Work was done quickly and with care. Information was given about the pest control spray. A few days later there was evidence that it was working well. Prompt friendly service was very much appreciated.

It went fine. The bugs hung around for a few days and I had to sweep them away but at least they were dead

He sprayed house and courtyards and around barn area, also used something on the large ants that killed them immediately. There were dead bugs in the garage and all over the back porch. Very complete job!

Larry was able to come by that evening. He did the job for the agreed upon price, and even came back the next day to be sure that the problem was solved. He went WAY above and beyond the minimum expected and provided fantastic service when we were in a time of real need.

Fine. What he did was lift the top where the water people read meters and spray. Those roaches came running out and headed straight for the house. He sprayed inside and out. The next day, there were roaches all over the place inside and out. He did his job just fine. It was not what I expected as when my friend used to do it, no bugs got in except the spiders which he sprayed for as well

She went through the process and pricing and was told that I would receive a call in the evening to schedule an appointment which I did for the next day. Larry which I knew later is Charlene's brother, was right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did what had to be done.....Would recommend this company very highly. Wouldn't use anyone else !

Larry was great to work with. He was thorough applying product around our house and even did part of our neighbor's property where our fences meet. He checked back a couple of weeks later to see if we had had any problems.

Linda provided a thorough evaluation along with a complete list of recommendations for sealing entry points. She also spent time discussing mouse behavior and recommendation certain landscaping ideas to discourage pests from coming close to the house. We were very pleased with her service and will definitely call upon her again if the need presents itself.

Ladybug has been providing monthly pest control services for us for more than 20 years (3 different houses). Char is trustworthy and reliable - she has access to our house even if we are not home. She will come back to the house between monthly visits (and use a variety of pest control solutions) when we have had a particularly "pesty" problem that needs extra attention (ants in the winter, flying ant nest in the garage wall, etc.). More importantly, Char is kind and caring and connects well with her customers; our dog thinks that she comes over just to visit him!

Charlene is always helpful, and efficient with her work. She has been spraying my family's home for over 10 years, so we always have a nice conversation about our family and hers before she moves on to her next appointment.

Sprayed inside and outside house to take care of a cockroach infestation. Worked well--hundreds of dead bugs for the next few days. Hardly see any after a month. Nice people, efficient and a good value. Don't push a contract for regular visits and are happy to come out on an as-needed basis. We're happy.

I've been using Lady Bug Pest Control for almost 30 years. Charlene is reliable, thorough and trustworthy. She sprays the outside and inside of my residence and sprayed the residences of my mother and my daughter when they lived in Albuquerque. She has a key to my house and I trust her completely. If I have an unusual problem with ants or wasps, she comes and takes care of it promptly. If I need her for any reason between monthly spraying she will come back and take care of it also. As anyone who lives in Albuquerque knows, we have BUGS! I relocated here about 5 years ago and was surprised by the number of insects in and around the house. On the inside of the house I tried using those "bug motels" with the sticky substance that traps the insects and the "motels" filled up rapidly with insects, some so large it was scary. I bought gallons of insect spray for the outside of the house, but my efforts seemed to have little effect. I learned about Lady Bug Pest Control from my neighbor who has used her services for many years. It has been about 4 years now that Charlene, owner of Lady Bug Pest Control, visits my house on a monthly basis to spray for insects. If I need to postpone the visit, she is great about working around my schedule and we can easily schedule the visit for another day that week. She is extremely punctual and I can always count on her. If I have some special concern about an outdoor area or one of the rooms in the house she addresses it cheerfully. I highly recommend this company.
