They were on time and very nice. They did up-sale me on more services but I never felt pressured to agree. I just chose the ones I felt wanted and could afford. All in all I was very satisfied with the work they did for me.

It went very well, as I described above. As a home improvement professional I'm probably more picky than many homeowners when getting work Done on my own house, but in this case I was pleased with every Single aspect of the work.

Very good at cleaning and inspecting ducts. Tried to sell extra services up front. Both guys smelled like fresh cigarette smoke. I am allergic. Would recommend due to quality of work.

They showed up on time, were courteous and efficient. The Deal was for one floor only, so we had them do air ducts downstairs and carpets upstairs. The carpets were cleaned well, but were left wetter than we're used to from other services. The ducts required sealing, which added considerably to the cost. End result was most satisfactory.

They did a good job, but emphasized that all ducts needed dis infecting & anti-bacteria treatment. This was an add-on cost.

Great! It was obvious the head technician was knowledgeable about the cleaning, kind of uniti had, filters, etc. they were here over two hours. The office called when they were on the way which I appreciated.

They did a horrendous job on the carpets. There was still dirt all over the place and it looked the same as it did before they arrived.

It turned out fine. They did a very fine job.

I bought a 30 year old house. Apparently, the ducts had never been cleaned. Hoovers did a professional, quick, clean job of taking care of all this. They arrived on schedule. Got to the job right away. And didn't leave a mess behind. Besides having clean ducts, my dryer now works like new! Twice the heat it used to put out. Bonus: I don't need to buy a new dryer. Highly recommend!

The technicians were prompt. They allowed me to view vents and mildew. Eddy answered my many questions and gave knowledgeable information regarding other inspections, even those they were not necessarily performing. He seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of work being performed, double checking everything and making sureit was completed to my satisfaction. I have turned on my air conditioner and there is a noticeable improvement in dust reduction and a fresh odor coming from my vents. These technicians were professional, self-starters, well informed, hard working, and courteous.I believe this company took in to consideration my financial limitations and gave me the best job done at the best price.

The service providers showed up more or less on time and the experience began fairly well with them cleaning the duct work throughout the house. I origanally requested a $69.00 service as advertised in my local paper. About halfway through the cleaning process one of the service techs told me that there was bacteria and mold in my ducts (which I now doubt was true) and that I needed to have the system sanitized. I don't usually fall for these kinds of sales pitches and he really didn't show me any evidence of this being true so I refused the service. The tech kept after me offering to shampoo the carpet and offering me a "lifetime" electrostatic furnace filter as well as a reduced additional fee. They said the filter was another $69.00. WELL...I did have some water damage at one point a couple of years ago and my furnace filter did need to be replaced so I finally told them to go a ahead at the reduced price. They didn't have the correct size filter with them and said they would send one. As far as I can tell all they did to "sanitize" the system was spritz some unknown liquid into the motor for about ten seconds. the new filter did arrive but doesn't fit my furnace housing. Three times now the office has told me that soeone would be back to pick up and replace the filter and no one has shown up. This morning the office told me she would call me right back and I've not heard a word. AND I received a credit card charge of $226.49! To top it off, there's as much dust blowing into the house through the vents as there was before the so-called cleaning. I would never recommed this company.
