My plumbing job provided Kevin with a unique set of challenges. But Kevin handled it professionally and in a timely manner. I read a couple of the last reports on him and I must say I fail to see the reason to fail him. He handled my job proficiently, professionally and that includes the two asst plumbers employed by him. I will use his company again without pause. Excellent work!

We've used this provider twice. The installation of the water heater went very smoothly. The first time we used this provider was also a very good experience. Our toilets were not sitting securely on the floor. It turns out that the previous owner of our house tiled the bathrooms incorrectly around the toilets. KSM found the problems and clearly explained to us what was happening. They fixed both of them for a reasonable price. What I found impressive about KSM is that they could have said we needed a more expensive repair and we wouldn't have known any better. I appreciated their honesty.

I couldn't get in touch with my regular swamp cooler company, so I used this company. The technician was prompt, polite, and efficient. He replaced a section of the copper pipe that was in bad shape. However, I had neglected to buy my own pads, so ended up purchasing the expensive thick pads, which I personally don't like. I ended up finally calling in my regular technician who put in the aspen pads. He also told me that the water level in the pan was too low. I would't use KSM again mainly because I have another company I've used for years.

Everything went fine. There were some scheduling issues, but once they did come out, they did a great job.

I called and left a message on a Sunday, mid-June. It took several days to get a return call. The message that was left for me stated he was extremely busy and wouldn't be able to make it out to my home until that Friday and for me to call him back and let him know if that would be ok. I called him back and said it would be fine as I literally live right around the corner from him. I never heard back from him. I sent an email through Angie's list on 7/7/13 and asked if he was still interested in doing the job at my home and again, never heard back from him. I would never think of using this company in the future.

Kevin sent one of his employees to perform the work, which went very well. There were one or two reasons that the installation didn't pass inspection--they were arguably due to rigid interpretation of the code. Nonetheless, Kevin performed the required fixes and the installation subsequently passed inspection.

We purchased a Groupon from KSM for a swamp cooler tune-up. We made an appointment and the technician that came out was professional and punctual. While he was there, we asked him to look at our second swamp cooler to see what repairs needed to be made on that one. He determined that we probably needed a full replacement but he would need the owner of the company to come out and look at it. He took our contact information. We did not hear anything for 10 days so I called back. I spoke with the owner and he apologized and said the technician had given him our info but he forgot to call. I made an appointment for the following Thursday. The appointment time came and went and he never showed up. My husband called him and he said the appointment was for Friday and not Thursday (not true). Friday he was late but did spend almost an hour with us talking through swamp cooler replacement prices and options. He left with our email addresses and told us he would send us a written estimate. We never heard from him again. I called and left several voicemails but there was no reply, not even a response that he was too busy or didn't want the job...just no response. We have called another company in ABQ to replace our swamp cooler. Although the original service that we purchased the groupon for was done well, I will not use this company again. To be completely ignored when you are trying to hire someone and pay them for a job is just too frustrating. The fact that he also lied to my husband about the appointment day/time was equally a deal breaker for me too.

Great Job. Kevin is a real problem solver. He was able to diagnose a repair the problem with some very creative thinking. His work was very effective and the problem is solved.

I called for two reasons: to get an estimate on an upgraded swamp cooler or install Central Air. Kevin discussed options and was honest enough to suggest a less expensive option of fixing my current swamp cooler. Initially cooler fixed, but only worked for 12 hours. I called them to come back to re-examin. They came back the next day, and replaced faulty fan belt. but cost me a extra day of 85+ degree heat in house. Unfortunatley it took 4 days from the initial consultation , untill the cooler was finally fixed. If the belt was that worn when they worked on it initially, they could have replaced it then, and saved us both time.

We actually had a problem where the spigot had split over winter. In contacting them about the cooler start up we mentioned that the spigot was leaking and that we had bought a replacement. He took off the old one and replaced it with the new one without giving us any problems and got the cooler up and running leak free! The only issue was that they came several hours after the original time we had agreed upon, but luckily it was not a problem for us.

The technician Kade Hardy did a great job. Very professional and courteous.

It went well. They arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again if they weren't so busy.

They made all the necessary repairs by replacing the pads, float, belt and water distributor. They did not inflate the cost on these additional items which they replaced at cost. I found their staff professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

We had a great experience with KSM in February when Kevin and his crew installed a tankless water heater at our residence. Because of that experience which we rated "A", we had not doubts about calling KSM again concerning repairs needed in our rental property. Kevin runs his company very professionally. He shows up as scheduled, he gives an estimate with recommendations of what you need as well as what you don't need. He supervises his crew and contributes to the successful completion of the project and the completed project matched the estimated price which we consider a fair price. Kevin was very capably assisted by Kade, the tall one and K.C. Both were very professional and very knowledgeable in the work that they did. They completed their work in the time estimated. Our KSM experience is considered "A+" and we definitely recommend KSM (Kevin, Kade and K.C.).

I initially scheduled an appointment then canceled. When I rescheduled again he couldn't come that day but was able to come out the very next day on his day off. I was very thankful because the temperature was hot that day.

He was great. We used them. I am satisfied with their service. He did good work and showed up on time and did everything that I had expected. He worked on our smart cooler and it is an equivalent of an air conditioner. I would use them again.

KSM was great. Kevin came out the same day and got my swamp cooler ready for summer. He found a problem with the shaft bearing, which ultimately will mean a new swamp cooler, and showed my how to extend the life of the cooler by oiling the bearings every couple of weeks (better than buying a new swamp cooler right now). I would definitely using his services again. In fact, I will be asking him for a quote to replace the swamp cooler when that becomes necessary.

I did pay a little bit more than the deal, but I didn't have any trouble with my furnace during the winter. I thought their professionalism was fine.

Kevin and his crew are knowledgeable, respectful, punctual and do an excellent job on everything you request. I would not hesitate to hire them again. All their work is done to perfection!!!

My experience went very well. He was very nice and understood exactly what I was talking about with the extra work. He came prepared for the job.

Called KSM to have 3 items repaired/checked. They came the next morning first thing and got straight to work. CHecked the Stove for a gas leak, everything was great... checked the fireplace for a gas leak or and to get it on, after verifying there was no leak, he recommended a company to repair the electrical portion of the fireplace. The shower, he walked upstairs, saw what the situation was and immediately knew what it was. He purchased the part and repaired the shower quickly. It worked perfectly. KSM is a little more expensive than some of the other plumbers I've used, but the service was excellent and worth the extra bit. Thanks for the work!

The owner of KSM came and was punctual. He quickly replaced the exterior faucet. He also gave me information on replacing my furnace.

When we turned on the old air conditioner, which was mounted ten feet off the ground onto the side of the house, we found that it had rusted so badly that the entire unit almost shook itself off of it's support. One look at the squirrel cage and it was quite evident that this was no longer repairable. Kevin and his workers did a marvelous job of installing a new swamp cooler 8 inches above ground level, where it is now a snap to work on. They had to not only remove the old unit and dig out a large stubborn bush and plants for the new unit to occupy, but also had to pour a slab of concrete for the front feet of the new unit to rest. They also had to install about 6 feet of new outside ductwork, which looks very attractive. Excellent workers, polite and professional and they did everything that they said they would do and more. They made our day much cooler, for sure!
