I called Milliganscapes after reading reviews online. I was impressed with the timelines and politeness of the employees. They were professional and knowledgeable in the work they performed. Everything turned out beyond my expectations and I will hire this company for my future landscaping projects.

Crew showed up on time, ready to work, in uniform in a clearly marked truck for the clean up portion. Weekly maintenance is amazing. Same team, same day of the week, different truck, but still clearly marked and employees were in uniform too. Very polite and efficient.

Mr. Milligan promptly responded to all communication, and showed up on time for the appointment to give an estimate. There were several reasons I decided to go with someone else. 1) His estimate was initially $2500. He brought it down to $2042. Everyone else's estimates were below $800 for the same work. 2) He was the only one that wanted 50% up front. 3) Other companies seemed more knowledgeable about the tree I wanted. I was informed that the tree I was hoping to plant is actually very susceptible to borers & not a good idea. He didn't seem to know that, or was just willing to let me plant it anyway. I'd still be willing to consider Milligan for other jobs, just not this one.

They worked hard to complete the work on time and within budget. We will continue use them anytime we have landscaping needs. We were so happy with their work, we also recently hired them to help us do routine maintenance.

The work went so well. They came back to check on it an fertilize it. I ended up having them work on my front sprinklers too.

Gary and his crew do a great job. Gary ensures that all work is done correctly and communicates well. His crew replaced a sprinkler box that was incorrectly installed by another company. I have used Milligan several times and will do so again.

I met with Gary and he drew up plans and a proposal. We made some changes to his proposal. His team were on time, and completed all the tasks w/in a week's time. He and his team are very easy to work with, timely and responsive. Gary is easy to work with, and prides himself and his company with having excellent customer service. (Which he does). Without a doubt, I would recommend him.

It was a pleasure working with Gary, he was very helpful in trying to find replacement lighting for our backyard! He went out of his way to research the replacement bulbs! We had several new light fixtures installed and love them! Would highly recommend Milligan Scapes! Look forward to working with them in the future!

It was great. The owner came up with a nice design. The crew was on-time, respectful and hard working. The result is so nice!

Their service used to be excellent but it's going down. Now it's not so excellent. They're charging me for services they do not perform. They come out, but they just don't work. I'm still using them - I'm giving them a little bit of a chance to improve.

Sometimes, I think they overlook the little details.

They go above and beyond to do great work! They let me know when they arrive and when they leave, and they check in with me to make sure everything is acceptable. I've never had such great landscaping service!

The crew was prompt, efficient and left no mess at the end of each day. It took approximately 2 work days to complete and turned out perfect. Definitely the best yard in the neighborhood. Easy to maintain and low water usage. The design was eligible for the city water rebate as well, which the company completed and submitted for me. The owner is extremely easy to work with, prompt and professional. He followed up in person after the work was completed to make sure I was happy with the final product. While he was here, he explained plant care, adjusted a few sprinklers and checked on the health of my backyard grass. The little things like this make this company exceptional in that pride is taken in the work they complete and customers are more than just names on an invoice. I previously used this company to install a concrete patio in the backyard, and I am just as happy with that project. They have also removed two gigantic cacti from the backyard.

The crew arrived on time and were extremely polite. They completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess. The yard looks great and the sprinklers are working much better than the ones they replaced. Very happy with the service!

All well. Did their best to make substantial change from the previous overgrown condition while keeping costs down. Looks great especially the new pavers front and back. Have had a couple of issues with new plants that didn't make it but they are guaranteed so they came back and replaced. Same with irrigation. Altogether pleased with service.
