They arrived on time and started the work. They recommended the entire pipeline be flushed out which cost extra, but it needed to be done to be effective. The deal price was excellent, but I think the add-on was a bit high priced for the time it took.

Work was not performed. Since their ad said vermin were included we figured mice wouldn't be an issue. Michelle scheduled twice. The first time they were unable to come out due to snow. The 2nd time they were very late & when did arrive they threatened to call the CDC & the owner even threatened to condemn our house because of a few mouse droppings. It was a miserable experience & we didn't even get all of our money back.

Provider cleaned ducts at the advertised price, but we elected to have them disinfect the ducts as well and install a permanent washable furnace filter.. That choice about tripled the price. The lead man was very good about explaining eveything; he and his helper worked swiftly and efficiently.

The big deal of $99 covered it all and I didn’t pay extra. They were quick and they did a good job. The carpets came clean. I had a smooth experience with them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. He was a very nice man. He was prompt. I imagine he did a good job but I can't really tell because they are air ducts. I would use him again.

I would not recommend them. When they got here they said that I needed new filters and a special deodorizer. My husband was very upset. We cancelled the filters because we were not suppose to be put in anyways. I just needed the filter at the base of the unit and I can buy them cheaper. They were nice and friendly. He kept saying that I had stuff and needed stuff. I trusted them and that is why I am upset. I would not use them again.

They cleaned the upper air ducts with along flexible hose and then told me it doesn't include the floor ducts or sanitizing of any. They cleaned the dryer vent at the wall and did not check on the roof. Cleaning of the rugs was done with in a slap shod way. After all was said and done the cheap service cost over $500 to get the ceiling and floor vents cleaned and sanitized as well as a poor rug and vent job.

This business did a good job cleaning my interior vents.

I had an appointment scheduled on 1-14. The provider called on 1-16 saying the truck was out of service, and that they would be out all week, but would call to reschedule. No one ever called to reschedule, and I was felt like I was given the run around.

I purchased the deal on November 29th and have still not been able to get it done. Every time we have something scheduled they either reschedule or don't show up.

They did offer to clean the dryer vent for free as well but it was not cleaned completely.

They did a wonderful job and were professional and helpful. They even helped me unload groceries from my van. They talked me into some add ons which I was insure I wanted, so they are good at seeking he extras. Tr house looked good. The carpets were very wet and wavy for several days. Looks great now.

He never contacted me. I contacted him and never received a call back.

They were very helpful and told me what to do to get my refund.

What I wanted was for the air return channel to be cleaned. They put a huge tube of the air return opening but got very little out of it. All they did was stir up the detritus that then clogged the furnace's air filter. I change air filter twice in the two days after they left. They also broke some tile grouting in order to "clean" the vent in the kitchen. Then he couldn't make the vent close properly. After the furnace cycled a few times there was dirt on the floor extending about two feet out from the vent. Some "sanitizing." Would never use them again.

They were late, did not have the proper equipment and overall not very professional.

Due to some kind of mix-up, they called on Sunday to say they would arrive soon. I informed them that the appointment was for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday no one showed up. Called and rescheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday two guys arrived on time. They moved the dryer out, vacuumed out the ducts, vacuumed the floor, and moved the dryer back into position. The workers were polite and personable and performed the work quickly and professionally.

I scheduled the duct cleaning a month in advance (through Amazon Local Deals). I took the day of work because I wasn't sure when they would show up. On the scheduled day, I called at 9 am (a toll-free number) to verify the time, I was on hold for 18 minutes before they took my information and said they would have the technician call back. I called again at Noon, and they said they would call back. I called again at 2, was put on hold for almost 1 hour, and they apologized and said the technician hadn't been returning their calls, and would I like to reschedule. I told them I would not. Why should I "save" money by taking a whole day off from work again? I will go with another company.

Maybe I'm just not familiar with what's involved with a dryer vent cleaning but I think there may have been a little bit of bait and switch going on. They posted the lowest price but while the service was taking place they told me that I should also have an "acid wash" done on the vent. That added an additional $100 to the bill.

they cleaned out the dryer vent and the wall and the top of the dryer. All they needed to do was the dryer vent. They went the extra mile.

They were prompt and professional. On those ducts that were dirtier, they spent an extra amount of time getting them cleaned out. Was very happy with the results.
