation. The technician applied too much silicon caulk glazing and it was seeping out onto the glass pane all around the window. He said he would leave a razor blade if I wanted to clean it up later after it dries by cutting the excess off. The initial appointment was scheduled around noon but the technician showed up at 8:30 a.m while I was on a conference call and I had to have him reschedule. They installed a second replacement window which looked much better and the technician arrived at the correct time and did a good job with the installation and glazing.

They did a great job. I did not have any dislikes. I liked what they did. In terms of price, the way I had researched, especially in the way out of Albuquerque, their mileage was reasonable. In terms of quality, my screens looked great and I did not have any more mosquitoes in my house. In terms of responsiveness, they were very good. When they said, they were going to show up and do an “x” number of hours, that was exactly what happened. I would use their services again in the future. They have a window in my bedroom and a window in my son’s bedroom, next they are going to be replaced pretty soon. They were very good in terms of punctuality and professionalism. They were very good about telling me that they were on their way out before they showed up on that day. They not only showed up on time but they also gave me notice that they were going to be here on time.

Their low key approach to sales was great. Workmanship was generally good. We may have to have some adjustments made to the sliding glass door but I don't expect any probelms. I would highly recommend this company. They actually reduced the price of their original quote because Milgard was having a special free upgrade to their highest energy rated glass coating. I was unaware of the special but they informed me of it and reduced their quote. A very decent purchasing experience. They forgot to give me my Angieslist $100 discount. I will follow up with that but I am sure it will be worked out satisfactorily.

We researched a number of replacement window installers, Mobile Screen & Glass was recommended by our roofer(Timberline). We couldn't be more pleased. They showed up to estimate when they said they would. The price was as good or better than their competition. They returned with their installer to measure windows ( again, at the time they said they would be here) and the installer and his helper did a spectacular job. They reviewed everything they were doing, showed me what the job would look like after replacing one window. They cleaned up everything, including cleaning the new windows, and they removed all the construction debris. Operation of the windows was thoroughly explained. They recommended Milgard Tuscany windows. They are in and look great. Their windows and work are guaranteed. True professionals. They also use their own employees to do the work, no subcontracting. They are insured and bonded. I would recommend Mobile Screen & Glass highly. As an added bonus, they have a $100 Angie's list coupon!
