Description of Work: We met with Kevin and found him to be extremely dynamic and likeable. He outlined his process and methods of marketing and talked with us about the pros and cons of listing our house. Description of Work: Kevin Ramos was engaged to sell my fathers home in the East Mountains. It had been on the market with another Realtor for almost a year. He suggested we lower the price a little, which we did, and our home had a full price offer within a month and closed in less that 60 days. I would Kevin my highest recommendation.
