Description of Work: Crew work on site was very poor........except for the THIRD crew that finally did the installation to some acceptable degree of workmanship and trade quality. | |Overall the Company's response to my requests to fix the installation was quite good. However, re-installing the forced air heater THREE times should never occur in any instance. | |The contacts and helpfulness of the Company's Ladies role as support staff to the field crews, in the main office, was VERY GOOD!!! They were the only bright spots of communicating with the company. They were knowledgable and efficient to re-schedule work and re-work by the field crews. | |It should NEVER take 3 re-work of the installation of the new heater. FINALLY, the third crew that came out to do the re-installation, accomplished the work in a professional and workmanlike manner. | |Written correspondence by me to the Company Management went unanswered. It was left to the office support staff to make the installation go correctly.

Description of Work: "The vendor fully converted this older house to refrigerated A/C along with a new replacement furnace. They also installed a high capacity tankless hot water heater. Their work was fast, efficient, and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone else who had similar house air conditioning requirements."

Description of Work: It took three and a half hours for the repairman to discover a "possibly" defective contactor in the A/C compressor; it cost me $132.81 for him to reconnect the wiring from the compressor to the thermostat. The wiring was disconnected by one of at least three repairmen from Mechanical Control Solutions, while they were trying to find a problem in the system they had installed previously. The $1,600.00 humidifier system (less than a year old when it failed completely) has never worked for more than two weeks, and now there are no parts for it. It has been inoperable since last fall, and has not yet been repaired or replaced.

Description of Work: I was rescheduled twice. They refunded my purchase before I was even scheduled due to a mix up. I waited 5 hours on the appointed day and finally called to tell them not to come.

Description of Work: No value here, came in and took some measurements and made no adjustments or did anything. Said that would be another $175. Aldo tried to convince me that we needed a new furnace. Real poor service and would never do this again.

Description of Work: After confirming that the company served Santa Fe,I had to call the company to get an appointment. Normally a company calls a potential client. However, the service person was professional and I felt that he knew what he was doing. My only real complaint was that the service person was not told that this was a deal from Angie's list and he tried to charge me for a full service call. He got the problem straightened out by calling the home office but I think that the company needs to have better communication so this does not occur to others.

Description of Work: Tech checked the furnace as advertised, noting that the 31-years old furnace was in very good condition. Tech recommended one part performing at 80% efficiency be replaced; I decided to wait on the part. I was satisfied with the inspection.

Description of Work: I needed a quote for a new evaporation cooler and couldn't get a sales person to show up. Three days in a row. Their office called on the first day and the next two days no call even when they where more than 30 min late.
