The service was excellent. The carpet was nice and installed in a large room. They came on time and I did not have any problems with their service.

My first encounter was with Dana who was welcoming and was very well informed about all the products in the showroom. Then I spoke with Jake, who also knows the products well, gave me facts and opinions on the the different flooring options, was very helpful. We chose the DaVinci deluxe vinyl flooring planks for the entire house except for two rooms. It's beautiful! It looks like hardwood flooring without the cost or maintenace of hardwood floors. Within two days of the order reaching Albuquerque, the floor was prepped, laid down and finished. Now the problem. Regarding the question, "would I use this company again" I really hesitated on which way to answer. I'm not sure whether putting up baseboards is contracted out, but this is what happened. (Was advised how much baseboard to buy at the beginning of the project. Bought primed baseboard, gave the baseboards two coats). #1 Received a phone call the morning of the day of the baseboard installation saying that they got a call to go out of town on another job. #2 Workers showed up, said we didn't have enough painted baseboard and said they got a call to go out on another job. They left without even starting. We went the same day to buy the additional recommended amount of baseboard. #2 Worker pointed out that we had three 12 foot boards that were an inch different in width. My thought was that we just use the smaller width board in the closets and in places where, unless you were looking for the difference, you wouldn't be able to tell. We went the same day to buy the additional recommended amount of baseboard. #3 Worker brought his college age son, who was "in training." His son was left on his own in our dining room. The entire room needs to be touched up above the baseboard because of caulking that extended up on the painted wall. Not acceptable, asked him to leave. Was told by Worker #3 I needed four more 12 foot boards. We bought the extra baseboard and painted them. #4 Guys showed up at my house, no advance phone call. My neighbor, who was available to let the workers in and out of my house during this time period, was fortunately at home, and when they knocked on her door she let them into my house. These guys were respectful, and did a good job. Ten days later, after living basically in one room, the project was completed. One of the reasons that I didn't check the "no" box, was because of Jake & Dana's knowledge of their products and the ease with working one on one with them. Jake was sympathetic to my predicament, but didn't say he was sorry or make an effort to make any kind of financial adjustments, or even suggest that someone come out and fix the dining room paint. If either one of these were offered, it would have gone a long way towards the aggravation of the process. Can you picture your couches in the kitchen for 10 days? P.S. After buying more baseboard twice, we, at the end, maybe had one 12 foot board left, counting up all the pieces.

Our overall experience was very good.Jake, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. The installers were prompt, courteous and worked very hard for 9 hours, only taking a 30 minute lunch break. Unfortunately, after installation of the carpet, we noticed a slight shade difference where the major seam ran through the living room. The company agreed, and without fuss promply had new carpet installed at no cost to us. Since the job was not perfect the first time we cannot gve an "A" rating, but we would have no hesitation using Enchantment Carpet again.

I initially asked the sales rep if they subbed out work, and he advised they do not and they use their own employees. They did sub out the work, and used individuals who do not speak English and that made it very challenging when trying to express our needs. They kept ignoring our preferences in terms of how we wanted the tile and the design. The sales person kept pushing us to tile the entire house, rather than part carpet and part tile. The sales person badgered my wife on the phone. In one instance he did the work the way he wanted to, and we had to accept it because it was too late to change it. The grout color was incorrect, and we had to hire someone else to come in and use the correct color. It just got ugly. They did some concession on the payment, but we did not get an apology for any of the inappropriate treatment. They promised to clean up the grout spills in our front landscape gravel and never did so. They went on to blame the painter, and it was clearly their fault.

I love my new carpet! Jake was wonderful in helping us to decide on a new carpet for our home. He gave us a good deal on the carpet, knowing that we had just had an unfortunate problem with a recent carpet purchase that went badly. When we ordered the carpet, Jake said he would call as soon as the carpet came in and accommodate the time frame we wanted the carpet installed in. It went perfectly! When the crew showed up, George, Jerry, Julian and Jeff, I could not believe how quickly and efficiently they worked all day long. It was amazing how well the installation went. All of them were very nice and respectful and very hard working. All in all, this was a very good experience and I would definitely use Enchantment Carpet again and would also refer my family and friends to work with Jake.

The installation team of two men and one of their sons (who provided translations back and forth between Spanish and English) arrived early, worked quickly and quietly, and were done with the job in 4 hours or so. They cleaned up after themselves - taking all the scraps and old carpet etc with them. The only area we were slightly disappointed with was the caulking job where the tub & shower meets the vinyl. It was not as smooth as it could have been. We also found a long screw holding the toilet to the gasket in the floor. We will ask them to shorten the screw to match the other screws. As with any job like this, we didn't expect the baseboards to be pristine when they were re-installed. We had planned to repaint them anyway. In all, we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend Enchantment to anyone looking for carpeting. The crew came in and quickly set about ripping out old carpet and installing the new carpet. They did this all without much disruption. It was great to see the team work in a quick and professional manner.

I worked with the salesperson over several weeks as I made a decision about the type of carpet I wanted. The salesperson was quite helpful and accommodating, allowing me to take several samples home on a few different occasions, though I was also strongly encouraged to select a Shaw brand carpet throughout the process. After much consternation, he gave me an estimate and I was pretty much set to have them go ahead with the job. Then I thought I'd just check out one other local flooring business and see if they had the same product and at what price. I was FLOORED (pardon the pun)! The competitor (which was also a local business as I was avoiding the big box stores) quite me a price that was about 20% lower for a superior grade of the same carpeting I had selected at Enchantment (and Enchantment had not even let me know that the type of carpeting I selected came in different grades - Shaw refers to them as "levels" I think). Anyhow, the real clincher was that when I went in to Enchantment to let the salesperson know that I had decided to go with another store (I also had to return a sample), the salesperson said "well, I don't see how anyone could beat our price..." and then quoted me a price that was much lower than what he had already given me. Slimy!

Jake at Enchantment was very helpful in selecting new carpet and linoleum but was never pushy. The crew was fast and professional and finished in 2 days. The carpet looks great. Getting new carpet is almost as much work as moving but the crew took care of all the heavy lifting and disposal of the old carpet and pad. They were also very clean and did not leave a mess when they were done. There was a problem with the installation of the linoleum in one bathroom because it was not lined up correctly with the baseboard. The installer realized what he had done when we pointed it out to him and immediately went to get more linoleum and re-installed it - no questions asked. Overall we were very pleased with the service and quality and would recommend Enchantment carpets.

The workers showed up on time, were very courteous, and completed the job in a timely manner. They did an excellent job.

They were friendly and patient because I had another carpet place that I was trying to get a bid from. They were fast. They pulled up the carpet the day after we agreed to get carpet so my painters could paint the whole house without any carpet. They tiled the same day and it took two days. After the painter finished painting my house they put the carpet in all in one day and they vacuumed it so I didn't have to vacuum or anything. I would use them again.

Our experience in the store was very good. Jake showed us the samples we wanted and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. He came to the house measured and took the order from the samples we had carried home. When the carpet arrived at the shop we were called, made a date convenient to us and the installers showed up exactly on time. They were pleasant, professional, very careful and did an excellent job. All furniture was handled carefully and all scraps were cleaned up and removed from the premises. We would be happy to recommend this company.

I am very happy with their help in the store, choosing and ordering the carpet, and with the installation.

The installation and carpet was excellent in 3 rooms and 1 hallway. However, they did break a window and a door, but did fixed them both for us.

I was very satisfied. They came when they said they would and they did a quality job for the price quoted.

The truth is I was in a rush so I didn't have a chance to compare prices, my carpet looks nice and it was about $26/sq yd with tax, installation included. So I can't say whether I got a good deal or not. Jake was indeed very responsive to my request to get this done very quickly, he had the crew out there in a couple of days. The crew was professional, arrived on time, got the job done and the carpet looks nice now.

Great - Jake was very helpful at every juncture - making choices, getting a prompt estimate, working with us to schedule around a closing date that kept getting moved, getting the flooring done promptly and with the least disruption to us despite the fact that we were moving in as the workers were doing the work. The final cost was a bit under estimate. The work was done with complete competence and craftsmanship, the workers were courteous and seemed happy with their employer. We were 100% satisfied.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF MY REQUESTS. THEY HAD A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. THEY RAN OUT OF CARPET NAILS AND USED STAPLES INSTEAD.

I'M PRETTY SURE THAT I GOT THE BEST PRICE AROUND. I HAD DONE A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING BEFORE I DID ANYTHING. THEY HONORED THE ESTIMATED PRICE THAT THEY GAVE ME, AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF INSTALLING ALL OF THE CARPETING.

THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THE CARPET LOOKS REALLY NICE. AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY.

THEY MET AND EXCEEDED THE ORIGINAL DEADLINE THEY SET. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALSO HELPED ME PICK OUT THE COLORS I LIKED. I WAS ELATED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK.
