They are very well respected and have done better work over the years than a lot of other roofers who have worked for us. They showed up at the right time to do the work. it hasn’t rained since long so we have to wait.

Was very quick to respond and very professional in repair.

We had roof replaced with TPO. Jim Welch was very professional answered all our questions and advised us on what we needed do Six roofers plus Hugo, Forman came around 8am worked until 6:30 removed all gravel and tar were able to replace 2 sections . Cleaned as they went. Came back next day , they finished install around 3pm. Rains came , no leaks. We did have other estimates But were impressed with Jim's answers. Company has been in business since 1947. We will recommend them.

These guys were amazing?the entire company from the front office to the guys working on the roof: professional, courteous, hard-working, and basically an amazing tremendous work team! They were always on time and they cleaned up when they were done (and throughout the job basically). We have a monster roof so it was now small feat?think they had over 20 guys up there most days and it all went like clockwork! Thank you Goodrich!

We were very pleased with the entire operation. The estimator came on time. They helped us interface with our insurance company regarding possible hail damage to the old roof. The crew of five completed the entire job on our 1800 square foot house in ten and one half hours. This included installation of five new roof vents, replacing one skylight, removing an old swamp cooler stub from the roof and re-decking to cover the hole. They were very diligent in clean-up afterwards - including a power wash of our driveway to remove asphalt marks caused by falling old shingles.

Jeff at Goodrich Roofing came to my door offering to do a free inspection of my roof to see if there is any wind or hail damage. I agreed since I have several shingles that are missing. Jeff and David came back later and did the inspecion and sat down with me to go over the proceedure. They said that my insurance would most likely pay for everything except my deductable of having my complete roof replaced, if I had damage from wind or hail. Jeff said I certainly had damage from hail and showed me a photo on his cell phone that he said he took of my roof. So they contacted my insurance company which took quite a while (a complete waste of my time on a Friday evening!), and we filed a claim with my insurance. An insurance adjuster came out to inspect it within a few days, and David met him there. The insurance adjuster (Hartford) said I had NO hail damage just a few shingles missing, so they would no be able to replace the roof, but I could file a claim for the repair of those which would be about $500+. I told him I wanted to wait and talk to Jeff or David first. Well, do you think Jeff or David ever contacted me again? No! I guess they figured I was a waste of their time and it appears to me that this whole "getting your insurance to pay for a new roof" is a scam they are trying to pull over on the insurance companies. Apparently my insurance adjuster was to smart to fall for it. I would never use them again, even tho they have several good ratings and reviews, because they should have followed up with me and at least offered to do the repairs. So I just want people to be aware of what's going on..

They did a fantastic job! We had t-lock shingles which had hail damage so our insurance paid to replace the roof (minus the deductible) and Mark worked within the insurance estimate for us. We only had to pay the deductible, skylights, vents, and flat roof replacement, so we were very pleased with the cost. Plus we had an Angie's List coupon! They showed up on time, got the job done by 4pm, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves! Very professional and the roof looks great! We are very impressed and will definitely be recommending them to friends.

They have been very good. We did not have any problems until we had a little leak. Then, they came back and fixed it free of charge which was really nice. They were quick and respectful. They were professional looking.

We went with Goodrich because of past experience with the GAF master installers program when we lived in Houston. Their representative showed up when he said he would to discuss what we wanted. He explained what Goodrich would do, the guarantee on the roof, and the price. We were pleasantly surprised at the price which was cheaper than the roof Home Depot had installed about eight years before. That roof had leaked almost from day one. The Goodrich crew postponed the first date because of the possibility of rain. (No problem there - caution is always best when removing an older roof.) The crew arrived when scheduled on the second date. The crew was friendly and let us know what they would be doing. They stripped the old roof off and installed the new roof in less than a day. They were very professional. They removed all debris and left the yard looking better than it was before the roof was installed. They also worked well with the folks from the Natural Lighting Source in coordinating the installation of the Solatubes. From the initial appointment to the final visit from the rep to check the work, everything went very well. All of the Goodrich employees were professional and hard working. Having had previous experience with GAF shingles in Houston where the roof went through two hurricanes and a couple of tropical storms and lasted twenty years, I expect we will be well sheltered for at least that long with our new roof.

My experience with them went pretty well overall but not perfect as the crew was sloppy. They did come back and tidy it up. But I did have to call them. Still the roofing materials are falling down. The roof is on and it is beautiful. The job went quickly. The roof is holding out water. That was all I could really ask but I would have preferred not to have matters falling down in the middle of the night as that was bad. Their price was fair.

Workers showed up on time, seemed to work efficiently and cleaned up well afterward. Seemed a bit expensive for the amount of time spent on the project, but if it holds up, probably worth it. We did have major rain storms after the work was performed, and I had no trouble.

I don't remember but they were less than another procider quoted.

All in all the quality of our new roof is solid, the best word I know for home quality. Goodrich is a well-established name in Albuquerque and now we know why.

The roofers came on the specified day and the roof was replaced in one day. They cleaned up all around the house. A solar tube lens was broken and that was replaced. A good job.

It was like a free estimate to inspect my roof. It was good. He was very polite.

They came out, saw that there was more work to be done, as the roofing materials didn't have the under board required. They went ahead and performed the work at no additional charge. I had one minor leak on a seal, which they came out and promptly patched last winter.

We worked with Ricardo who was very responsive from quote thru follow ups each year. I just recommended the company to a good friend. There was a minor problem after the roof was put on and Ricardo had his guys out here the day I called and fixed it. We call them yearly to check the roof and keep it in good order. Very reliable. We are comfortable giving the company an A rating.

We would definately use this company again. We had leaks in our roof, another local company wanted thousands to repair. Paulo from Goodrich roofing came out was very professional and they ended up doing the job for under $1000. Honesty is the best policy in business!!

This is the 2nd time we've used Goodrich Roofing for roof repairs. Roofers in area were very busy after the August/September storms. Goodrich scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks in advance, completed the assessment and sent me an cost estimate by email. It detailed exactly what needed to be done and costs. I accepted terms and we set an appointment for the work to be done 10/22. The roof repairman arrived when expected and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He kept me informed during the work of what he was doing. When I received the final invoice, it was consistent with the original estimate.
