Adrian and Brian came on a Windy day and got one window in. Came back the next day at designated time and put in the other 10 windows. Very professional and friendly and got every window put in on 1 day. Windows are beautiful and sealed properly. Made a complete difference to my home.

I just got my step in shower finished today 11-11-2023 by Dreamstyle Remodeling. It was done by Gabriel H and Robert B. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job. I'm very happy. I highly recommend them. Vicki H.

Customer service was terrible. Called twice and was given another number. Called that number with no answer. Left a message with phone number for call back. Two weeks later still waiting.

Dreamstyle restuccoed our house for us, and we are just very, very pleased. The entire team -- Justin, Loretta, Eric, Joe and the crew -- worked together to help give us the best experience possible. They communicated clearly about the timeline, deliveries, etc., and they answered all of our questions quickly. The site was kept very clean, and they were so careful to protect windows, plants and our patios. They did everything we asked and more! And the final product just looks so fabulous. We are VERY happy!

I would like to say that Dreamstyle Remodelng did a fantastic job installing my windows. The installers, Rickey and his son did an amazing job. The attention to detail was top notch and the installers were very knowledgeable, professional, kind and very hard workers. No time was lost. When everything was finished, the installers cleaned up and made sure my blinds were reinstalled. I am very pleased to have used Dreamstyle.

Near perfectly. The only item that was unexpected was the security system line needed to be cut to install the door frame. It was left unconnected, as the installers were not allowed to work on alarm systems. I contacted the install team, explained my concern and was left with the understanding that the problem would be resolved after the stucco patching was done outside the front door. Filiberto and Erick were professional--thorough, competent and detailed--and they left with my respect for their work.

Heath a Senior Design Consultant explained all of the available options. He was polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. He explained that due to supply and demand their installations were happening in 6-8 weeks. Heath was able to arrange it so we could have an installation in 3-4 weeks. They came through and our installation occurred 2 week after signing the order. The installers, Max S. and Pablo A. arrived right on time, were professional, courteous, kept communication open, and did an outstanding job on the installation. They were neat and left the area thoroughly cleaned. We will definitely hire again for future remodeling needs.

Workmanship was very good with only one flaw discovered after the installers departed. Work is not complete at this time since we are waiting for the stucco to be painted and the metal guards to be reinstalled.

Installers Filiberto and Erick did a great job installing my windows and doors. They also built up a partial wall to install one of the doors and it looks great and works well. They were professional and left all the work areas clean.

Carlos and Moises were on time, professional, friendly and very efficient. You could tell they were organized and knew what they were doing. They completed the work a day early and it looks fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone as they are true to the motto "you get what you pay for".

Michael came over to quote the work. He was polite, friendly and very professional. I thought the price was a bit high but as I used Dreamstyle Remodeling to replace a number of windows in my home last year, and was pleased with the work, I went with them again for my patio door. Once the contract was signed, I waited several weeks for the door to come in. The installers, Adrian and Filiberto, came on time, were very considerate of my home and keeping the dust down, and finished the work in 2.5 hours! I was surprised at how quickly they worked and the quality of their work as well. The next morning, the stucco man arrived to finish the stucco around the door and that afternoon, the drywall guy came in the finish the area inside. Dreamstyle has this down to a science. Bring in the specialists in their area of expertise instead of trying to have one or two people do everything.

Jesse and James at Dreamstyle Remodeling were absolutely fantastic! They arrived at the house on time, set up the hot tub, talked us through the chemical needs and made sure the site was clean before they left. I highly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling!

The man who came to our home was completely rude and confrontational. Not only did he yell at us inside our home for 15 minutes but he walked out without providing us with any information. We haven't heard anything back from this company since that day. We are unsure what set him off other than the longer commute to come here or maybe because he thought we didn't have money since we reside in a duplex. Either way my wife and I were very put off by this company and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

The MOST dishonest company I have dealt with in Albuquerque. Liars, scammers. It took nearly 3 years of dealing with them to correct our stucco job. Finally hired a local GM to correct what Dream Style could not. DO NOT hire Dream style for any job. I was new to Albuquerque and had no idea, liked the one stop shop concept. Smoking mirrors hype, high pressure sales, lies. Battle every step of the way, low quality products, can't meet deadlines. three week job took over 6 months to finish. Full disclosure; I am in the construction business. DO NOT go to Dream style they only want your money and care less about meeting your expectations.

Absolutely the worst! three week project took over six months. NO quality control. Started without product being on site. Disrupted our life for 6 months. NO project management, NO scheduling! Ann, interior decorator was amazing. Past that; scammers, liars, high pressure salesmen who now nothing about the products or construction. Great showroom to get ideas, but DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! New to Albuquerque and didn't know any better, sunk $75k into home improvements that took three years to get right. Dream Style is a NO GO!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the folks I worked with at Dreamstyle of Albuquerque in making the selection of my Windows a truly pleasant experience. Leo and Billy were very professional and courteous installers and retrofitted our living room with two new windows quickly and precisely. I had done my own electrical work to prepare for the installation and they provided good feedback on minor shifts needed to accommodate one of the window frames. Left the space clean and ready for sheet rock. Highly recommended!

The job was completed in two days. The workers Sciul and Ruben were professional and extremely hard working. We are very happy with this purchase. Would recommend Dreamstyles again.

When it came to make the decision to purchase my wood stove Regina at the Santa Fe Dreamstyle office worked with me to correctly size the heater, then shortly after Clint, Paul, and Jessie set up a date that would work for me they showed up on time on the date set and installed a very clean and professional job and they took the time to explain the correct way to "break in the wood heater" Now I'm actually looking forward to a snowy winter.

From the looks to the seals these doors are worth the money. Not to mention the construction quality and install of the doors truly make us feel much more safe in our home. Definitely a great investment for our home. As for the installers, Carlos D. and Moises S. both are true top notch professionals, best in the business.

Review of our Dreamstyle shower remodel: Overall , we are very pleased with the total experience. Josh Nichtern was a competent and professional sales rep who explained options and details of what selections were available to us. Although I am less than enamored dealing with high polished sales folks, Josh helped us make the choices that ultimately led to a product I believe we will be happy with. The rubber meets the road when it comes to production and installation. Here is where I give my highest grade to Dreamstyle. The Production Manager, Russell Luna, came out initially and corrected/ensured measurements were correct for the installation. I appreciate the efficiency accuracy he demonstrated to ensure the job would be done correctly. When the installer came, I was surprised it was a single man operation. The installer, Gerardo Armedariz, was friendly and professional. He looked at the job site and did one of the most important thing a customer would like to hear. He turned to me and said, “I got this”. Ok…maybe that’s not important to some, but to me, it instilled confidence in who he was and the work he would be doing. Gerardo worked tirelessly for about 10 hours, without taking a noticeable break. He was competent in answering all my questions about ADA specs, and worked the project in a seamless fashion. His attitude was upbeat and he was very careful moving things in and out of our home. The completed job was incredible and you could tell he was a master craftsman. In a nutshell, you may a bit pay more going with Dreamstyle, but what you get is well worth it. I’m also confident that if any issues arise, they will be handled according to my needs.
