MiniMaid of Albuquerque

I have used this firm for years and am very happy with them in every way. I get the same great team of cleaners every time. They are careful and thorough, and always cheerful. I have never had a problem of any kind. My life has become so much easier now that they take the burden of the heavy work. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend MiniMaid of Albuquerque. I receive bi-weekly service for my 2600 square foot home. The team of 2-3 individuals is always right on time, polite, and hard working. I always have a smile on my face when they finish and I get to enjoy my sparkling home.

The ladies did an excellent job. They gave a whole new definition to the word, "clean". They were professional and puntual, it was a lot of work and they didn't even take a 5 second break. It was like those scrubbing bubbles were in the house.

Office staff who scheduled move were professional and easy to work with. Three maids who performed the actual cleaning service arrived promptly, completed the cleaning earlier than expected, and did an excellent job.

The ladies worked fast, quietly and efficiently. They were polite and did excellent work. We decided to hire Mini Maids on a once per month basis.

For a couple of years it seemed to go very well. The cleaners and staff were punctual, careful, very good at their jobs. Then, twice recently, because the staff had a scheduling problem I was told I had to change my schedule (!!) to be home for them. When I opened the door for the cleaner, she struck an attitude and said, "Well, do you want it or not??" Then about 2 weeks later I realized that the team of cleaners had dropped something on one of the bathroom tiles (hidden under the bathmat), and the grout was broken all around the tile. The tile itself is damaged by whatever was dropped on it. There can be no question about responsibility for this, as no one else enters my small apartment other than the cleaners and I. I tried calling the staff, but the receptionist was unhelpful and sullen. She seemed to be trying to intimidate me. I asked her to contact the owner, but I have not heard from him. I will have to pay for the repairs myself--have changed my cleaning service. I told the receptionist that I would consider staying with them if they repaired the tile.

I would not rehire them. Just because of the fact they went over 10-12 minutes and I got charged hard for that. Should I hire anyone again, I'll have them come and assess the work and give me a quote.

I love this service. After my initial purchase through Angie’s list, I have continued to use their services. I had them put me on a recurring schedule; I see them every month. They are excellent in every possible way. They arrive promptly – every time. They call ahead to confirm – every time. They call to follow up – every time. The housekeepers are efficient, expert, and friendly. I plan to continue with MiniMaid on a monthly basis from now on. Really, these guy are the best !! Try them. I had previously tried a different service thru Angie’s List (Maid O’Matic) and the “other” guys idea of punctuality was a “window” that was basically +/- four hours. If you don’t have to clean your house, then how could you possibly have time to sit and wait, wait, wait. NOT with MiniMaid of Albuquerque. They honor the appointed time. They are great.

They were late and left early. Did not get a full 1.5 hours that I paid for. I got about 1.25 which makes a big difference when it's a 3 person team.

The housekeepers were right on time. They cleaned the whole place in 1 -1/2 hr and did a wonderful job.

Fantastic. Same day service. Took 2 hours and they never stopped. Very pleased with the process and approach. Plus, did not think that guest bathroom tub/glass could get that clean!

The MiniMaid crew of four was punctual, polite and professional. They did a thorough clean of my 2600 square foot home in less than 90 minutes. I very pleased with the service I received from MiniMaids.

After looking around for a cleaning crew. I found mini maids . My house was covered in a fine dust of metal & dirt from the new windows that we had installed. The 3 ladies that came here, were on time, very nice, professional and FAST!! They did a AWESOME job and my house hadn't looked this good in years! I will be using them again. You need a good cleaning crew..call mini maids! They'll do it right, and fast.! Thank you ladies!

Excellent, very professional in every way

Awesome, they showed up only a few minutes past the half hour arrival window, asked what I wanted done, and got right to work. I'd moved most of my personal items out of the way ahead of time to make their jobs easier and make the most of the time they were there. I'm still amazed by how much the three ladies were able to get done in just one hour. The bathroom and kitchen hadn't had a true proper cleaning in a couple of months so I wasn't sure if they'd have enough time to finish, but they managed to complete all the major items I'd needed and the secondary ones too, right on time. They were very responsive as well when I needed to move a large deep freezer so they could clean the floors under where it had been resting. I may look in to hiring them for regular cleanings in the future. My bathroom and kitchen haven't been this clean in ages.

Did not clean as much as I expected.

The team of three ladies were on time, called to get final directions to the house and completed their work in 70 minutes. They used bleach to clean the floors to get the animal odors out which I really appreciated. Everything look good and ready for the landlord's inspection.

They went to the wrong house and cleaned the wrong house the first time! The second time we were scheduled for every other week cleaning and they somehow did not have us scheduled correctly. When I called, they came out and cleaned. The third time they were suppose to come, they didn't show, so I called again and they had me scheduled for 3 weeks later. I hope we have it all scheduled correctly now. They do a nice job cleaning and apologized for these mix-ups.

The ladies were fast, efficient and did a great job. We're very happy with their work and will hire Mini Maid again.

They did a thorough job for a great price (I used an Angie's List coupon), and they were also very nice to deal with.

3 great folk for 1 1/2 hours is helping me keep on top of the household that includes 2 dogs and a cat. Not to mention chicken farming activity that really tracks in dirt. Thankyou Thankyou

Results better than expected. It was a hard job, with several severe stains that were not expected to clean well. Workers were professional and did a terrific job.

Team #9 is wonderful. They are detail oriented and fast! We so appreciate their help.
