I have used KSM in the past, so I knew exactly who to call for a professional job. I contacted him at about 11:00 a.m. and told him about the leak. When I told him that Pro Serv was on the way he asked if he could come before they arrived so that the leak would be fixed when they began their job. He arrived within 30 minutes with another plumber. They inspected all the possible places the leak could be coming from and found that it was in the wall where the refrigerator ice maker is conntected. After they removed the drywall, they found that the previous plumber who replumbed the entire house had not used the correct fitting for the type of pipe he was replacing. That was alarming because it means that the fittings throughout the house might leak at any time. Anyway, Kevin replaced the fitting with a proper one. He was careful to take pictures of the fittings before he did the work so that I could have copies for my records. The work was finished promptly and the cost was very reasonable. He gave my the Angie's List discount before I even asked for it. I will use KSM in the future when I have plumbing issues. I have recommended him to friends and family, and I will continue to do so.

Did all right work, but as with all of my experience with Angie's List "Big Deals" it always costs significantly more to perform the work than the stated "Big Deal" cost. This cost inflation has happened twice to me, and you're already stuck paying the higher cost because you already paid for the "Big-Deal" and cannot get out of it. I will never use Angie's List "Big Deals" again!

Kevin is friendly, well-informed, able to analyze a problem and articulate in explaining and recommending solutions. He solved a faucet-flow problem that had defeated two other plumbers. It was a pleasure working with him.

Kevin gave a detailed estimate and explained everything that needed to be done up front. There were three aspects of the connections that needed to be brought up to code. One particularly nice detail was that once he got into the work it became evident that two valves (shutoff and swamp cooler) needed to be replaced. Instead of using a lower quality valve like the ones that were replaced, Kevin installed a higher quality one that will be better over the long run and last longer and be less hassle - and he still hit the estimated price. Nice to see the dedication of doing a quality job over padding a few bucks.

He is just like a small operation. It is just him and another guy. I had him out twice actually. He fixed a water pump for me as well, and I had been happy with him that is why I had him back. He did a good job and came on time. He was pleasant and efficient. He delivered the service he said he would, and he fixed many things like the toilet, water pump, and faucet. I like what he does. His price was pretty reasonable because I had a coupon. He is my plumber now.

They came out to repair 2 leaking toilets. My son had tried to install water-saving flush valves, but they did not fit. KSM was unable to fix the leaks the first time they came out, but told us it was because the toilets were too old to upgrade. They recommended new toilets from Costco which had the water-saving features, and came back out and installed them for the price we paid for the coupon ($111 for 2 hours). The new toilets work beautifully and are much more efficient.

Kevin was prompt, courteous, and got to work right away. I would have preferred that he repaired the drywall he cut away under the sink, but I can understand why he didn't. I appreciate that he did his best to find the source of our leak, and he was willing to do whatever it took to make the situation right.

I suspected a leak somewhere in the system, due to high water bills, so I opted for the service of Diagnostic Call. Kevin Meek checked out everything thoroughly, and found that the water main was leaking, and needed to be replaced. After I got some other quotes for the work, I decided upon KSM. The whole crew was very polite and professional, and did very good work. Due to the holiday time frame, there was a delay in getting the work inspected and approved by the city, but once that was done, the final work was completed quickly and efficiently. I also recently, decided to hire KSM again, since my second bath had a leak in the tub faucet. The person who worked on that, gave really great service, and made certain it was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend KSM, and would hire them again. Great job, Kevin and team!

They did a great job installing a toilet for us. We have hired them back to install another toilet.

KSM showed up on time. A journeyman did the job. He did a very good job. It took longer than expected, because of some complications, but they did not charge me any extra.

KSM arrived on time to replace our water heater. KSM easily overcame every obstacle that they experienced with removing the thirty year old water heater that was popping so loud that it sounded like a firecracker. The plumbers answered all of my questions thoroughly and it was obvious that they were very focused on doing an exceptional job for us. KSM is the best plumbing company that I have ever encountered and I highly recommend them.

KSM (Kevin Meek) arrived on time and replaced the main water shut off valve for my house. Kevin was very thorough and there was no leaking whatsoever. He also insulated all of the piping to ensure that it would be protected from freezing. KSM has performed several repairs at my house and I have been extremely please with every interaction that I have had with the company. I would highly recommend KSM to anyone who needs a plumber.

We selected KSM Plumbing from Angie's list based on "A" rating and the number of reviews. Kevin responded promptly to our request for an estimate for a new water heater. Because of our particular requirement of BTU's needed for our new walk-in tub, he recommended a tankless water heater. On the day and time we agreed upon, Kevin and his crew installed the water heater. They did an excellent job. Also, the installer came back the next day, on his own, to re-check and make sure the new tankless water heater was operating correctly. KSM, held up to their "A" rating. We would not hesitate to use them again for future plumbing issues and would definitely recommend them to others.
