The delay in receiving the bathroom sink extended the job probably 3 weeks beyond what we expected. A few glitches in the pumbing work on the existing bathtub caused the contractor to return several times to fix the plumbing problems in work done by their contracted plumber. Other than that, we are very pleased with the quality work and the modern look of our bathroom, as well as the installation of the wood floor.

Overall i give Enchantment an A+ They were very helpfull in the whole process and very realistic in the time it would take to complete. Quality of cabinetry and counters are second to none. Flooring done by Mel (an Enchantment employee) was amazing. The end result was absolutely beautifull. Thanks Enchantment for creating a beautifull kitchen that we can enjoy!!

The experience was just right.....they came out on time and gave us an estimate and provided a design for us to choose. Then cabinetry went into production and all materials were ordered. There schedule was already booked up three months when we signed contract but we didnt mind waiting. Once project got started they made sure everything was properly covered and started our remodel. From that point it took about four and a half weeks to completion. Everything we got was not only beautiful but very high quality. Thank you Enchantment!!! They will be doing my bathrooms soon!!

This company was highly recommended by a friend and we were very pleased. From the owner doing the measurements and design to the workers. Everyone was very professional. Right from the start they were very honest in saying that their schedule was out 3 months. We decided to wait and it was well worth it. This company is not a 2 week remodel turnaround, they take enough time to make sure it gets done the right way.

We had the estimate for the work done in March, but the work wasn't done on one until late May. They removed the cabinet section and returned it without the new doors a couple of days later. They had assured us at the time of the estimate that they could match the cabinet doors, but we ended up with flat doors that don't match the beveled doors on the rest of the cabinets. On the second job, they expansion of the cabinet took little time and was done in our house, but they said they would have to charge more for doors of the new size (Seriously, they weren't part of the original estimate--who would want to have cabinets done, but not the doors fixed to the new size?) and the doors would again be flat and not the beveled of the rest of the kitchen. So while the cabinets will now fit the new appliances, we don't have doors on one cabinet above the oven cutout, and flat doors on the other cabinet.

Estimate process was rather unprofessional. Actual cabinet was nice but they forgot to leave room for the electrical outlet then had to relocate it to an inconvenient location. This is something a professional cabinet maker should take in to consideration.

I wasn't real pleased with them. I spent about $ 8000 on that service. I would tell others that they need to have a tape recorder and an attorney when they are dealing with them because what they drew up on paper and what we got were two different stories. When I complained they said that was what I get for not buying their cabinets because our cabinets were bought from another company. The cabinets are nice and everything, but when I had a few complaints all I got was that this is what this company makes, but they did not tell us that. My girlfriend and I were going over with them on the backsplash and they said that they were going to go from the floor all the way up to the wall behind the stove. They told us that twice, but when they came to do that they did not do that. When I complained they said they never said that and they never do that, so that did not go well with that. They also took a lot longer than they said for the cabinets to come in. They said that it was going to be 6 weeks, but it was more like 12. They were supposed to call when they were supposed to come over here and 99% of the time I had to call them to find out when they were coming over and what time. We had a warped cabinet door, so we complained to them about it and waited another month till they came over with another door. Come to find out that it wasn't the door, but was the center bridge that was warped. I asked if they were going to fix it and they said yes, but that has been dropped. I don't want to deal with them anymore.

We felt they were very professional. We really liked them. We hired him to do the job, which he'll start at the beginning of April. He was here when we asked him to come here. He gave us an estimate the next day. We asked another company that took two weeks to respond. We were glad that he followed up so quickly. He was very trustworthy. We just liked him.

My wife was looking for a specific style and color for the bathroom, and Enchantment nailed it perfectly. They even provided a sample of the finished cabinet wood to help us select flooring and paint. They were meticulous about their measurements, making more than one visit to make sure they had everything right. All of which paid off. The new cabinet and recessed chest is gorgeous, the drawers and doors are like butter. They were ready on the estimated date and their crew was punctual. The installation was not quite as positive. During installation of the base cabinet the installers damaged the drain pipe where it enters the wall, as well as both cutoff faucets (we found the handle for one of them in the garbage -- never found the other handle). They also did not include connecting the plumbing as part of installation, and because of the damage we had to hire a plumber to repair and connect the water and drain lines. We were very impressed with one of their cabinet installers, however. We wish we could remember his name, because despite being left alone at our house with no tools, he borrowed a hand saw from us and cut the drywall and wall studs BY HAND so he could mount the recessed cabinet, which is four-feet wide! All by himself! What a trooper! Replacing the existing ceiling fan and lighting was part of the contract. The electrical subcontractor the company sent, though friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the wall switches with dirty, used fixtures from the back of his truck. We bought new replacements for them at Lowe's, again at our own expense. Overall we'd say that Enchantment is unsurpassed in their design and construction of custom cabinetry. Their installation and subcontracted services got the job done, but were not quite of the same caliber. Nevertheless we have no qualms recommending them.

The service provider had a nicely equipped showroom to choose the products. After visiting the showroom, the owner came to my residence to give me a free estimate of the work to be done. The estimate was provided with other recommendations after he saw the site. The work started on time, the workers were professional and they cleaned up the work space every day. The end result was excellent and there were no problems encountered. The final price was very close to the original estimate and the only deviations were expected and discussed before the work began. Overall the job was satisfying and an excellent experience.

We were very pleased with their work. The kitchen included countertops, sink, fixtures, and an osmosis machine. In the bathroom we replaced a tub with a walk in shower, a new vanity, countertops, new medicine cabinets, light fixtures.

Enchantment Cabinetry was the best contractor we have ever had. From start to finish they were tops. Sal, the owner oversaw every move, anwsered every question to our satisfaction. His work crew were quality in every way, did great work. I strongly recommend Enchantment Cabinetry.
