Walt, the estimator, came to our home promptly at the appointed time. He made color and quality recommendations. We hired the company to re-roof our house. Walt explained some of the common things that are found damaged on a house this age. He was correct on many counts. The crew arrived punctually and wasted no time getting right to work. The roof was stripped and readied for re-roofing faster than I dreamed possible. The crew was very professional and courteous. The job was completed in the late afternoon. After the crew left the site and I had some time to inspect the job, I discovered a few issues that I thought needed some special attention. I called the company the following day and talked to a very friendly woman who got me in touch with Walt. He came out to our house and agreed with my findings. He told me that they would correct everything to my specifications. I was able to discuss the issues with the owner of the company who assured me that the issues would be corrected within a few days.. He sent his best crew to my house and they got right to work. Midway through the repairs, the owner of the company, Mr. Nick Sanchez appeared at my door and asked how the repairs were proceeding and asked if I had anymore items that needed attention. Come on now, who ever hears of the boss man taking time from his day to personally make sure a common customer is totally and completely satisfied? I was amazed at this company's attention to detail and now I was flabbergasted at their dedication to the costumer's satisfaction. Walt returned later that day to double check my issues and I told him his crew had done a marvelous job and we were absolutely pleased. In these tough times, it is refreshing to know that there is still a local company, a contractor no less, that is so professional and dedicated to their chosen profession. I give this company, headed by one of the most conscientious owners I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, a 100% thumbs up rating. I will recommend this company to anybody that wants the best quality for the appropriate price. And the roof on our house is truely beautiful and I know it is of the highest quality materials and workmanship . Nick and Walt made sure of that. Thank you so very much Goodrich Roofing Company.

It went very well. Arrived on time completed worked as scheduled in one day. Clean up was very good.

They came when they said they would, they were helpful when I asked questions, they added a step (cost extra but worth it) when I asked for it, the reassembled my cooler and waited until I tested it before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and the whole thing was done in 1 day as they said it would be. They came around 8a.m. and left around 5.

A crew of (8)arrived as scheduled @ 9 am and it was discovered that there was 3 layers of shingles and not 2 which was quoted on the estimate that raised it by $320 also 175 ft of decking had to be removed and replaced plus (4) roof jacks for an additional $339. The job and cleanup was completed by 2:30 PM. My roof looks great and the grounds around house were cleaned up. A very professional job and I am delighted with their work.

Goodrich gave the best, that is lowest, estimate for the work. Their finished work came in more expensive than their initial bid. I feel it was a fair increase, however, as much of the roof was very old and had 2 more layers of shingles than we thought. Their work was very good. I wish they had cleaned up a little better, though. There is roofing debris on our crusher fines drive way and that is unsightly, not too bad, though. We had a few nails that were visible after the job was finished and the next morning after I called, a team of 2 men came to the house and they took care of that right away. They came when they said, and did the work in the amount of time they said they would, ONE DAY!

It was an excellent experience. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. They showed up when they said they would. The foreman introduced himself. They did the job in less than one day. When they finished the foreman took me around the house to be sure they had cleaned up everything, which they had. I think they did an excellent job.

They arrived on the day promised and did a very careful job of removing and hauling away the existing roof. The installation of the new roof did take 2 days longer than they told me originally but that wasn't a problem since they were very good about being sure the roof was watertight every night - and we did have a good shower one night with no leaks. During the work, they recommended that I replace some flashing that wasn't directly associated with the roof (a separate parapet cap) so it would match the new roof and I agreed to that addition - this probably added one of the extra days. We had a couple of punch list items and the owner took the time to come out and speak with me directly to be sure they understood our concerns and then they addressed them promptly.

Nick Sanchez personally estimated the amount of hail damage done to our roof and gave us a quote which no other company could beat. He used higher quality materials than our insurance company recommended. The entire project was completed in less than two days including their thorough cleanup. The Goodrich Roofing crew was not only fast and efficient, they were friendly as well. Our new roof looks great and we would highly recommend Goodrich Roofing to anyone looking for a high quality roof at a great price.

I WAS REALLY SURPRISED AT HOW PROFESSIONAL GOODRICH ROOFING WAS WHILE THEY WERE REPLACING OF OUR OLD ROOF. THEY DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY WERE REALLY GOOD AT CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

I THINK GOODRICH ROOFING DID A GREAT JOB ON MY ROOF. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY FINISHED ON TIME. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP REALLY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES AND MADE SURE IT WAS SATISFACTORY BEFORE FINISHING AND LEAVING.

THEIR PROFESSIONALISM WAS IMPRESSIVE. THE ROOF DIDN'T LEAK OR ANYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM WHEN THEY WERE HERE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO OUR CALL AFTER THE HAIL STORM. THEY WERE RIGHT OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL.

THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL, CONSIDERATE, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND DID NOT LEAVE ME MESS TO CLEAN UP.

THEY DID OUTSTANDING WORK AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID HAVE A LITTLE PROBLEM BUT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. I HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY ROOF.

THEY SET THEIR OWN DEADLINES AND THEN MET THEM ALL. THEY PICKED OUT A GOOD MATCHING COLOR FOR MY HOUSE. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF REPLACING MY ROOF AND KEPT ME UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
