Since 1978 Mini Maid has been providing its customers convenience, security, and thorough, fully guaranteed house cleaning for both occupied and vacant homes and apartments. We operate professional uniformed three person crews with a team leader who communicates with the homeowner when necessary. Mini Maid provides their own equipment and housekeeping supplies with the exception of specialty floor products. If the home owner would like our housekeepers to use their products we will be more than happy to! Excellent work.
Description of Work: Small house, 1100 sq. feet, but needed thorough cleaning. They spent extra time in the 1 bath--excellent cleaning of tub, toilet, tile floor. In Kitchen, cleaned out oven interior, wiped out some refrigerator shelves, deep cleaning of ceramic tile floor.

Description of Work: The ladies who came were nice and cleaned well. I wasn't sure what to give them to clean since it was only an hour and I needed any amount of help, so I made a list of possible things to do. They did a lot but then took the list to their boss and said I gave them too much. The boss called and said I shouldn't have given it to them. I didn't understand, since they were just suggestions. I was pretty happy with their help but I may not call again since the they called to complain.

just saw this post today, we did this cleaning on Nov 6th not 12-29. I do not recall this conversation and do not see any notes. This does not sound like anything we would do, to ask the customer not to give a list of what to do if we are going to be there only an hour. That is the only way we will know what to do. We will ask the customer not to give a list of three hours of work if we only have an hour. I have a call in to the customer to figure this out. If we did something on our end we want to learn from this. We have been in business for 26 years and are always trying to improve.
