Since 1978 Mini Maid has been providing its customers convenience, security, and thorough, fully guaranteed house cleaning for both occupied and vacant homes and apartments. We operate professional uniformed three person crews with a team leader who communicates with the homeowner when necessary. Mini Maid provides their own equipment and housekeeping supplies with the exception of specialty floor products. If the home owner would like our housekeepers to use their products we will be more than happy to! Description of Work: Over time the quality of the service has decreased. Hard surface floors are always vacuumed but not always mopped in the living room and bathrooms. Fixtures are not always dusted. Kitchen and bathroom areas are well cleaned (sinks, toilets, tubs). Costly, however, for the time they spend here and the overall quality of service, which is average. A plus is that they will adjust the days of their service and time, if need be. They arrive when they say they will (generally a 30-60 minute window is given) and I have never had a problem with missing items.

Description of Work: cleaned around ceilings, fans, lights in bathroom fixtures. dusted cabinets in kitchen. asked to vacuum after the dusting. not sure the up stair got vacuumed because I was working up stair at the time of the cleaning and don't remember the gal running the vacuum. one lady worked upstairs and 2 worked down stairs. the downstairs seem to know and do what I requested. Not sure the gal up stairs understood my instructions.

We cleaned the customers home on May 17. The home is 2200 square feet and takes about 2 team hours for a team of three people of three to clean this size home on and initial cleaning, we use this estimate based on 24 years of housecleaning. The customer used a coupon for one hour for a team of three. We always ask for a list of priorities because we can not clean the whole house in one hour. I am sorry we could not clean the entire home in the time allotted. Lawrence
