Found a coupon in Dec. in "Premium Shopping Guide" in Dec. Milligan's had a coupon in there and listed he was on "Angie's List". Hired Greg Milligan in Dec., giving him 1/2 down agreeing we would do the removal in January. My husband called and left SEVEN messages, as Greg never answers his phone. FINALLY Milligan's came out on 1/15 and started the work. A piece of his equiptment broke & was told the piece would be fixed the next day & they would be back to finish the job. They didn't return for 6 days, and ONLY with the threat of risking non-payment of final amt due did they return. In the meantime, Greg Milligan came to my house SEVERAL times a DAY wanting pmt. I explained not until the job is complete. When they did return, it was with rented equiptment, after saying he finally got the piece in that broke, and he repaired HIS drill/saw. (NOT!) They did not clean-up completely as promised, but I just wanted to be done with this. When I handed Greg HIS coupon for $250. off the amount, he said he wouldn't accept it as we didn't tell him about it previously. NO where on the coupon did it say I had to do that. My husband gave him the final check (minus the coupon amt) and coupon. All of a sudden he starts yelling at us in OUR home. He then stated "I'll tell Greg on you". Well....THAT WAS Greg, as I dealt w/him SEVERAL times!! THEN, I went to "Angie's List" only to find out he was cancelled for non-pymt.! He has another coupon in "Premiere Shopping Guide" that STILL lists him as being on "Angie's List"!! He's a crook, a liar, and isn't able to pay his bills & is mad if we don't help him!!!

They always show up. Ocassionally they miss debris removal in corners etc, but generally good overall.

The job went very well. On schedule from start to finish.

Milligan Scapes Is a professional and competent company. The crew is polite, responsive and always arrives on the appointed day, every other week. Attentive to all the shrub/tree trimming and leaf removal. Any other task I request is readily taken care of with a smile. At the end of each services, a list of jobs performed is left at the front door and signed by the technician with his phone number. Very reassuring! Gary, the owner, always returns my calls immediately and takes the initiative to inquire if everything is satisfactory. At times, I tend to wonder if a plant is reacting to growth as expected and Gary will stop by to offer his expert advise. I have hired several landscape people in the 27 yrs. at my residence and this is by far the best organized.

They always come on time. They are always pleasant. They do an excellent job. If I leave a message for something extra, they do it. They always leave a report of what they have done at my front door.They deliver whatever they said they would.

They came out and did a couple of lawn serrvices for me. They knocked over a couple of my leaves with the blower, but was not too big of an issue. I also notified him of my sprinkler system going off at the wrong time, and he checked on it for me. He notitifed me nothing was wrong, but the next day it did the same thing. I called him back and notified him of the problem so he had somebody to come out and take a look again at it. He gave me the same answer, so I ended up having to call another landscaper out to resolve the issue.

Very flaky company full of lame excuses. Would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to get yardwork done. Can't even imagine how their long list of other services are accomplished.

There have been four different maintenance crews come to do the work in the last year. Some do better than others. I have had trouble with them quitting before their hour was up even though they had plenty of work to do. The first crew mowed my lawn way too short during outdoor temperatures over 100 degrees and almost killed my lawn. Otherwise, things have been fine.

It was a little more than I thought it would be. The guy came out and gave me an estimate but he didn't include the spraying and stuff for bugs. It was almost $100 more that I ended up paying. They were okay but I just thought they were a little pricey.

We've been using them for eight years. The service is good. They get the job done and we don't have any complaints. When a water line breaks on the lawn they are here pretty quick.

He spent 2 hours with me discussing with me and gave me an estimate. His bid was the lowest of all the 3 quotes that I got. He drew a 2 scale design of my yard that did not cost me anything. He came back with the details and got the job done. They also repaired an irrigation leak in my terrace. It took them 3 days to complete the job. It was very hot, but they did the job. The plants were of very high quality and they survived the hot weather. They were very professional and they had a wonderful designer. They did a really good job.
