Went in with measurements from our realtor, who had had an appraiser come in and measure. Was told Lowes had to come out and do the measuring. Was also told they would not move any beds, matresses, etc. Was told moving furniture would cost significantly more than us moving it ourselves (we are two girls). Met with Marty, who kind of reminded me of a used car salesmen. He explained all the hidden costs, and we paid for the measuring. Someone came out within a few days and told us they could move the beds and ALL the furniture for not that much of a hidden cost. Went with the carpet on the back wall of Lowes (in rolls) because it was in stock and the cheapest. Marty called about a week later, and told us that he had our quote. The labor was very expensive, the pad was as much if not more than the carpet. The quote for our carpet and labor was over 4,000. We walked. Apon hiriing another company, we were told that Lowes was 25 yards short on their estimate and in the end would have charged us more money.

The manager I spoke with at Lowe's was rude but, he did give me a refund. I still feel that the company installing the water heater should have let me know that Lowe's had already paid them the $250 for installation, and they should have not accepted my second payment. They could have also clarified with me how their system works. It took about a week for them to install the water heater, which is a very long time when you can't take a hot shower, wash clothes or run the cooler. The installation company that did the work did a good job installing the water heater and was very courtesy. The level of customer service from the manager I spoke with at Lowe's was not so great. I would not use them again.

This process went very well. The installer showed up on time and was finished in about 45 minutes. It was snowing outside, so they brought a drop cloth in so that they would not track snow inside the house. I was very pleased with that. I also loved the price. They were running a special at the time.

They were a little hard to get a hold of at times, but that was alright as I know they are very busy. They did a good job overall on my countertops and I would recommend using them.

LOWE'S SELLS A DARN GOOD DOOR, AND IT SEEMS TO BE HOLDING UP VERY WELL OVER TIME. I THOUGHT THE GUY THAT SHOWED UP WAS A COMPLETE EXPERT, AND I WOULDN'T BE AFRAID TO HAVE THEM BACK.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH LOWE'S SERVICE. THEY CALLED ME AFTER THEY HAD THEM INSTALLED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND THE WAY THAT THEY LOOKED. LOWE'S EARNED A CUSTOMER IN ME.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EXPERIENCED THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, COMING WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME. THEY DID A WONDERFUL OF JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY TOOK THREE TO FOUR WEEKS TO GET THE NEW CARPET TO MY HOME. THE SCREWED UP ON THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE HOUSE, SO THE FIRST CARPET DID NOT FIT. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNDEPENDABLE.

IT WAS OVER ALL A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE. WE DID HAVE ONE MINOR PROBLEM, BUT THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE ABOUT TAKING CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY FOR ME. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY.

THEY HAD VERY GOOD INSTALLERS AND SERVICE. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE ACTUALLY QUITE FAST AT THEIR WORK. THEIR PRICES ARE REALLY OUTSTANDING FOR THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE.

THE MAN THAT THEY SENT OUT TO DO THE WORK WAS GREAT AT INSTALLING IT. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MIX-UP AS TO WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND THEN THE GUY CAME RIGHT AWAY.

LOWE'S PROVIDES GOOD SERVICE. THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY QUICK DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO MADE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK BEFORE MOVING TO ANOTHER ROOM.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO DID A GREAT FOLLOW-UP, MAKING SURE THE DOOR WAS WORKING PROPERLY AND MAKING SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH IT.

THERE WAS ONE SCREW UP ON THEIR PART. WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT THEY RESPONDED TO ME IMMEDIATELY, FIXED THE PROBLEM, AND DROPPED THE PRICE. THEY DID WHAT THEY DID TO KEEP ME HAPPY.

THEY DO ALRIGHT WORK. THE CABINETS ARE GOOD ENOUGH QUALITY THEY JUST TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I WOULD TELL OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IF THEY ASKED.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY DOOR. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE, AND WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY.

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THE INSTALLERS WERE DIFFERENT DAILY, BUT THEY ALL SEEMED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE. I AM VERY PLEASED.

BOTH THE WORKERS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ARE NICE. THEY STAYED REALLY CLOSE TO THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED. THEY LEFT NO MESS AND THE JOB LOOKS GREAT.

THEY WERE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE, VERY RELIABLE. ONE THING THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT, BUT I STILL HAVE SOME UNANSWERED QUESTIONS.

THE REASON I GAVE THEM AN AVERAGE GRADE WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD ALSO CARPET A CLOSET. THEN THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CARPET TO DO THE JOB, BUT I SAW OUTSIDE THE WINDOW, THERE WAS. THEY WERE JUST IN A HURRY.
