Cleaned kitchen floor so that it looked new; it was totally clean. The lady who cleaned the floor deserves an award. Followed instructions for leaving the house in a particular way. They were hard workers whose efforts are appreciated.

Mini Maids is always very thorough, efficient, and professional when they clean our house. The cleaners are friendly but professional and work expediently and have even arrived early to the job to get things done. After they're done cleaning, I like to pretend I actually make my bed every day as pretty as they do.

They did a fair job of general cleaning plus wiping out cabinets in the kitchen. The problem was when they took the drapes out of the house. I was out of town when they cleaned the house plus the home was empty of furniture at the time. When I discovered the drapes missing, I called the owner and left a message. He kept defending the cleaners, but since they had been the only people in the house besides my husband, I am sure the custom drapes were not removed by my husband. After multiple phone calls from Lawrence, the owner, still telling me he didn't believe his employees had taken the drapes, we were finally able to come to a settlement. It was a sad and stressful experience. I will not recommend using them because of this experience, and I had been a regular customer of them for several years prior to this experience.

It was excellent. They did a good job in the time allotted.

They came, and I don?t think they did a very good job. They put water on my laminated wood floors. The floors looked nice, but I was a little worried about that. I was sitting in my chair when she was working in the living room, and she was cleaning, and she didn?t use the vacuum to get behind the TV or the little table it was on. They also didn?t know how to make a bed with square corners. They did ok, but I don?t think I?ll have them back again. They worked hard ? but ? I?m used to doing it myself, so it?s hard to see things done the way I wouldn?t do them. They seemed to clean everything with just water, vs using a cleaning product. When they left they didn't give me a bill, so the girl wrote an unofficial one out for me.

They did as we asked and vey efficiently. Our home was clean and looked great.

The team was very quick to access what I wanted to do, and 2 of the ladies when straight to work. They worked hard and fast and were thorough. I didn't have to remind them to dust or to get to difficult items such as ceiling fans. I was very pleased with the work and will use them on a regular basis from this day out once a month in all probability. Thank you MiniMaids! and Thank you Angie's list!!

The team of three did a good job. They showed up on time, were very organized, and paid attention to getting as much as possible done in the amount of time they had to do the job. The owner followed up to make sure the service was to our satisfaction.

! IT was SO MUCH CHEAPER than other companies we contacted were over quoting... I'm talking like HUNDREDS~! MiniMaids is bonded and insured had all the credentials as the other services so there was no worries! Three women came they saw and they concurred! They got us in the next day and my house was cleaned. Not overly smelly with chemicals and the women worked SUPER HARD. I was so impressed. Thank you so much MiniMaid!

Very responsive! I requested certain cleaning priorities and the crew rearranged those and ran out of time to finish my original requests. There was some confusion if I had to pay for extra time, but a call to the Mini Maid manager straightened it out right away.

They showed up on time and cleaned the downstairs while I did the upstairs. I was very happy with the results. The pricing is reasonable and three people get a lot more done in 1-2 hours than I would by myself. I have a lot of breakable antiques and the ladies who came were very mindful of them without me even having to ask. I was pleased with the how diligently they worked and will definitely be calling them again before the in laws come for the holidays.

I had planned to clean my kitchen floor and one restroom floor. Three ladies completed one large kitchen floor, one entire bathroom, the floor in another large bathroom, my entire entryway, and my kitchen windows. They were quiet, efficient, and worked extremely hard. They accomplished all this in one hour!!! I definitely will use them again as budget permits.

I have no complaints about Mini Maid's workers who cleaned my house. The 3 ladies did a very good job. My complaint is with Mini Maid management which (1) advertised 3 hours of cleaning when it actually meant 3 cleaners for a 1-hour period, after which you would be charged Mini Maid's usual rates; (2) this was scheduled well in advance, to have the cleaners arrive at my house mid-morning on 8/6/14. Mini Maid left a voice mail the evening prior saying they would arrive between 11-11:30. They finally arrived after noon. So in brief, I would hire the individual workers but I will not hire the firm again.

They were on time and everything went well.

They’re good. They called me the day before and told me what time they expect to be coming and if that changes by half hour or an hour because of the business in front of me, then they’ll call and let me know. They’ve been really attentive. The work they did is good.

They are reliable and always do a good job for me.

The team arrived timely for light housecleaning . They worked expeditiously and the home looked brand new. The only thing to point out that some areas were not dusted nor wiped. Attention to main areas were noted as being clean overall and nothing was left undone that was a major concern. They also cleaned exterior of appliances that was not on list to perform. A bonus I suppose. Would definitely hire again with an emphasis on pointing out specifics. On point communication, worked perform in few hours than other companies estimates, and followup call back.

Out of 3 other cleaning companies who came to clean my home, Mini Maids was the best. The staff arrived on time and were courteous, thorough, professional, and did everything with a smile. They totally cleaned everything the best it's been cleaned in the same amount of time as it has taken others: 3 hours for 3 cleaners for my 1200' home. I would definitely use them again!

At first glance, it looked like a good job (except for the carpet) . Then I started checking the work closely. They had not cleaned the top of the frig or the range hood. The drawers were carelessly wiped, leaving stuff in the corners and sides. Loose crumbs, etc. Easily gotten. Some mini blinds were wiped down and some were not. The Kitchen floor was still dirty. It was hit and miss throughout the whole house. No windows were done (even though I had specified that I needed a clean house for my rental management company so that I could get my deposit back. Then there's the carpet. I would have done a better job with a Rug Doctor. They did nothing to clean the high traffic areas. When I .asked the guy, he mumbled about high traffic areas. Like they can't be cleaned. When the Rental Mgmnt Representative came out for the final walkthrough, she was appalled. She asked me to have Lawrence (the owner) to call her so that they could meet at the house and address the problems. So I called him, gave him her number, told him that there were issues and she was waiting for his call. He did not call her. That was Friday. She called him several times on Monday and he was unavailable. She left messages. Finally he called her back. He maid no adjustment to the high price I was charged and he did not send anybody out to finish the job. So I am out $437. It's feels like being robbed. It took all but $11 of my deposit because I had to pay twice for cleaning. I will never use Mini Maids again. Not only did they charge too much, they did a sloppy/shoddy job and then Lawrence refused to make any part of it good. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INTEGRITY in this company. Watch out, they will steal your money. Even if it is done legally. Mean spirited company I have seen the inside of the house after being PROFESSIONALLY cleaned and its beautiful. No high traffic areas left. So I know it could have been done right the first time.
