PJ & Mike came on time and were very efficient, clean and polite. They went above and beyond my expectations, even finishing sooner than I expected without rushing. All the work they did was excellent. PJ taught me about the features of the doors and explained the modification needed for using our existing wrought iron security doors. He and his work made a very satisfied customer.

Dominic and PJ were very professional. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and left the work place very neat. They explained all the questions we had, with a good attitude.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice. They come out to your home and have a very polished and somewhat high pressure sales presentation depending on your sales rep. If applicable, they do want spouse or significant other to be present. They do seem to have a very nice product and even their competitors admit so and they seem to be rated well. They have regular "sales" and advertise heavily which I think is partly to get in the door because the sales rep then says that he can beat the advertised sales price, which they never actually define. Certain % off windows and doors but never actually define the price and then show the amount off. Just the "I can beat the sales price". Kind of black magic. I had two different sales reps come out a few months apart and their approach was the same although one was a fairly high pressure approach, although he was pleasant with the presentation. With one of them I felt like I was shopping for a used car - we just kept negotiating and renegotiating price. Finally he said "what will it take to get the deal done today?" I told him that I didn't feel like making an immediate decision, because after all the negotiating I was going to feel uncomfortable with any price thinking that no matter what I agreed to I was going to feel I paid too much. Then he said that the "excellent deal he was offering me expires when he walks out the door". Bye! They also didn't seem to be too sure of their warranty ranging anywhere from "Limited Lifetime" to 10 years depending on whether talking to the sales rep or checking Renewal by Andersen warranty online. If I did get my windows and doors through them, I would demand in writing a very clear statement of warranty not only from Renewal, but also Dreamstyle signed by someone in authority. In summary, they seem to have a very nice product and I would very possibly go with them if I were rich and they would provide me acceptable accurate warranty info. Unfortunately I am not rich.

I asked my neighbor what company stucco'd their house because it looked great. I contacted Dream Style Stucco. Right away two sales guys met us and gave us an estimate right away. I also had received a Dream Style stucco coupon in the mail that Dream Style honored. We scheduled the project for 11/29/18. Field Supervisor Mike Padilla brought me the Homeowner's Association paperwork that I needed to complete and submit for approval prior to the work project. Mike hand delivered the paperwork to the HOA office. The HOA approved it very promptly. The Crew Supervisor, Enrique and his crew (Juan Carlos, Junior and 2 others) were very careful with everything. They covered all the windows, doors, plants and shrubs all around the house. They worked 2 full days one week putting on the "primer and mesh". Then waited about a week then put on the final coating with color in 2 full days. They left everything neat and clean. They even trimmed some of my bushes. I have received compliments from my neighbors on my house that looks brand new! Mike the Field Supervisor was in contact with me the whole time and met with my husband for a final walk through. We are very pleased with the work that Dream Style Stucco did on our house and the crew for their hard work!

Pj and mike we’re right on time. They were courteous and made sure they had everything in order before they even started. Tarps and drop cloths were provided as well as clean up. They even helped us set up our electronic doorbell. Outstanding service, attitude, and professionalism. Thank you for employing such high caliber personnel.

This is the second time I have used Dreamstyle Remodeling. As with my experience before, I am delighted with the results. Jesse and Leon were my installers this time. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and diligent workers. They made sure that my windows matched what I had done seven years ago. I look forward to having the same experience with my stucco.

The installers, Leo and Billy, were excellent. They were punctual, efficient and very hard workers. The quality of the work was superb. I would consider this company again if I needed more remodeling work.

We are so thrilled with our Renewal by Andersen windows which were just installed. It has been such a great experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Shane, started by asking us what we wanted verses telling us what we should do. He listened to our needs to help us make the right decision to fit our desires without pressure. Then Steve was precise, thorough and kind when measuring and making sure we had the plan clear for the installers. The window installers, PJ and Mike, were both friendly and professional. They did a great job installing and cleaning up after. We felt safe leaving a key for them to lock up after they were done. Manuel Vicuna and Fernando took great care with the stucco/plaster and sheetrock. I did need to do a final wipe down to satisfy my perfectionist nature but that’s to be expected. The whole company has done superior work and we felt looked after the entire time. Both the product and workmanship have a life-time warranty, so you know they are going to get the best people to complete the project. Let’s face it, windows are expensive and replacing our windows was a big investment for us, but I do feel like we made the right decision going with this very reputable company. They have done everything to prove our choice to be the best. I'd rather spend more now to have it done right and last forever verses having to replace them in years to come. The windows are beautiful, and my very handy husband said he was impressed with their workmanship. We already feel and hear the difference with these double pane quality windows. I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to put our great experience out in the world so others deciding on which company to choose for their windows would know that they can count on Renewal by Andersen to do the job right.

PJ and Mike did an excellent job from start to finish installing our windows! They both went above and beyond to ensure a seamless job and that we were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend these guys and Windows by Anderson for all your window needs.

It was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was great, from our first meeting with Mike Meader, who provided the estimate etc. to the installer, Lorenzo Briones.

PJ and Mike did a great job and were courteous during the installation. They answered all of our questions knowledgably and took the time to explain the door functions with care. Lastly, they each were thoughtful in regards to our mobility needs and added thresholds to each of the new outside doorways. All in all, a great experience.

The work they has done while adding the windows and door frame is absolutely great. I love the window s themselves, but these guys know their skill when installing them also. Pj and Mike were very professional and performed a great installation. They did a great job at cleaning up after themselves and not tracking mud and water into the house.

Gabriel and Ruben from Dreamscape Remodeling are conscientious and meticulous craftsmen paying attention to the tiniest detail. They were courteous and considerate . The quality of the Renewal by Anderson products is fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased.

Jesse and Leon did the installation. They were prompt. Work was completed in a very professional manner. They worked continuously all day. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very friendly. I would recommend these installers for any further installs.

It went great - from the meeting with Carmine,the salesman (9/18/18) to the double-check measuring by Steve on 9/20/18 to the installation on 10/15/18 by Saul and Dominic. All were professional and personable, on time, and did great work. The installers worked straight through and made sure all debris was cleaned up. I could not be more pleased. The finished product is so much more beautiful than I expected, and I had high expectations. I needed three windows in the living room replaced because the seal was broken, but i ended getting three more in the the kitchen replaced because i got a great deal on a payment plan, All windows, besides being better windows for insulation, efficiency, construction, etc., are also very attractive. I am very glad I used Dreamstyle Andersen windows and plan to have more installed eventually. The product and service is not inexpensive. The cost given includes redoing the stucco around each window

The crew that came to install my windows exceeded my expectations best quality of work that I could imagine .I will recommend them to everyone that I know that wants to replace their windows. Pj and Mike were her on time and ready to work got right to it . From the very first visit to the showroom blew our minds we knew that we would definitely go with dreamstyle remodeling. Our house looks amazing and we love every bit of the process.

PJ Martinez and Mike Martinez arrived on time, prepared, and ready to work. From the start it was obvious that they knew how to do the job and how to do it right. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and ready to answer our questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of materials and with the excellent job done by PJ and Mike installing our windows.

All of the work done by Dreamstyle was excellent. There was a small but of confusion about scheduling, as I didn't hear from anyone about my project start date for a while. But once that was settled and the teams showed up, they did an awesome job on both the new window and stucco. I love both of the finished products, and look forward to when I can afford to replace the windows throughout my entire house. I wouldn't use anyone else!
