We've used Floorscapes on multiple projects, and all have gone great, and we are very satisfied. Nathan has been wonderful to work with, being both honest and responsive. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Colin was very helpful in choosing the right carpet and color and he was very responsive whenever I called with questions. Install was sooner than I expected. Install crew was very friendly, professional and efficient. Carpet was laid well and tight and they did a great job cleaning up. My new carpet is beautiful! I highly recommend Floorscapes.

Their selection is amazing and the quality of installation is the best we’ve ever seen. Working with Colin has been a dream. We initially went in for only flooring and were so impressed with their professionalism we are now working with Mickey for all the window coverings for a new build. Luxury vinyl tile was installed for a customer's home in preparation for the sale. Order was placed and product arrived timely. Install was completed on time and quickly. Big thumbs up!!

Everyone we encountered at Floorscapes was so helpful starting with Mickey M. who gladly helped with the flooring selections and pricing. Floorscapes then sent out Nathan S. to do the measurements and estimates for the 3 bedrooms of carpet we had installed. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He even discussed some other tile questions we had. When we went back to speak with Nathan on the actual order we also encountered help from Collin who jumped right in with some money saving suggestions. Ryan and Collin both took care of us. Ryan S. the General Manager took the time to come over and scheduled us with Jorge the installer. Ryan is very personable and great to work with. The carpet installer Jorge, who was suggested has many years of experience and it showed. The carpet has a directional sheen that we wanted laid a certain direction as you enter each room. He took the time to lay it out on the driveway to make sure each room was done properly. Jorge is a perfectionist, that’s who you want working in your home. For a small fee that we added at time of payment, Jorge helped with moving the furniture out of the rooms and back in after completion. He even helped with our problem bed frame. The extra fee was well worth it! We are pleased with the final product and it looks lovely. We highly recommend Floorscapes and their helpful team.

Amazing company to work with and provided excellent customer service. Originally purchased vinyl plank for 1 project, and then decided to use it for another. Needed more product, and they were very helpful in analyzing and securing the amount needed. Answered all of my questions.

I thought it went fine but the same problem occurs agsin. I emziled Nathan 19 days ago and Lisa 5 days ago. No emails back. Hackett messages, are they still open?

From the first point of visiting the store (very safe COVID-19 practices in place) to the sales associate (Colin) the customer service exceeded expectations. The installer was a master craftsman and did an outstanding job on my tile project. This is a reasonable and trustworthy company.

Floorscapes located the hardwood flooring that we wanted and did a beautiful job installing it. In addition they installed porcelain tile and LVT and the kitchen backsplash. We are happy with every bit of it.

Great service, great products. I hired Floorscapes 3 separate times: 2018 for bathroom floors and wall tile, 2019 for LVT, carpet, and kitchen backsplash and 2020 to replace carpet with LVT. Each time I was very, very pleased. Colin Burrell really knows his store's products, has excellent installers, and follows up quickly with answers to questions. I highly recommend Floorscapes.

Our sales person was nice enough but the execution of the work was terrible. The carpet was measured incorrectly. And we we’re moving into the property and had to delay moving and reschedule the movers and the other tradesman that we’re coming to do work on the house. The seams are showing and there are corners where carpet is totally missing. It’s a disaster. And when we complained about the inconvenience and the poor install we were told to deal with it because they didn’t charge us for the extra carpet they had to order because of their mistake. They knew we wanted to do a full kitchen remodel with them ($40k), but still refused to give us any apology let alone any discount on the total bill (over $12k) for the trouble. It was just a total disregard for our satisfaction for the work. We were unhappy with their shoddy work and basically told to deal with it.

Floorscapes did a professional and on time installation of our hickory, engineered hardwood floor September 2017. After three years of use, it still looks new October of 2020, even with two dogs racing around on it!

The owner, staff and installers at Floorscapes were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company. Just knowing that if there was an issue, the owner assured me they would make it right was comforting. Everything went well and we are enjoying our flooring. No more carpet!

Installer of floor was too slow and took too many breaks.

The job was done promptly and, on the date, scheduled. We had some issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally. Our salesman Nathan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We are also having carpet installed next week.

I had a great experience. Sales Rep. Nathan came to my house, measured, and gave me an estimate promptly. The work was completed within about a week to 10 days. I had luxury vinyl tile that looks like black marble installed and it is gorgeous. It actually cost less than the estimate because the workman determined that he didn't need to replace any of the subfloor. I got their name from a friend who had her commercial building flooring replaced, and she had a similar good experience. I recommend this company highly.

The jobs went very well. We had ceramic tile installed in the master bathroom and carpeting replaced in the master bedroom.
