Floorscapes guided us in tile selection and then completed installation professionally and at the price they quoted. Excellent job.

They did a fantastic job. I am very happy with their service although their price is rather high. We used the best tile and carpet available, I would just suggest them being more competitive. High B low A is what I would grade them overall and that all boils down to the price. The gentleman that laid the flooring in the bathroom paid very close attention to detail, they made complete sure that the flooring was level so we wouldn't run into cracks or lifting. All the workers were all very polite and professional. I will point out that 4 months later our house was broken into things that were taken would have had to be seen before, they knew what they were coming for. I cant say it was them but be careful what you show people who come into your home for work. Like I said I don't know if it was them or not but it was a coincidence. Again, I got wonderful work done by them and would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

EXCELLENT! This project would have felt overwhelming without Debbie's help and the crew. Debbie and the people she works with are professional, extremely knowledgable regarding their products, and have a great sense of color, style, and what matches. Floorscapes is the place to go for professional, friendly, honest, and efficient remodelers.

Employees were very helpful with our multiple showroom visits and two visits to our house. Installers were professional and left the property tidy. The owner was engaged at all stages.

The installers were great and did a fabulous job installing the tile. I wish the cleanup would have been a little better. My suggestion is that they put plastic over the doors where tile is not being installed so the dust doesn't go in every room. I had dust in every room of my house after the install. However, I gave my suggestions to Floorscapes and they agreed that they will add this to their list.

Went very well. Completed the work as specified and clean up was great.

They did a beautiful job and did it in two days. The tile man was on time both mornings and did a fine job of cleaning up at the end of the day's work.

Though we were happy with the end results, there were issues with the subcontractors throughout the entire process. Floorscapes was good about stepping in and getting things back on track. The recommendation for people looking to use Floorscapes is to be sure to be available to keep on top of the work being done in your home and to be sure to contact Floorscapes right away if there is a problem. Also it was not always clear who to communicate with...Floorscapes or the subcontractors. Again the recommendation is to always go through Floorscapes to avoid delays and to make sure everyone is on the same page.

We're in the middle of working with Floorscapes now and absolutely thrilled with their assistance and service. We were overwhelmed with the amount of work our house needed, until we met Mickey. She helped us select flooring, coordinate countertops and wall tile, and has been nothing but cheerful and encouraging the entire time. Remodeling is really intimidating but Floorscapes has been wonderful so far! Floorscapes is supportive of do-it-yourself-ers. We are doing all the demolishing work ourselves. Their team is helping us get started putting in our flooring so we can save some money. Will provide updates after everything's installed.

Not so well. Had to come back to finish job right. Had to insist on $ discount on final bill.

Mickey from Floorscapes was very good from start to finish. She helped us pick out materials, stopped by the house each day the work was being done. We had a couple of things that we needed done as finish work and she arranged in a very timely manner everything to be done. The carpet and tile are gorgeous and glad that we had it done by Floorscapes. Would highly recommend.

I joined Angie's to confirm my own research. In store visit was very pleasant ending up in ordering several large samples of carpet to judge colors. Once color choice was made Colin visted house for estimate and surprise a sizable discount for mentioning Angie's! This is a no brainer - covered state tax and membership. Install went very well with who I am convinced is the best installer and Craftsman in the state - Jorge . Professional, courteous, attentive, and personable.Pride in craftsmanship makes the difference. I plan more projects soon and will not have to shop around anymore. I would recommend Colin, Mickey, and Bill at Floorscapes to anyone. Not to mention the pride and quality Jorge provides! Hope this helps

Fabulous job, neat cleanup after & install was fantastic. Moved all my furniture back in place.

This is our second time with Floorscapes.. We contacted Collin who we worked with before. We went to the showroom and he helped us with the wood and tile. After we ordered the flooring which only took about a week, Mike and Dave came out and tore out he old flooring and installed the new. We were very impressed by their work and professionalism. They were on time and were very efficient. Mike would ask questions to make sure we were happy with the way the floor was going down and made suggestions on how to lay the tile. There were a lot of cutes in the bathroom and closet. We still have our living room to do next year. Replacing the carpet with wood. We will be calling Floorscapes to do the work.

Project went very smoothly. Floorscapes has an excellent selection of products and Mickey, the design consultant, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The installers did a nice job and cleaned up as best as they could afterwards.

The installers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They completed the work on time and the house was kept clean throughout the whole process. The floor looks fantastic and I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Everyone at Floorscapes was very helpful from start to finish. Mickey helped me choose the right flooring for the house without pressure or making me feel rushed to choose. The "Crew" arrived on time, removed the carpeting, cleaned up and did some repair to the concrete slab. They also moved heavy furniture and replaced it after the flooring was installed. They also helped put protective sliders on the furniture so it would not mar the new flooring. They also made adjustments to a cabinet that did not fit the space after the flooring was put down in the kitchen, making sure it fit perfect before they left. The men were hardworking, polite and respectful of my home. I do not remember everyone's name but they all deserve a standing ovation. Mr. Fermin came and finished the detail work and I now have beautiful floors that improved the whole look of the house. I am also at peace with myself that Floorscapes was the right choice for the job!

This business is great to work with. They are actually doing my entire home one room at a time. They work on design with me in the store to select the best flooring option, and they let you take floor samples home free of charge!! Collin is very professional, friendly and helpful. The installation went great. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. And it is family owned, which is nice.

We could not be happier with Floorscapes. They installed our beautiful wood floors with punctuality and professionalism. When we were undecided on which floor to use they were very helpful in our making the right decision. They also helped us select the right paint colors for our whole house and recommended a very good painting company which we were very happy with. We also had, with their help, new kitchen counters installed which we love. We are still working on our back splash in the kitchen and they are always helpful with suggestions . Bill Berrell and his wife Debbie have been so kind and helpful with all our needs. Our house is looking just beautiful with their help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We bought a house and decided to replace the ceramic tile with wood. Floorscapes was willing to work with our very short timeline between closing and moving in. Joe helped us pick out some engineered wood and the crew got to work. They demoed the tile which was a huge messy job and laid the floors very quick and neat. They also did tile in the laundry room and stone around the fireplace. We love they floors and they did a great job!

I received all the help that I needed from Mickey McKay. She answered questions, gave suggestions, measured, and advised me as to installation. The installers put in 74 square yards of padding and carpeting in three rooms after moving the furniture in one day.

We ended up going with Floorscapes. We loved them. They were great. They just responded really well to all of the things that we asked them. They were prompt. Their workers were great. It was just a really good experience. I felt that they were very professional. We didn't really compare a lot of different prices. We felt like it was reasonable.

They were in and out on the floor tile in kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. It only two days for that part of the service. The master bath went very smoothly. I had the master bath cabinets refinished and they worked around that, as I had another contractor do that part of the job. I can't tell you just how thrilled we are with the finished product. The new master bath counter tops are just beautiful, and the big walk-in shower is a dream come true. We were so happy with the result and the professional installation that we have decided to have Floorscapes install hardwood floors in the Great Room and dining room. This will be done in January 2015.

We shopped at several establishments when it was time to replace our 20-year-old carpet. Floorscapes earned our business with their skilled attentiveness, helpful advice, and wide selection of products. They earned our loyalty with their excellent service. With Colin?s help we settled on a combination of tile and carpet, adding a wall mosaic for extra appeal. Right from the beginning, every appointment all the way through the final installation went just as promised. Mike?s tile crew and Jorge?s carpet crew were skilled, hard-working, extremely helpful, and very friendly. The five days of installation went quickly and more easily than I would have imagined. We are so pleased with everything that we will be using Floorscapes for our upcoming bathroom remodel.
