Description of Work: Terrible, terrible customer service and quality of work. Their communication between employees was terrible - I was scheduled for a three hour service to get the carpets, air ducts, ceiling fans, and all vents in the house cleaned for Sunday. They showed up and had the wrong truck so they said we would have to reschedule for everything except the air duct cleaning (which they did and blew crap from the ducts all over! We have had our ducts cleaned before and never had a mess throughout rest of the house from it being done). I explained that I have to have the carpets done by Thursday morning because that is when the renter is moving in and they guaranteed that would not be a problem. So they rescheduled me for Tuesday, yet the time window they gave us was over and no one had showed up. We called the company and spoke to Kimberly. Kimberly basically told me their job ran late and they'd be there in 1-2 hours, but were coming from the Colorado Springs. I had a 2 year old and a 4 year old with me and we had already been waiting in an empty condo for over an hour. I was extremely frustrated as this was the second day they couldn't get their act together. I told Kimberly how upset I was and why and she basically replied that there was nothing she could do, apparently all of my time they had wasted meant nothing to them. I asked to speak to a manager and she wouldn't give me a phone number or an email (apparently this company only has one phone number and email address for everyone- including the owner that is in Israel!!) I should have just cancelled my service but I decided to try to make it work. I finally talked to the manager Jen... Who was extremely rude and defensive. She told us that she couldn't authorize any sort of compensation for all the inconveniences and it was up to the cleaners. The cleaners finally arrived and we very rude. They came in the house and were on their way out in TEN minutes! The cleaner said he had strict instructions from his boss that be was not to give us a discount and that he was to spend no more than ten minutes at our house. The carpet looked and felt like they got it wet and quickly ran a vacuum over it. They didn't even clean all the way to the walls! They left clumps of black stuff on the carpet- told us that our carpet looks like an ashtray (which our carpet is 2 years old and in wonderful condition). We have a couple stains on the carpet and they didn't even try to treat or get them up. They left water spilled on the hardwood throughout the house. The company wouldn't do anything for me and I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge!!!! I highly discourage anyone from using the "services" this company claims to provide. The biggest lesson learned from this is that you get what you pay for :-/ photo shows how they didn't even clean all the carpet and you can clearly they didn't get the area in front of fire palace or sliding door.

Description of Work: The two men who performed the work arrived exactly on time. They worked quickly, removed vent covers and thoroughly cleaned every one plus vacuuming inside the vents--I have a lot of vents.They also checked my heater. When finished, they cleaned every carpet in the house--I also have a lot of carpeted areas--doing an excellent job. The initial price was $199 and I elected to get the extra services of a thorough cleaning of the inside of my heater including the grime on the motor. I also ordered a much better lifetime filter to replace the flimsy one I had. The extra also included a misting of the vent system to kill any bacteria, mold, etc. that might still be there. They were very professional. I was completely satisfied with the work they did and would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I had not really thought about having my vents cleaned until we had to remove a vent cover for painting. I was pretty upset when I saw what was in the vent! It was really filthy. I saw a Deal of the Day and purchased it immediately. The crew arrived right on time and the lead mechanic, Eddy, introduced himself, shook my hand and proceeded to explain all that was included and how it would be done. He and another young man went from room to room cleaning the vents and showing me how dirt had accumulated. There was even a dead mouse up in the vent. When they were done with the vent cleaning portion, Eddy offered different additional services that would be quite beneficial for us with our allergy problems. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase these extra services. It just made good sense to me. I was very comfortable having this crew in my home They were very respectful of my home and my doggies and of me, of course.

Description of Work: Clean all the ceiling vents which we suspected had never been done.....dryer vent and also we ordered a new filter to be made for our furnace. Great job and really nice guys.

Description of Work: I had a living social deal for $55 to get ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I made the appointment for 8-20-2012 for 10 am. The woman I made the appointment with called at 11:45 to tell me this was the second call they placed to me that day. This was a flat out lie because I had been home all morning and my one and only phone never rang. Anyway, she said the truck broke down and they needed to reschedule. I made my second appointment for 10 am on 8-31-2012. Once again the company called 15 mins prior to my appointment and asked me to reschedule again. When i said no, I was given some song and dance about providing the highest customer satisfaction they knew and the only way to do this was to reschedule for a second time. When i said no again and told them that they would have good customer satisfaction if they showed up and did their job as scheduled, she just said...we will be there at 11. Keep in mind my appointment was at 10 and they didn't show up till 11:30. I did find out that the owner/managers name is David Hirsh who I plan on calling and complaining to. The service was to clean the ducts but not the AC fan...that was another $70. I also needed a new dryer vent thing that the company could replace for $12. The main man doing all the talking did tell me that he would give my the $12 piece for free if I didn't complain. Was he serious? They thought a $12 piece of tubing would keep me quite. I have already complained to living social and got my money back and David Hirch is next on my list since I just let the Albquerque area know on this site. I would NEVER recommend this company!!
