They gave me everything I needed, and they were very good. I would recommend them. They were very helpful; they found me the materials I needed. They had all of the different brands I needed, as I had done a bit of research ahead of time. I called them several times after the purchase, and they were very helpful. With regard to the pricing, I assume that they were as good as anyone else.

I went to Floorscapes when I was beginning my search for new flooring at our home. I was immediately impressed by their knowledgeable sales staff and how they quickly assessed my needs and addressed them. I put "N/A" on the pricing rates because I never shopped around, I felt comfortable with the people I met at Floorscapes and their reputation. If someone is going to spend time in my home and do work that I expect to last for decades, my comfort with them is most important. My sales rep, and the owner of the company, Bill, got me a quote promptly, quoted me on several options, and explained the pros and cons to me patiently and in great detail. When the carpet was installed, the crew that came was kind and respectful. The foreman of the crew spent a lot of time with me determining exactly where the carpeting should end and how to best transition it to my hard vinyl flooring. The person who did the installation on my vinyl flooring, also named Bill, was awesome. He was thorough, diligent, and his work was flawless. I felt comfortable enough to loan him a key to my house and have him around my children - and that is saying a lot. Bill, the installer, suggested that I do something special on the backsplash during my kitchen remodel. I went to the showroom and met with Deborah to get ideas, then she came to my house to measure and finalize the design. When Bill came to do the installation, he spent a lot of time considering things that I had never thought of, such as where the electric outlets would appear and be spaced along the backsplash. My backsplash is breath-taking! Everyone who comes to my house admires it. I would recommend Floorscapes without reservation to anyone who needs flooring, tile work, window treatments, or any other service they provide.

I went to Floorscapes, picked the carpet i wanted and received advice on the best carpet pad to get since i have a dog. I then made an appointment for the measurements. After receiving the the estimate, i went back to the store to make arrangements for payment and tohave the carpet installed. The installers came promptly as scheduled and the job was done perfectly. I was very impressed with the service I received. With the help of the employees I chose the perfect carpet for me and my family.My carpet looks beautiful and what makes it so much nicer it"s a "green" carpet. My experience with Floorscapes and the employees was excellent and I would gladly recommend floorscapes .

The experience was excellent. I have no complaints with their service. Their work was good, the company is good, and the installer was excellent.

They are awesome and made good on everything. It's a good company to work with . They have one of the best installers I have ever met. He has installed my flooring and my sisters. They initially installed the flooring and it began to come up. I called them and they came to re glue the flooring but it happened again. They then came out to install it for a second time. The same problem occurred. They had the owner of the company who manufactured the flooring come out and assessed the situation too. They then came a third time and installed the flooring. We have experienced no problems since. I appreciate that they were nice and worked really hard to make it work. I would recommend Floorscapes to anyone.

He shows up on time. he would always call even if he would be as much as ten minutes late. He continued to keep me updated throughout the process.

They did a good job as far as installation goes. They are one of the more reputable companies in the area as far as carpet installation and flooring installation. They prices are also competitive.

The experience was very positive. They tend to be a little pricey but they got the floor we asked for.

Everything was done great. They came out right away for any issues we had. They are very good at following through and they honor their work. I find this unique for a business. They did a lot of work for our previous home. They went above and beyond for any work related to their warranty. Some of the carpet was installed by them but hired through our builder. A year after the work was performed the carpet had bumps. They came out right away and repaired it. They have actually saves us a lot of money because they are so thorough with their follow up. I recommend them to anyone. If I lived in the area, I would hire them again. They worked within my budget. They were on time and called ahead if ever running late. They did a very good job.

I went back to them because they were professional the first time the service was performed. Each time we went to the show room itself and spoke to people who were extremely knowledgeable. One man who stood out was very good, honest, and everything came off fine. We did have a slight problem but someone came out promptly to address it.

It was a very good experience. The quality of the workmanship was excellent.

There were some issues about prep of the floor. They were not clear about the cost upfront and charged more than indicated. The communication about the flooring process was poor and I did not like how they handled the cost issue.

The service was good. The guy at the store was very helpful. They put up with us bringing the tile back and forth until we made decision. The installation was excellent. My wife was there during the service and he provided a lot of helpful tips for her. The experience was very good.

They have a bad review on Angie's List; but I got the best service ever. They really did a fantastic job. When I walked into their store, it was a good atmosphere. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Another company with whom I have done the business recommended the owner of the store. All the people who worked were very helpful. The price wasn't expensive, but it was good.

We bought the tile from them. The plumber that was supposed to do it for us could not do it, so Floorscapes brought in different people for us. They came and did decent work for us.

Every thing they promised or said was B.S. the normal over promise and under deliver and always third party blaming. VERY POOR BOB D.

AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT ASSESSED THE FLOOR INSTALLED AND SEALED IN MY HOME. BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY NM CID, LOBO CONSTRUCTION WAS SUBCONTRACTED BY FLOORSCAPES TO DO THE JOB. BASED ON THE CONSULTANTS REPORT, THE STONE TILE WAS CORRECTLY INSTALLED BUT WAS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT WAS SEALED, STRIPPED AND RESEALED. WHEN I ARRIVED WITH THE MOVERS 24 HOURS AFTER THE SEALER HAD BEEN APPLIED THE TILE WAS WET AND HAD PUDDLES OF SEALER ON THE SURFACE. PRODUCT DIRECTIONS WERE THAT ALL EXCESS BE WIPED OFF WITHIN 5 MINUTES. THE FLOORS HAD TO BE COVERED WITH BLANKETS TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SLIPPING. WHEN THE FLOOR WAS SUBSEQUENTLY STRIPPED AND RESEALED THE SURFACE OF THE TILE WAS DAMAGED. ACCORDING TO THE CONSULTANTS REPORT THERE ARE ONLY TWO REMEDIES THAT WILL FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH THE FLOOR: RE-GRINDING THE FLOOR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FLOOR. FLOORSCAPES REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND HAS ATTEMPTED TO BLAME EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES FOR THE PROBLEMS.
