The fix required that the marble slabs be removed and the shower pan removed to install the replacement fitting. I deciced to go ahead with the job, and requested a written estimate, and documentation of his license and insurance coverage. They returned on the date agreed to, and arrived punctually at the agreed time. They removed the marble slabs without problems. They worked diligently with a minimum of disturbance to the household, and completed the complex operation within the one day estimated. The repair was successfully accomplished. I will use the services again when needed!

The guy didn't really know what he was doing. He spent 4 hours making a huge mess, and was really unprofessional.

They were supposed to repair two leaks for my faucets. I called them back, due to more leaks, and asked them to stand by their work and fix the issue. Since he couldn't come out for a few days, I hired someone else to complete the work.

Whenever I watered the flowers in my backyard, the outdoor faucet leaked like crazy. I was putting a wastepaper basket to catch the leaking water. Kevin came out took a look and simply tightened a screw on the bottom of it. It hasn't leaked since. He refused to use my Angie's special deal saying he would honor it when I needed some real plumbing work done, since he lived close by and this took him all of one minute. I will definitely use him whenever I have plumbing needs.

Kevin was courteous and prompt in setting up an appointment to replace the faucet. He called the day before to confirm, which I appreciated. Cade called the morning of our appointment and said he'd be the one replacing the faucet. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He replaced the faucet quickly, making sure it was working properly. He was very pleasant to me and my husband. The cost of the work was fair and included the Angie's List coupon. We were very impressed with both Kevin and Cade and will be calling them again when we have other plumbing issues. We definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

After a leak in the tank portion of an older model water heater, KSM promptly gave me 2 estimates for replacing the tank with a new tank unit, and replacing with a tankless unit. We chose to do away with our two traditional tank water heaters for the tankless unit. Over the course of a few days (it was extensive work) KSM installed a new gas line and the tankless unit. The work was done thoroughly with all the necessary permits and precautions. The two guys were very polite and professional. They even kept the noise to a minimum to avoid waking my kiddos during nap time! It took a few days for the work to be completed as the work included a new gas line (about 60 ft), the unit itself, and required both gas and electrical permits. The electrical work was done by an electrician that KSM called from Angie's list. Everything was done thoroughly and with high standards. They even cleaned up after themselves daily.They also earn high praise for compassion, as when they came to check on the water heater leak originally, they quickly realized that i was without any hot water for me and the kids. So they kindly readjusted a few things so that i could use the one remaining functioning hot water heater for my daily needs until i got the final quote for replacement. They were prompt with their quote and scheduling, and I completely trust the quality and integrity of their work. I will be using them for any future needs and recommending them to others as well.

I ordered the $39.00 plumbing assessment offer through Kevin at KSM Plumbing on Angie's List, as I had a washer that was leaking. I called and emailed Kevin shortly after purchasing my voucher. He responded immediately and we scheduled an appointment. He kept in touch as we got closer to the appointment time and arrived at my house timely. He brought a staff member with him just in case he had to break through the plasterboard in my laundry room, as he didn't know what the situation would be. The two of them worked professionally, diligently, and knowledgeably. They were done in less than an hour, and Kevin told me what the problem was. And he had his staff member make a smaller, plumbing related repair free of charge just to make me a happy customer! Thank you, Kevin! I will surely call you again should I ever have another plumbing issue.

The process went very smoothly. It took a couple of phone calls and Kevin coming out to see the installation before settling on a solution to some of the problems that an inspector had identified. Once things were settled, Kevin came and performed the installation without any problems. He installed a new hot water heater and expansion tank, replaced some plumbing that had been recalled and re-routed some of the overflow plumbing because it was not up to code. All of this was done in one visit that took a few hours. He was very helpful and professional.
