I like the guy named Jonathan who works there. He has been really, really helpful. I will use them again in the future.

I was very pleased, it was very good. When they first started they covered up my furniture and when they finished they washed the windows. They worked steadily and didn't take a lot of breaks like some people. They worked all day and came back the next day to finish whatever they had to do.

They cancelled the first appointment, then failed to call and rechedule. Two weeks later got another appointment at my initiative, but they didn't show. As with another reviewer's comment, they asked about my wife's name and availability no less than 5 times. I told them I was retired (wife works) and I would handle the job. My unwillingness to give them information about my wife and have her there during the estimating seemed to be a BIG problem for the them. Insulting and ridiculous sales approach. This is a substantial job that we are really going to do within next few months (not just looking) and they can't get over their scripted approach. Very unprofessional.

The installers were here on time as indicated and installed the doors in approximately ten hours. At one point they thought they would have to return, but stayed until the job was completed. The place was cleaned and overall the installation was fair; however, we have had to call several times for a dent we found in the door, screens which will not stay on track and a metal threshold they said could be installed to no avail. They state they will have someone call and this has not occurred leading to a lot of frustration and dissatisfaction. Their followup is very poor.

Unfortunately Anderson made a mistake when making the windows. Each of the double hung windows is 48" x 48", with the lower window being 18" and the upper window being 30 inches. The windows came upside down with the lower window being the larger pane. Anderson recognized this immediately and made it right. The new windows came in two weeks. We love the windows. They are smooth and easy to use. We intend to purchase several more in the upcoming year.

The sales guy was pushy..even my husband didnt like him The appt time after 6p wasnt convenient for us but they told us that's what we had to do!

They quoted $12,000 for 9 windows and a triple door in the back. We decided not to use them. They were very professional. The salesman was very professional and quite responsive. We know from the research we did that their product was very good but it was very expensive. He was right on time. I will probably not use this company in the future because their product is overpriced.

The project went exremely well. Each touchpoint (phone and in-person) was courteous and professional. The staff that came to the house (Matt the sales person, the measurer and the two installers) were all prompt, polite and respectful, clean and competent. The installers performed the task efficneitly, with no disruption to the house and cleaned up the minimal mess. I recently called to start the process again to replace the patio door - the manager took my call, immediately pulled my file, asked how everyone in the home was doing by name - and engaged from where we left off, asking what we wanted to do next - after thanking me for my business the first time. I plan on replacing all the windows eventually, and will definitely call this company. The product is exceptional and the company is terrific to deal with!

Only the installers get good marks. All other marks refer to the office staff. The woman who takes calls about orders was never in her office and didn't return phone calls. And they measured 3 times!!! I really regret the money I paid this company because I probably could have gotten as good a window from another company without all the grief and maybe for less money.
