Great service, seamless communication and scheduling -- all-around great experience. The replaced the windshield at the dealer where service was being done, so all I had to do was pay over the phone.

Called my insurance company for reputable companies they recommend for windshield replacement. They gave me three, and then I checked them out on "Angies List" . Went with Horizon and was satisfied with the initial contact over the phone.They asked about insurance coverage, gave me price quotes, set up an appointment for the following day,performed the work on schedule, and was out of there in less than two hours. Overall good experience !

This shop is excellent in every aspect. I never give this kind of praise however they deserved it. went to horizon after getting a quote from another shop. It was night and day in difference. walked in to horizons showroom was quickly greeted. they front staff proceeded to answer all of my questions then showed multiple options that would work. they took the time to make sure i was making the right decision. they even pulled an senior installer to explain how the paint protection film would be applied and where it would protect. On the day of the install I was also greeted by the owner who again explained the process and how they would keep the car in the garage while the paint protection film cured/dried. Picked up the car where again the owner came out and showed where the film was applied instructed my wife on how to care for it while it fully cured. showed us the tint. explained the warranty. Both the tint and paint protection film look very good no bubbles or dirt. Oh almost forgot, they had a better price than the competitors.

I selected this store based on the 7 other A-ratings, and I wasn't disappointed. The owner, Rod Williams, provided excellent personal service. To begin, we reviewed my car's hood and explained the coverage of the protective fim. After deciding on the work to be done, Rod personally drove me to my office about 15 minutes away. He told me that the process would take 1-1/2 days, but was able to finish the same day. When finished, he picked up me up at my office for return to the store. He personally performed the work and did an excellent job. Also, he included some extras at no charge. I am VERY pleased with the entire experience at Horizon, and would definitely recommend it to every one else. Thanks, Rod!

100% satisfied, no problems

I called ahead to see if an appointment was recommended for this service and was told that it's not. I arrived at about 2 PM and one of the office folks looked at my windshield and said it was repairable but that I'd still see the spot where the rock hit after the repair. The estimated time was 40 minutes. My car was finished a little over an hour later. The repair looks as I expected.

In all the 8 years we've used Horizon Auto Glass, we have never had a complaint about anything regarding our business dealings with them. Amazing people, amazing quality and care. They are the best in town, hands down.

Spoke with John on my first call to get basic, general information. Very helpful and the information he provided convinced us that we wanted to have the work done. Rod showed up as scheduled and he too was very knowledgable, informative, and professional. The price was great and they did the work the next day. Looks great! We would definitely recommend Best Tinting - in fact I gave their information to a friend looking to have her car tinted.

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS STOPPING AT THEIR SHOP TO DISCUSS MATERIAL USED AND PRICES. THE OWNER CAME TO MY HOUSE TO COMPARE WINDOW MEASUREMENTS AN QUOTE A PRICE. WE SET A DATE FOR THE INSTALLATION. THE DAY OF INSTALLATION THE OWNER AND HIS HELPER SHOWED UP ON TIME. THE EQUIPMENT USED, THE VAN, AND THEIR CLOTHES WERE PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. I ALSO ENJOYED SOME CONVERSATIONS WE HAD DURING THE JOB. I OWNED A BUSINESS FOR 31 YEARS AND WAS IN MANY CUSTOMER HOMES DOING SOME CONSTRUCTION AND SERVICE TYPE WORK SO I FEEL I AM A REASONABLE JUDGE OF GOOD SERVICE PEOPLE.

They tinted my windows in 2010, and I returned in 2012 to have them tint my wife's windows. Both times I was very impressed with the quality, service, and price. Overall an excellent operation. I recommend them to all my friends!

A year or so ago, I needed to replace my windshield. My insurance company listed Horizon Auto Glass as one of their references. I called > had a very good experience > my new windshield has been trouble-free. Last week, I got a "star" ding from a tire-thrown rock. Called for an appointment > was told they could take it now > they did, and were done earlier than the ETA. And because of an arrangement they have for customers of my auto insurance company, I got an excellent price break.

My husband had a busted out driver's side window so we called Horizon Auto Glass. They had a remote service, which went to the job site that my husband was on, within a couple of hours. When they got there, they were very professional and did their job very quickly. We will definitely be going through this company again in the future.

If you are interested in security window film for your home or business, these are the right guys to call. I wanted to install some security film to help protect a vulnerable glass door. I called several other places that were willing to install security film, but no one else knew much about it or had a meaningful amount of real experience with it. For example, this was the only company I could find that had experience with and was willing to install an anchoring system. (An anchoring system attaches the film securely to the window frame. Without an anchor, the film will still hold the body of the glass together and prevent it from breaking into shards, but with a couple of hits the whole sheet of glass will just fall out of the frame.) They use Dow 995 sealant -- a special kind of caulk-like material -- to bond the film to the frame, which is what most window security film manufacturers recommend. They also do window tinting, of course, including the option of tinted security film that can improve both security and energy efficiency. The estimator they sent out (Cara) was knowledeable, extremely professional, and honest -- she seemed to be primarily interested in making sure that I got good value for the money I was spending. (She actually recommended *against* doing some work that I was interested in based on a likely poor return on investment, even though it meant a loss of some business for them.) There was a small question about the ideal approach for a few of my windows, and they called the film manufacturer to get a firm answer rather than guessing or doing whatever was easiest. The installer (John) was very friendly and experienced, took the time to do a very neat job, and cleaned everything up thoroughly. I'm happy with the results. The film itself is invisible, and the sealant isn't too noticeable, considering that 995 is notoriously difficult to work with. The cost was exactly as quoted, and was roughly comparable to what other companies had quoted me for installation without any anchoring system.

Within six months after installing the windshield, it was so hazy, all over - not just where the windshield wipers wipe - that when the sun is on it, you can't see through it. When driving into the sun rise your vision is completely obscured. We took it back to Horizon, who informed us that this is what it's supposed to do (Huh?) and that the warranty covers all sorts of things - but not that. READ: The warranty doesn't cover not being able to see through your windshield. All we wanted them to do was remove the film, which they offered to do--for a price! What a scam: here, by this great product, and when it endangers your life because you can't see through your windshield, pay us to remove it. I'll go back there for tinting and glass, but don't do this windshield thing. It's a scam.

From the first conversation to the end of the process we were very satisfied. We can see the difference that make in our house.

I called my insurance carrier this morning to get a authorization and asked about Horizon Auto Glass as I had used them in the past. I was connected to Horizon Auto glass and scheduled an appointment to have the windshield replaced. In at a little after 3pm and out by 545 pm. The facility was clean, well lite, lots a seating and they had free wi-fi. I was happy and content waiting on the work to be done. I highly recommend them!

Neither one of us knew what to expect from a windshield crack repair and were under the impression that we wouldn't be able to see it, but we did, however it was small though. My wife took the car there and she said that overall she had a positive experience.

After my car was broken into, I had Horizon replace the shattered front passenger side window. From my initial phone call to dropping off the car to picking it back up, all of the employees at Horizon were courteous and performed the job at the price quoted on the phone and within the time frame promised.
