He worked in a quick manner. Responded to my phonecall quickly and sprayed to kill the pest. One treatment worked. Very reasonably priced.

Very professional and personable. Also brought in a consultant on tree fungus problem! We will probably sign up for monthly service to keep the critters away.

We used Lady Bug Pest Control about a year ago with great results. Larry, her co-worker serviced us at that time he was great. This year Charlene was able to schedule me within two days of my phone call. Charlene, the owner, serviced us this year. She was prompt, professional, friendly and did even more (the outside utility shed) than I expected. She explained that her product was safe around children and pets which I appreciated since we have a 4 year old and a cat in the home. Her price was below that of other pest control companies that were offering discount coupons! We are looking to purchase a new home soon so I didn't sign up for the monthly treatments but I will certainly call her when we settle on the new house. LadyBug Pest control is effective, efficient and cost-friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

She is great. Very professional and flexible. We have dogs so she has to wait till I can be there for access to the house. We never have bug issues since she started working for us.

Have been using Lady Bug Pest Control for over 17 years. Very reliable and thorough. Rarely see any bugs inside the house but if I do, they die shortly after spotting them. Had a cockroach issue outside in my back fence. Lady Bud concentrated on this area when it broke out and no roaches were ever seen inside the house and the "colony" eventually died out (in a timely fashion). Also had a wasp issue nesting in my back porch roof where my grandchildren come and go. Lady Bug was able to "freeze" the wasp and nest and it was gone with no recurrence. They are very reasonably priced and I like the fact I'm promoting small business within my city rather than the big chains.

I called in the morning about 9 am and Larry was at our house by 1pm. Asked specifically what the problems and problem areas were. He had me take him around and show him where I had seen ants/roaches. He spent over 2 1/2 hours going around the outside the house and all areas inside the house, as well as the garage. Larry said he would call and check-up on us, in a few days. Much to my surprise he stopped by the house to make sure everything was A-OK (Which it is!) We have not seen any ants, what so ever and only dead cockroaches. EXTREMELY SATISFIED A+. I will be calling again in the spring, to come spray again, before the bugs have a chance to invade!

Larry came the same day I called him, which I really appreciated. He was friendly and we talked about having them come every few months through the spring and summer. He was very nice, but I had a coupon that I got from Angie's List and he seemed to be unaware of it and so I paid him the full price and he said he would check with the owner. I haven't heard back from anyone from the company about it.

I called ladybug and they were going to be on vacation for a week, so they fit me in their schedule for that day. They were very thorough and explained what they were doing and why. Since the treatment, we have only seen 1 dead roach inside and 1 dead roach outside. They use a pet and child safe spray which was very important for us. I am very happy with this company and will definitely use them again.

He was prompt and efficient. I saw results within 24 hours and he promised if I saw any live bugs he would come again with no charge. So far, it seems to be working but I will not hesitate to call back if I need to.

Went very well as usual. We have a monthly contract which recently went up a little in cost due to chemical costs. Charlene has always been professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, trustworthy, punctual, fast, and thorough. She calls and confirms a visit time monthly and is there when scheduled, and is flexible for home owners schedules. We have had no problems to our dogs, possessions or humans due to her treatments. She is the owner and technician and is truly a local business with the sensibilities of an Albuquerque home owner. She occasionally has recruited her brother to help during a busy schedule and he is very good and professional also. Having a women of Charlene's character as the technician is an incredible relief when house access is needed when the wife needs to be home. Rarely we have had to leave while Charlene was there working and have had no problems and have felt very secure. Our house has been bug free within reason during Charlene's care. She is very honest about her expressed limitations with rodents, although she has tried treatments with variable success as predicted, but at minimal cost. We have tried other companies initially since living in Albuquerque, but none have offered the advantages of Charlene who we have stuck with now for around 10 years. We have a great professional and neighbor in the and quot;Bug Ladyand quot;.

He's very neat and prompt, pulls weeds also to make sure the bugs arent around there as well. He's very plesant, nice, and respectful. He also goes the extra mile to be throrugh to make sure there aren't any nest around your home. So he doesn't just come and leave and he doesn't have a scary disposition about himself either.

We've been using this company for many years in our main home, and now use them for both our home and our kids house. Can't imagine how the service could be more professional or comprehensive. We use the service monthly and year 'round. Before we had quite a problem with roaches in the house, now we only see dead ones outside. The few times we've had special problems (had ants in the kitchen one summer, another time a wasp nest under a soffit) they took care of it, even making a special trip. They always call the night before our service so we're ready for them the next day. They're friendly, fast, responsive to special requests. Highly recommended.

Owner always does a very thorough job, is very punctual and is very responsive if you have any unwanted critters appear! I have used this company for over 20 years and have never had a reason to consider changing companies.

They are wonderful. I haven't used them in a year or so, but I would go back to them in a heart beat. He did an excellent job and was very helpful. He provided me with education with what I could do to control pests in my yard and how. He was prompt and he's a good guy.
