Description of Work: Removed two layer of shingles and installed new shingles over the entire roof. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days and the entire work area was left clean. No evidence that a major roof replacement had occurred. Even in the 95 degree weather the workers were amazingly pleasant and hard working. Except for one wayward nail that just had to find my cooler Freon line and puncture it, the entire job was well done, and on time.

Description of Work: Once we all were on the same page regarding what 'really' needed to be done the repair was accomplished. I think what was learned is LISTEN carefully to the homeowner.

Description of Work: TPO on a 1400sf flat roof. I had been given a quote a year before and when I saw them on Angie's list I asked if they would still do it for that price and they said they would and could start the next day and probably finish in a day but they had to come back the next day also. It did not rain until about 6 weeks later and there was a leak from the light fixture which they took care of within a day and I have not noticed another leak but there has not been much rain either. It seems like they did a good job and hopefully time will bear that out. It's hard to be sure in a dry climate. I did forget to ask for my Angie's list discount which was $275, I think, but I figured I'd got the estimate before I joined Angie's list.

Description of Work: I called Goodrich for an estimate for roof repair and was told to file an insurance claim, which I did. They then said I needed to sign an agreement awarding them any repair work if they went to the insurance company on our behalf. I did not like that approach and went directly to the insurance company.

Description of Work: Tune up of roof. Gave us an estimate for just repair of roof, a more thorough preventive repair ( tune up). We also asked for pricing for replacement. Tune up was done completely. My only complaint was arrival for repair was an hour past latest estimated time. We would have appreciated either a timely arrival or a phone call to alert us to delay.

Description of Work: Added a TPO roofing material on 3200 sq ft multistoried house in East Mountains. Service rep Terry came a day after I called, handled all the paperwork for the insurance, very knowledgeable. It was a 3 full day job. Hugo and crew of 6 were great. Hugo explained all the detailed questions I had, made a follow up visit about a week later. The Johns Mansville roof has a lifetime guarantee, 5 yrs service from Goodrich. Clark

Description of Work: A huge crew of guys, about 10 or 11, arrived early in the morning on the day of the installation and didn't mess around. They absolutely kicked butt on the old roof removal and seemed to have the decking ready for the new roof in no time at all. In fact the crew was completely done with the roof and had the area cleaned by about 3:00 pm that same day! A few areas of the decking were in bad shape and had to be replaced. One thing you would want to clarify is if the extra cost for decking replacement is for square footage of actual decking replaced or for the number of 4x8 sheets they had to tear into (at 32 SF each). They seemed to assume the latter which ended up costing an extra $672. The only other thing I'm not excited about is the way the flashing runs up the side of the house in some areas, but they said they had no choice. Anyhow, overall this company did a great job and patiently worked with me on a skylight installation and new exhaust vent at no extra cost, and even bought the skylight tunnel and provided that to me at cost, with no markup. I would recommend Goodrich to anyone that wants a roof job done well and fast.
