The windshield on our RV broke in CO. Because we were here in NM for a limited time, I had to stay on top of my insurance company to coordinate with Karen at the Rio Rancho branch. She was fantastic - very knowledgeable and professional. The replacement arrived on time and she scheduled the installation for the next day. Danny and Beau arrived promptly and, after making sure the RV was properly leveled, had the broken one out very quickly. The installation was quick and efficient, and they left both sides of the windshield cleaner than we could ever get them! We were able to leave on schedule after the replacement cured for 24 hours. These gentlemen are true professionals and did a fantastic job. Thank you to all!

Fast and high quality glass replacement. Only problem is that even after I mentioned it, plainly visible broken glass was left in hard-to-reach places behind folded down seats-- would have needed to raise and slide the seats to get to it-- left that for me...

After deciding the film shade and type and being focused on trying to reduce heat transmission as much as possible, I choose a more reflective film, After I left the shop the owner called me to highlight that this would make the existing tinting that I had on the rear of my van look different than the tinting being added and that may not look as nice from the outside of the van. I followed his suggestion and am glad that I did. The job they did looks fantastic. I have had work done by Horizon previously (tinting and windshield replacement) and have been very happy with their work.

Great service and happy with results.

Horizon was very courteous and professional. They got the work done in a timely manner, and my car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off! I was impressed and would go back to Horizon for further car window needs.

Replacement was fine but something happened with the door handle. When I open it, it locks all the doors. I have to use the key and hold the key to unlock while pulling the door handle. They tried to fix it but couldn't. Yes, it's a 12-year-old car but the locks and remote were working fine beforehand.

Front office is very knowledgeable. When I returned because therear view mirror was vibrating, they addressed the problem immediately. Very prompt! very professional! Would definitly recommend them!

Worst possible experience. If I could rate it lower than F, I would. I came in for my 3pm appointment and was told it would be about 2 hours until the tint was complete. They then told me at 5:30pm that it wouldn't be ready until 6:30pm. I spent 3.5 hours sitting in their freezing cold waiting room. This was the worst conceivable experience tinting windows. I don't understand why they even make appointments if they're going to allow walk-ins to step into line in front of appointments. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid Horizon- unless they enjoy having their time wasted and being lied to.

The quote I received was less than I'd expected and I got on the schedule quickly and easily. The tech called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right on time. The work was done in less than an hour.

The work went well. I had called the day before so they could order the glass I needed for my 2010 4runner. We set an appointment for 1pm the next day. I was told it would take "2-3" hours but it only took about 80 minutes. I'm not sure the tint is an exact match but it's close. When I got in the car the "auto" rolldown feature wasn't working, but the guy was able to fix it in 30 seconds (just needed to be reset). There is a slight blemish in the tint but not a big deal to me, I'm just glad to have a window that fits and works.

This company was recommended to me by respected RV repair facility as the best (make that 'the only one') to do this type of job. They certainly were! Very professional in every way. It was a complicated installation and everything was handled with skill. I would highly recommend them.

Personnel were courteous and prompt. They were quick: I was in and out in an hour. The repair looks great: you really cannot tell where the repair was made. I well understood and understand that the repair may not hold and that I may have to have my whole windshield replace, and that's fine with me. I will definitely go back to them for windshield problems.

Service agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to show me the products I was interested on vehicles at the business. Work was quickly completed and I have had no problems.

This local company set up an appointment the very next day. They had to order the windshield we wanted, but it came just a day later. Very prompt service and response. The technician did the work within an hour at our home. We just paid our deductible so giving a price on this service is not possible. They worked with our insurance company and helped facilitate the claims process. They left an instruction sheet to insure that we allowed the windshield adhesive to cure before we did anything rugged with the car. This was a good reminder. Very courteous and being a local company is a very big plus.

Windshield replacement was quick and easily scheduled. However, upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that there were long, deep gouges in the paint on both A-pillars next to the edge of the windshield. The car was almost brand new and I knew they were not there before, so I figured someone scraped the paint when he was cutting the seal from under the old windshield. I took it back to Horizon and happened to catch Rod, the shop owner, and showed him the damage. He was extremely courteous and apologetic and did not contest my claim that the scratches were done by his employee (it was pretty obvious). He then asked if some touch-up paint would fix the problem for me. I told him that that really wasn't acceptable, that I wanted it like it was when I brought it into the shop. He was once again very courteous and told me that that would be just fine, and that if I would please just bring it to an auto body shop, he'll see that everything is taken care of, no questions asked. He recommended TM's Collision on Wisconsin, as they do all his body/paint work when needed. He also told me that he wasn't sure what work it will take to get those scratches out (and it may require re-removal of the windshield), but whatever the case, they'll pay for all of it. I took it to TM and they got it taken care of. Car looks the same as it did before I had the windshield replaced (but with a new windshield, of course). The paint damage was a hassle, but Horizon (and Rod especially) did all they could to make it right and I am perfectly satisfied with their service. I almost took this car to another place that would have replaced the windshield for about $100 less than Horizon. But I suspected that the other place was one of these quick-change windshield shops, and they would have probably given me crap about getting those scratches fixed, or maybe refused to do it at all. The level of service at Horizon is, in my opinion, unmatched and well worth the extra hundred bucks. They've made a lifelong customer.

I called Horizon auto glass and scheduled for a mobile service to replace my son's windshield on his Mini Cooper. They showed up on time and they were upfront about all charges so there were no surprises when the bill came. The installer accidently broke a pillar on the interior of the car while installing the new windshield . Once he was finished, he came to us and explained that he had broken the pillar and that they would order the part and call me to have it installed. Though we've been playing phone tag, I was impressed that they took responsibility and were polite and friendly every time that I've called their office. I will definitely use this company again.

Everyone was wonderful, from the people that I spoke with on the phone to the installer. The installer was prompt and efficient. They made the process easy and I was very pleased with the service. I would use them again without hesitation.

Horizon Auto Glass & Tint was extremely busy the day I went in, so I made an appointment for the following morning to replace a windshield that had a three foot long crack. They finished the job an hour earlier than what was expected. Horizon has consistently provided excellent products and service. We have used them several times, both for windshield replacement and window tinting. Will continue to use their services!

It's been almost a year, and my mother is still fully satisfied with the quality of work Horizon autoglass did when they tinted all of her windows (late birthday present). The woman at the front desk was extremely knowledgable and helpful when we were making our decision on which product line to go with and didn't pressure us into anything. In the future, I would definitely take my cars here.

I was real happy with their service. The price was quite reasonable. The quality of the work, it seemed they were fast and efficient. The people were excellent. It seemed like they were just fast and courteous. It seemed like their pricing was real competitive. In fact, later on in the summer, I was fortunate enough to get window tinting on the glass and my side window shattered but the tinting was there and that kind of held the glass together or else the glass would have blown into my cab. Of course, I was out of state at the time so I had my window replaced but then I went back to them to have it retinted.

It went well. I called in the morning. They scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. They explained that it would take about 2 and 1/2 hours. I took the car in at the scheduled time. They completed the work in about 2 hours. They had a comfortable waiting area with coffee and wifi. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would definitely use again.
