On time and did a good job

I was very happy with the results.

Excellent job.

They cleaned well the first time but there were issues almost every time they came: broke 2 window blinds, bent another, one gas jet on stove top did not work for months until about 2 months after their last visit, hit the baseboards so hard with vacuum that paint was taken off in several places. The quality of the cleaning diminished each time they came - they went through the house faster and faster each time and missed things each time after the initial visit.

I was happy with them. The charge was average, not great, but fair.

It did not go well. They were slow and missed many areas that should have been dusted, it appeared they did not clean the office. I only had 1 bedroom and my office, my living room and dining area and kitchen and for the price was not worth it.

Ok, nothing special..rooms did not especially feel well cleaned

The ladies were right on time 10:00 . I had to get my dogs settled before letting them in and that took about 7 minutes or so. They got started right away. They did a good job. Right at 11:00 the office people were calling them. They wanting to know if they were finished and they were almost done. The office wanted to charge me an additional $8.00. But I told them they started a little late because of my dog situation. So they didn't charge to extra money. I didn't like that.

It went well. Another company had told me the toilet 'rings' could not completely removed,but Mini Maids did it.

They arrived on time and got right to work after I showed them what I wanted done. The cleaning was outstanding. I was very pleased.

Very good. But 2 of the 3 did not know much english. I would hire them again...in 6 months (I have a small house, only 700 sq. ft.

They were doing well. They just came and did the job and I didn't complain about the price but I think they charge a little too much.

Appointment was easy to schedule. The man I talked to on the phone was nice. A week earlier I called and talked to a woman who was not so friendly. Team showed up on time and did a good job. The team members had limited English skills, so this was challenge. My usual house cleaner spends four hours and charges $65 , so the price was not exceptionally good,especially since I had to tip 3 people on top of the price.

They always call ahead of time, to let me know when they'll be there. They are never late, and arrive promptly and ready to work. They break the work into sections, and work methodically going clockwise around each room. They even dust above the door frames, and move furniture to vacuum under it. The floors are mopped and left absolutely shining. I've never had a bad experience with them, and am impressed with their work.

I bought a angie's list coupon for mini maid. We scheduled easily. Three women came at the appointed time. They finished with the house quickly and were very efficient. The house looked and smelled clean when they were done. Granted, the house was sparsely furnished and so was probably easy to clean, but I was very pleased at the work they did and that it only took them a little over an hour.

This was one of the best cleaning jobs we've had since moving to Albuquerque last year!

I have used MiniMaid before and have found them to be less diligent than other cleaning services I have used. Just a couple of examples... Stove was cleaned on top, but not the front. One bathroom floor was swept, but onto the carpet and not swept up. The shower didn't look any noticeably cleaner. I was told they would arrive between 10am and 11:30am. They arrived at ~11am. I requested one hour and they honored that. They spoke Spanish the entire time, but knew enough English to answer simple questions. They kept busy for the entire hour and left promptly when the time was over. It's mostly that they miss very obvious things or just don't do a thorough job with some things. Before the appointment, they tried to sell me more time, but I wasn't interested and they didn't push it. Overall, the quality just isn't there, even when there are 3 people cleaning.

This is a very professionally run service. I am notified the day before service of the 15 minute time window when teams will arrive. I am (of 3) does not seem to have much turnover in staff. Service is high quality, responsive, and trustworthy.

I can count on punctuality and quality work. There is a strong work ethic and even when my house is at its dustiest, it is sparkling clean afterwards. Concerns are cheerfully addressed whether a schedule change or an additional cleaning need. I am very particular about clean and carefulness with my personal items and I have been very satisfied. I have had a kitchen floor on which I can comfortably walk barefoot. I can feel reassured that my items will not be broken. The honesty and hard work of the Mini Maids is impressive. I use them consistently and am very happy with them and see a long future relationship. I have recommended them to friends.

MiniMaid sent 3 workers they arrived about 1 hour late but were very professional and started cleaning within 3 minutes of arrival. I have a very large house as its over 3800 sq feet and needed a good cleaning, this was the first time I have had professionals come in and was very happy I did. They worked hard non-stop for 4 hours and did a great job the mirrors and glass was spotless also the bathrooms. They were very quiet while they worked most of the time you wouldn't even know they were there.

They do a good job but not perfect job. I like them. They charge by the hour. I would recommend them.

It didn't go well. They didn't do the deep cleaning at all like they advertised in their brochure. Items such as the backs of chairs, ceiling fans, and areas behind furniture weren't cleaned, so I called the company, and they had the maid return. She was very rude and intimidating on her return visit however. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be using them in the future.

They locked my cat in the closet. When they mopped the living room floor they didn't roll up the area rug. They just mopped around the edge. The blinds were caught and cocked in the window. One of the blinds was torn. They unplugged one of our fans that helps circulate the air. The other ceiling fans were turned off. The TV had been used. My husband said the channel was changed. On previous cleanings, the front door threshold had sand on it. The back door tracks had sand in them. On the first visit, they didn't dust the cabinets and they didn't lock all of the front door locks when they left.

This is an excellent cleaning service. I am disabled and unable to clean my own house. They were very thorough and took my suggestions well and completed the cleaning to my satisfaction. I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to use them in the future.
