We are a locally owned and operated business servicing albuquerque and surrounding areas for over 35 years. We protect your home and business from ants, roaches, spiders, fleas, wasps, bedbugs, mice and other rodents. We use low toxicity, low impact materials because your family and pets are important to us. We apply just enough of our odorless, eco-friendly treatments to protect your home or business and no more. Every treatment Ladybug Pest Control uses is approved and regulated by the New Mexico Dept. of Agriculture (NMDA). We are licensed and insured on a yearly basis.

Description of Work: I guess Lady Bug only does routine spraying and doesn't treat spiders or carpet beetles which is what I needed. Lady Bug did send another exterminator over approx 4 hours after the agreed upon time. The exterminator that came was very knowledgeable and addressed the problems quickly. I would use this exterminator again; he knew his bugs and was very professional!

Very sorry about the time mix-up; it certainly was not intentional. I believe you were given a discount on your service because of the confusion. Ladybug Pest Control takes care of all pest problems and I did send another exterminator out who is experienced in carpet beetles. He is also licensed and insured by Ladybug.I prefer my customers to be satisfied and as you can see by my other reviews that is usually the case. Again, please accept my apologies.
