Description of Work: Very well done. Materials were expensive, but the quality was superb and the warranty takes care of any problems that might crop up. For example, a warped sash was replaced quickly and without charge. Well worth the price.

Description of Work: We had six windows replaced (2 in the guest room, 2 in our exercise room, and 2 in our craft room). One of the rooms had a leak from the old windows, and the Anderson representative included dry wall and stucco repairs in the cost of this total job. We were told when the windows were in, and these new windows have not leaked at all, and the workmanship (painting and stucco work) were excellent. You cannot tell what part of the exterior is the old or the new stucco. We had sliding doors replaced by Anderson 2 years ago, and they have come out twice to adjust them after my husband accidentally got it off the track. They have been very responsive when we've called on any of their windows or doors.

Description of Work: We had all windows replaced, and several weeks later 3 sliding doors and 1 french door replaced. Very professional. Expensive but well worth it. No problems with the instillation.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Renewal by Anderson. The first time was to replace a sliding glass door and install a storm door. That job was absolutely flawless. |This job was to replace some old sun beaten windows. |I can't say enough good things about the service you receive from this company... but here is a list of things you can always count on when you work with Renewal by Anderson: |1. Description of Work: $46000 of new windows and glass doors. Salesman sold us product that they didn't actually have. To companies's credit they made it right. Installation dates were a multi step process with multiple different crews involved. Nothing happened on time and care factor of some of the crews was low. I have direct comparison on similar product from Pella and the quality and service from Pella is much better.

Description of Work: The person came out to see the windows in my garage and started to show me their top of the line windows. I said you do realize this is a garage? He offered three colors and told me I couldn't get the brown that I wanted so I chose white and would paint them brown. The person who came to measure said of course I could get brown trim but when he contacted the first person was told there would be an additional charge. The price was already too high for any additional. The installing crew was very good and the quality of the windows seem good. I would use the measuring person and the installing crew again but not the estimator.

Description of Work: Replaced my last 2 windows, one being an odd shape. I have used Renewal over the past 3 years to replace all my windows and sliding glass door. Although they are expensive, I have noticed a significant reduction in my utility bills and the house is quieter. They are prompt, professional, clean up before they leave, and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows or sliding glass door

Description of Work: The two men that installed my windows were on time, pleasant and did and very good job as well as cleaning up afterwards. I had four windows replaced, but could not afford the sliding glass window. It will take me and very long time to pay this off.

Description of Work: VERY FRUSTRATING TO WORK WITH! NEVER GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. DO NOT RECOMMEND. |My husband and I signed a Design Agreement with Dreamstyle on April 25, 2015 for a master bathroom remodel design. We paid $500.00 and were assured that we would be provided with a final design that met our requirements and wishes. We had several design meetings with Mark Sames, a Design Consultant who is no longer working with Dreamstyle. The initial design presented to us did not reflect what we had discussed, so changes had to be made. Along the way, Mark made several suggestions that caused us to rethink the overall plan, so more changes were made. Then, when Mark quoted the remodel job, the quote was so ridiculously high (way out of the range that Mark had originally led us to believe the quote would be in), that we were forced to consider changes that would bring the cost down. A couple of the design meetings were a complete waste of time; we would expect to review revised designs, and Mark would tell us they were not yet available. The meetings required us to drive to Dreamstyle, a fair distance from our home. We became increasingly frustrated with the process, with how much time was passing, and the fact that we still didn't have either a final design that we were happy with. In late June, we had a productive meeting with an interior designer, and thought we were back on track, but then Mark and Dreamstyle stopped communicating with us. I called Mark's cell and work numbers multiple times, and I emailed him multiple times, with no response. It took 2 1/2 weeks for someone to finally call me and tell me that Mark had "suddenly retired." His replacement, Gregg, put together a revised design and came to the house on July 16th. The quote was sky high again, and so we asked for a list of all product selections so that we could determine where we could potentially make changes to bring the quote down. We gave Gregg a copy of the product selections that we had made up with the interior designer, and then never heard from him again. We have given up trying to deal with this company. Here we are, almost 4 months later, without a final design and a complete list of products and materials selected. We are left feeling that this company has no interest in going to contract on our remodel job. What a waste of time and money! UPDATE: 08/28/2015. Dreamstyle contacted me, spent time listening to the reasons we were dissatisfied, and refunded the design fee we had paid. I appreciate that the company took the initiative to reach out, demonstrated that they were willing to be accountable, and quickly took steps to provide a refund. Their recent actions provide a satisfactory resolution. Thank you, Dreamstyle!

All of the workers were professional and meticulous, and the got the job done more quickly and with less disruption than I had expected. I was very impressed and would hire them again.
