I just like the store.

They had some doors I wanted, but not all of them. Their collection wasn’t that great and they did not have a wooded door and had all metal that did not match the other doors in my house. The person that came out was really nice and I liked him, and their people were very helpful. They were nice and couldn’t help not having the doors I wanted.

The selection was somewhat limited. It turned out that the pattern we liked was the cheapest. The person who came out to do the measurement gave us an estimate. He was very nice, helpful and informative. The installer was a young fellow and he was extremely efficient. He did an extremely good job of fixing the small cracks that happened because of our big refrigerator. He patched it up very well and was even willing to tear the entire stuff out. The only glitch was with the scheduling and we had to do the job in parts. The price was fair. I would use them again in future.

Tim did the estimate and the installation both in a timely manner. He was actually there early for the installation. Once the door was in, he showed me how everything worked. And he was very patient with my 3 dogs that kept trying to help him work. I was so happy, he's installing my next door too.

I was very impressed with Lowe's service and especially with the manner in which they stayed in touch with me and reported the progress along the way. It took about 10 days to get the carpet in stock, and soon after that it was installed. I felt they were very prompt. The carpet layers did an outstanding job and worked very hard to cut the laying time as much as possible. This meant a lot to me as we were working around four animals.

No problems;we are very pleased.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. I WAS VERY PLEASED AT WHAT THEY DID. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS FROM THEM.

THEY DIDN'T MEET THEIR DEADLINES AND I HAD TO KEEP BUGGING THEM TO FINISH THE JOB. THEIR PRICE WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY DID HAVE A PROBLEM OF SHOWING UP.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I BOUGHT THE DOOR. THEY ASSURED ME THE DOOR WOULD FIT PROPERLY AND THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THE COMPANY WAS PROMPTLY ON TIME TO INSTALL IT.

THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENTS AT THE STORE, BUT THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB AND THE KITCHEN LOOKS GREAT. I DID NOT LIKE HOW THEY DID NOT TELL US ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT THE REMODELING WORK.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT WAS WONDERFUL. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND AND I LOVE MY CARPET.
