Description of Work: Tim arrived to work with my three Bosch appliances whose doors are all in need of repair. He assessed the parts needed for washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher and did a quick fix on the washing machine to allow it to function temporarily until he gets the parts needed to replace the door fully. He was cheerful, quick and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: We were having difficulty with our washing machine was not draining and would stall at that setting. My husband tried to clear any drain problems but we thought it might be the pump. The service provider confirmed that and installed a new pump and it has been working great since. The cost of the pump made the repair expensive.

Description of Work: Our 15-year-old dishwasher was leaking. I looked for a new one. All the Consumer Reports' top-rated machines got very bad reviews from people who had bought them. So I looked for someone who could repair it. I called Marshall Appliance and talked with Tim. He asked me to check some things on the dishwasher, so he would have the correct parts when he came to repair it. When he arrived, he did some trouble shooting and found the problem. He had the parts and fixed the leak. It was not easy to find the leak and it was not easy to repair because of its location. However, he did it. I will definitely call Marshall Appliance the next time we have any problems with our appliances. He is a delight to work with.
