Description of Work: This is not the first time I have used them for a project and I will definitely use them again. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them for windows and doors.

Description of Work: They installed a patio cover. The product itself is great and the installers did a great job. The company was not easy to deal with; no return calls, slow in getting warranty info to us, salesman's voice mail full so we could not leave message, error in measuring, etc. Supposed to be lots of discounts but we could not get info on what those were. Invoice just said "all discounts applied". So I don't think we would probably use them again.

Description of Work: I did not use this window provider because of the rude salesman with disrespectful tactics. He was more interested in talking about himself than about windows. He did not provide written estimate and expected a commitment for a $20,000 job before he walked out the door, stating the price was only good if commitment made then and there.

Description of Work: The windows were installed in 2010 , we have 19 windows, the old windows were taken out |and replaced with the new ones. this anderson windows are amazing, no drafts, lower noise |levels. they respond very quick if there is any problem at all. we called on time about 1 of |the windows and the problem was taken care of. anybody in need of fantastic windows, also |sliding patio doors should call anderson widows

Description of Work: Renewal by Andersen did a great job of installing replacement windows in our two houses, and they have a great product. These were the third and fourth homes we've upgraded to Andersen windows. The best!

Description of Work: This company is amazing. They arrived on time, removed four old windows, installed the four new windows and cleaned up within say five to six hours leaving the place cleaner than before they started. I cannot say enough good things about this company and plan to use them when replacing two exterior doors.

Description of Work: This is our home; we want replacement windows to blend in. The patching and stuccoing job on these replacements were terrible. We've talked to them several times and they say they're sending someone out (usually, without an appointment so, one time, he jumped our fence and sent our dogs into a frenzy--resulting in our daughter calling the police because she didn't know what was going on outside). Nothing ever gets addressed and we have a stucco person who could easily match the color and do a neat job on the repair around the windows. They keep assuring us it will be taken care of to our satisfaction, but they haven't made any attempt to do anything about it for over a year.

Description of Work: They replaced 4 windows in my house. Everything was done very quickly and very well.

Description of Work: All together we have had 20 windows replaced in increments of 10. This report is for the last set of 10. The whole process has gone smoothly and efficiently. The installers were prompt, efficient and cleaned up after completely. The product is terrific and we have noticed a real difference in the temperature levels of the house. We will use this company again.

Description of Work: Removed circa 1976 leaky sliding window, enlarged the opening and installed new windows. The team was punctual, pleasant, patient, professional. Installation was clean, attractively executed. They had to get additional wood trim and didn't gripe or moan... really really refreshing. We're very happy.

Description of Work: They replaced most of our windows. The windows are airtight, easy to clean and work easily. I was surprised how high the replacement bottom sill was. It does make the window alittle bit smaller in glass area but I wouldn't go back to the old windows.

Description of Work: After several requests for an estimate where the company insisted that my spouse be here for the presentation ( and finally being told that they would make an "exception") the sales rep appeared and refused to do the estimate without my spouse as it is "company policy". He called the company and confirmed that he could not proceed even though he had driven over an hour and a half to get here. Had two other companies come out with no need to have spouse here. Ridiculous and very annoying policy

Description of Work: I had 10 windows and one French style patio door with interior oak framing installed.

Description of Work: I called them. Sales rep explained everything. Construction crew "sawzall'ed" my old windows out (fun to watch) and installed the new windows. Finishing crew made the outside look great. I am very happy with Renewal by Andersen

Description of Work: They installed the wrong door, then have been totally unresponsive to our request to remove the door, plus numerous delays in installing the correct door, till we finally had had enough. Sent letters on 15 Nov and 1 Dec. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

Description of Work: They replaced six windows with Andersen windows and the workmen did a very good job. They left the job site clean. They were friendly and courteous. The price is high for these windows. They look good and seem to be built to last.

Description of Work: It took several time of 3 different people coming out to the house to get the stucco texture and paint to look good.The last person to finish the job was Jose Maldonado he did an A++ job. I had 9 windows replaced.
