Damon came out to the house and measured all of the area to be replaced. We went by Enchantment and looked at samples and took lots of them home so we could see them in place. We finally chose a carpet and 2 different tiles. The installers came just before Christmas and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were very nice and professional. We are extremely pleased with the results. Thanks to Damon for showing us carpets that he thought would work. The one we chose was nothing like what I had in mind but I am in love with this carpet! The bathroom tiles are beautiful and the wood look hickory tile that we put in our den was exactly what we both had in mind. It is perfect. Damon listened to us and we took his suggestions and the entire project turned out great.

All communications were friendly and informative. Work was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with outcome.

Enchantment Carpet technician arrived on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job of repairing the carpet. He used a section of carpet leftover from original installation and it is almost impossible to tell where he "pieced" it in. Excellent job!

Enchantment Carpet was able to remove the damaged carpet and replace it using a left over fragment of our carpet. It looks great!

After I called for an appointment, he came the next day and completed the work quickly. You can barely tell where he repaired the section. Excellent job!

Don’t look any further if you need tile or carpet, Enchantment Carpet is your place! I worked with Jake, who was so patient with me while I took weeks to decide on carpet and tile. The installation went smoothly and Jake was there every step of the way. He came out to my house to make sure that things were going well and that the installers knew what I wanted. Francisco and his team installed the tile and worked with me on the layout; what a beautiful job! The carpet went in afterwards and the installers worked so hard and did an amazing job. My kitchen cabinets, walls and baseboards didn’t have one little mark on them after all that work! The teams were all professional and cleaned up after themselves when they left. I felt this company went out of their way to make my home as I envisioned it; they treated my home as if it was theirs. The store has an outstanding staff and selection! Thank you!!!

The installation was less than stellar. On the only seam, the pattern didn't line up, and a clear line was visible. When I had the owner (Don) come out to look at it, he was not customer focused at all. He basically said he saw nothing wrong with it, but since we did (our contractor agreed), he would have to file a claim, which would take about 30 days. It's been almost 2 months, and I still haven't heard back from Don. He seems to be brushing us off. I'm still waiting for him to make this right.

The sales rep was very nice and knowledgeable...he met us on a saturday with (1) day notice which was very nice and helpful. Install went well and installed product looks great...my only comment would be the installers seem to be an independent contractor and look pretty rough. I would just recommend to the company that maybe their installers should wear shirts that say who they work for to give their customers to look more professional and less "fly by night". That being said...the scheduler and the sales rep were very good and easy to work with on the project.

Worker arrived on time, and worked diligently to remove old indoor-outdoor carpeting in kitchen, including all glue-down residue. Vinyl was beautifully installed. The same person came back the next day to install the carpeting in the Family room, with the same diligence and excellent result.

Enchantment sent an experienced craftsman; he knew what he was doing. He did not hesitate with the work involving the subfloor repair (even though another company said this could not be done). The carpet had to be taken up. Once the subfloor was repaired, he had to re-glue a seam and re-stretch this section. The carpet looks better now than it ever has. The stretching in the other rooms was also done extremely well.

They arrived on time, worked all day and were finished by 3PM for a large job. The workers were friendly, professional, and Mr. Flores in the office was helpful throughout the whole process.

The service was not favourable. They had to move furniture to install the carpet but they did not move it back. We had to hire help to move it back. Three guys came out and took three and half hours to install it. They were hired as part of a contractor; if I had a choice we would not have used them. They were in a hurry to finish it. They were about three hours late.

Damon helped with the carpet selection and helped us to make our decision. The job was well done. The price was excellent! The installers Julian and Jeff were courteous, helpful and worked really hard. We were in a hurry because company was coming soon and we had a trip planned and they worked very hard to get it done for us. They ordered the carpet and completed the job within three weeks.

We were looking for good kitchen carpeting which, it seems, the manufacturers don't make anymore. But we found a good sampling of commercial carpets at Enchantment Carpet Co. We chose one that we thought would work very well for our kitchen flooring. We also requested that the carpet be put on top of padding. This was an unusual request by the customer because normally the commercial carpeting is glued to the floor. But they worked with us and found a very good padding material and installed the carpet as we requested. We are very pleased with the carpet and installation. And after several months of 'testing' the carpet we are still pleased with our choice, the carpeting is holding up well. Donald was our sales representative and he was a very good person to work with. Very accommodating. The sales rep as well as the installers were very punctual, polite, efficient, and a joy to work with. They did a very good job! I am thinking of purchasing more carpeting for my house in the future and I will definitely go back to Enchantment Carpet. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of putting carpeting in their house or replacing out-dated carpeting.

Jake and his co-worker (not sure of her name) were helpful providing carpet & wood floor information and samples over several store visits. Choose to go with carpet, Received carpet quotes from several other carpet stores. Choose Enchantment because of combination of the price and carpet/pad quality plus having their own installers. Jake measured the room and gave recommendations. Fellow that installed carpet was very experienced and quick. Excellent installation & very happy with Shaws Anso Carpet.

The manager was really nice and easy to work with. But when it got really humid the carpeting kind of bubbled and it needed to be re-stretched. He gave me no hassle about it. For some reason there was this particular brand he had had some trouble with, ours was not the first case.

They up on time and were very professional. They were able to move my heavy furniture and remove and replace the carpet with in 2 hours of showing up. They had the carpet already cut out before they showed up which allowed them to work very quickly and efficiently.

Service and installation have always been excellent.

Julian used the excess carpet I had to cover the garage floor. He fitted the pieces nicely and was done in a very short time. Very nice man, nice job!! Thank you!

Jake was knowledgeable about carpet and very helpful in assisting us in our choice of carpet. He was really nice to work with and we got our carpet at a good price. Everything that we ordered was delivered on time and the correct color. The installer, George, was a delight to have working in our home. He showed up on time and set to work. George was so cheerful and a very hard worker; his work was excellant. He had to put a seam in and I could not even tell where it was. Both Jake and George do Enchantment a great service. I will recomend them.

To begin with, I needed to get some old, warn out DIY bookshelves torn down and the wall in one room patched and painted. Jake, our salesperson, located a gentleman for me and we quickly got that out of the way. I was worried about how this was going to be accomplished. I have big, heavy pieces of furniture and was pretty concerned about the installation. Tom and his crew were fantastic. They did two rooms in one day, then the other two rooms. It was basically a lot easier for me than I anticipated. I also wanted new baseboards in this 1970's house. Tom came and measured; found me 3 samples to choose from; Jake painted the baseboards for us and VOILA! A total, and completely beautiful job! I absolutely LOVE the results and would use Enchantment again in the future. Great job!! Thanks.

The crew was on time/early. Helped us decide where they would begin, helped move some big items and go to work. Solid hard work from 8:45 AM – done with whole job-cleaned up by 3:45 PM!
