Andersen window installers Michael Martinez and PJ Martinez installed my new windows. They arrived on time, were at all times professional and did an outstanding job. The cleanliness in which they performed the installation was next to none and their knowledge of the job at hand was exceptional. I have no problem recommending Michael and PJ. There is total satisfaction with the work they did for me.

Renewal by Anderson review- Had windows replaced today by Gabriel Moreno and Ruben Olivares with Renewal by Anderson. They did an excellent job, were neat, courteous, and very professional. They took the time to explain the window features, how to remove the screens, cleaning recommendations, etc. I would absolutely recommend these two gentlemen from Renewal by Anderson. I have seen R by A television commercials and was a skeptic when they stated "I love my windows", now I can relate to that commercial. Installers provided "superior" service, and our windows are gorgeous!! Our sales representative was not "high pressure " which we appreciated. He did make the effort to provide good service, but came up short. He did not give us a written itemized or individualized total for each window which I requested. The tax charged was incorrect by $83.00, when I brought it to his attention he indicated that he couldn't tell me what the individual itemization -which should include window cost,installation and tax would be because his spreadsheet is pre-set. When I gave him the tax information he said he couldn't make the change and upper management would have to make that change. I called their main office and their finance director was not available. Eventually- after several phone conversations with the rep. we were given a discount to correct the tax over charge, but still no itemization. Management needs to do a better job at training sales reps to provide better quotes. Quotes should be individualized!

Installation went great. Thomas and Steve arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. Matt arrived after to stain the door and finish the project. Everything was completed well and the area was cleaned up before they left. Door is beautiful and works great!

Dream Style performed everything that was promised to us from the beginning, from the sales person to all of the other people that were involved, including the hard working crew on both the stucco and the patio cover. Everyone showed up in a timely manner, and were considerate of this being our home and taking care with each details of both projects. They complied with all requests of the homeowner during the process and were extremely hard working and also knowledgeable of all aspects of both projects.

I was very impressed by PJ Martinez and Mike Martinez. They were prompt, polite, and very knowledgable about their products. They took pride in their work and made sure I was happy with the final product. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson!

Overall great experience. Everyone we dealt with was very customer focused. Bill, our Sales rep didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics, he was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, straight-forward and up-front. Steve and Thomas, our installers were very professional and kept everything neat and clean. New windows are great. We may add more windows and doors over time.

The initial "kitchen remodeling class" completed at the Dreamstyle showroom was excellent. We were shown videos of various kitchens and products along with meeting the Dreamstyle Remodel Team. The class gave us the opportunity to ask questions and get answers about our remodel concerns. We had previously worked with Dreamstyle in installing an insulated patio cover and two Renewal by Anderson sliding doors. Because of our positive experience with both of these projects, we decided we wanted Dreamstyle to do our kitchen remodel. In March we started the process when a salesman came to our home to look at the existing kitchen and discuss our expectations. He returned a few more times to measure and shared plans/blueprints with us. We met again with the salesman at the showroom to select materials: cabinets, countertops, sink, lights, etc. The materials were ordered which took about six weeks and work was started the first week of May. Our Lead Carpenter was excellent. He prepared the site inside and out to minimize dirt and dust. He was punctual, knowledgeable, detailed, and cleaned the work area (swept and organized tools) every afternoon before he left. He also updated us on the following days expectations. The Lead proved to be very patient in answering our questions in an easy to understand manner. At times other Dreamstyle staff assisted him with the project. They too were very professional and worked as a team. The project Supervisor visited often to assist in making sure the project was moving along in a timely manner and to check work quality. He made sure he talked with us to make sure we were pleased with the progress. The project was completed in approximately 15 days. We were delighted with the end product...our new kitchen is beautiful!

Overall, I'm very unimpressed with Renewal. The sales hype and marketing far eclipses the service delivery... The installation of five windows went okay, though the windows are not user friendly. A sixth window has improper color on an exterior panel - which the installers noted, but nothing has been done after repeated (4) attempts to get them to fix it. The installation of the seventh window was a nightmare - termite damage, structural repairs - to be sure not Renewals problem. Repairs have been done, but I'm still waiting for the paint crew to come finish, as promised by the construction manager. Been waiting for over a month. I'm definitely going elsewhere for the other 8 windows.

It went great. The installers (Andres, Gabriel, and Rubin) were excellent workmen. They called me to let me know exactly when they would show up and arrived on time. They covered everything that could have gotten dusty. They worked efficiently and rapidly putting all the windows in in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, both inside and outside. They were very clear about what would violate the warranty on the windows. They are always polite and courteous and were willing to answer all my questions. They pointed out the missing parts and arranged for them to be replaced. They individually adjusted the crank handles and walked through each window's operation. They sat down with me at the end of a long day and gave the final information on window maintenance. They finally asked if I had any questions. I thought this was a great experience. I should also mention that the salesperson (Josh Niochtern) was very informative and professional. I enjoyed working with him.

Jared and Clint delivered the spa and set it up in our backyard. They completed the wiring and installed the cover. They explained how to handle the necessary chemicals and put in the first weeks chemicals. They explained all maintenance and cleaning and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all packing materials. They were both very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did one **** of a job.

Installers were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and skillful. Salesperson was very helpful. We plan on having all of our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson. A+

Rep showed up. Said my wife had to be there also. He provided a price of over $9,000 to replace 6 windows and this was after the $250 discount per window. He asked me what I thought and after I picked myself up off the floor, I told him he was way over priced! Well, lo and behold he said he had another option that would bring the price down to around $6300 with not much difference in the windows. Told him I would call him back, I did call him back several days later and left him a voicemail asking him to provide a firm quote at the lower price and email it to me. After a week of waiting and not hearing from him, I signed up with Home Depot to have the exact same Andersen windows installed by them at a much lower price. I can only assume that the Renewal by Andersen rep. knew that I was not going to fall for his "new car salesman" tactics and didn't want to bother calling me back. I am very skeptical of companies that try to oversell and by that I mean overcharge you and see how you react to it. Please beware when dealing with them!

No one ever showed up. Terrible customer service

Details above. Wife was a witness! Later found out from several people in the community that their reputation is like this! How do they stay in business?

OK! However the wrong shower doors were ordered and they did not fit when they arrived. They reordered the doors but the installation was delayed for a week. I could not use the shower until the doors came in and were installed an additional two days. I was repeatedly assured that there would be an adjustment to my bill by Finance but it never happened. During the selection process I was told the tub color could be changed as I was attempting to match the color of the toilet to the tub. Unfortunately they install toilets but do not sell them. When I could not find a matching color I requested a different color tub and was told it would cost me an additional $216 for shipping. It was either agree or cancel the project and lose my deposit so I went ahead. While the workman were excellent the management of the project was poor and I needed to make several calls regarding the missing shower doors and the adjustment. After the bathroom was a complete I called three times and was told I would be contacted by Finance but it never happened. I believe something should be done to rectify this situation.

We’re just having some difficulty that the door is not locking. It’s still in the process to get them to come back and hopefully fix it. They were supposed to come out last week but we had an emergency and we had to cancel it and they haven’t gotten back to us to reschedule that yet. For what it is, the price is still high. Their service, in the sense of when they were doing stuff, it was really good but in the sense of them getting follow up, it’s not so good. Their responsiveness is really slow. When they say they are going to come, they’ve been pretty good on that. When they said they were going to be there, they were there. The installers, the guys were really nice and the guy that came and stayed.

The door was delayed a little while, and they had a different person come out and put it in. I really felt like they should have had the same person finish the job. Everything was fine. The first person was very friendly and explained everything.

Things went okay; they went good. Rocky start. They made good on everything that needed to be fixed and repaired and all. They did that very well. The only thing that my husband and I were talking about was that we were disappointed with their level of customer service, I guess, such as returning phone calls and following up. They are still working and will finish up the shower door this week and then the shower will be done. It started in July and through no fault of their own it has just been going on waiting for products and everything. It took and extra three weeks for the shower door to come in and we had a lot of rain so it took a few extra days for concrete to set up. Their professionalism and punctuality were very good. One technician I would give an A to. Another technician I would give a B and another technician I would give a B-minus. My wife was trying to be nice but after I have had time to look at this here is my final opinion. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. First the crew that came on day one was to tear out the old and do all the carpentry work. All they did was the tear out and they splattered slurry all over the bathroom walls outside the shower. They said the tile guy will do the carpentry work. The tile installer came and was at a loss. He said the first crew was responsible for this. When the tile installer called his boss he was told "Do the best you can". We over heard this conversation word for word. My wife called Dreamstyle and no one returned her call. I was shocked by such an unprofessional attitude toward us, the customer. The tile installer admitted he is not a carpenter. My fault for not stopping the job right there and then but my wife was very excited about getting her dream shower. The tile installer did all the carpentry work. He was right, he was no carpenter. Entry way was way out of plumb, uneven door threshold and he insisted he did not have to mud the wallboard seams. To me in all my years of doing carpentry work this is just wrong. When he got done with the tile install there were many mistakes. Grout job was sloppy. The very expensive marble tile mosaic had grout going over the tile, some of the marble tiles stick out much farther than the wall tiles,my wife wanted the threshold tile to cover the sides of the vertical tiles and he argued the point and did his way now that threshold tile is set in such a way that if you are not careful you will cut your feet, the drain was grouted in so it could not be removed to clean, the floor is uneven and appears wavy it also had water pooling and not draining. It now drains after having them come back out.There were several grouting misses some were fixed by using caulking in the same color but also it is now a darker brown which looks moldy. It is such a mess you would have to see it to believe it. The tile installer had to come back to fix these items. All he really was able to fix was the floor so the water would drain and cleaning up the grout around the drain. My shower door does not close properly because the way the jam was made and it is so far out of plumb. Globs of grout are still all over the grout lines. When we would call Dreamstyles it was difficult to get them to call us back. Our feeling is once they have a signed contract and deposit, they're not calling you back. When we finally were able to reach them they offered to install the shower door for free as an apology. Lets just say the door install was the same quality as the rest of the job. Dreamstyle is more of a nightmare fashion. This company is never to set foot on any of my properties again. If we had the money we would have it torn out and redone by real professionals or do it myself if I had the time. Has a back up history I gutted two house and rebuilt them. Both houses sold at a substantial profit and even the building inspectors claimed my work was better than most licensed contractors. My grandfather was right, if you want something done right then do it yourself.

This has been a NIGHTMARE! NOT a DREAM! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY for bathroom remodeling. They do not have a licensed plumber...the guy who hooks everything up also does the painting and drywall and tile. The tile work was so bad, a neighbor said it looks like a 10-year-old did it! They did not measure correctly for the tile; 4 people measured, and there was STILL not enough tile to finish the job. I signed a contract on March 23, 2015. They job started May 1, taking off the old tile, which was not in bad shape, but just looked dated. I was told this was a 4 or 5 day job. Today's date is July 21, 2015!!!!!! The job is STILL not done. The tile is crooked, and uneven. The grout is a mess....thicker is some places, and very sloppy. They made the shower stall 4 inches smaller....I had told them NOT to make it smaller. They threw away a $350 micro-static valve under one sink for instant hot water, because they did not know what it was. The new Jacuzzi tub had hot water on the RIGHT!! Now I discover that they did NOT put hardy backer concrete board under the new tile...just glued the new tile to the plywood on the counter and around the tub! So if that wood gets wet, the wood will expand and pop off the tiles!! Also...the drain cover is sealed and grouted so it cannot be removed easily to clean out when necessary. I have paid half of the total amount....there has been SO MUCH STRESS from this....I now feel they owe ME $$$$. Very very poor craftsmanship...and a lot of people who just DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

Services were great. Job made a big difference in homes appearance. they were prompt,the service men were very nice and very explanatory. On time very clean, cleaned up after themselves everyday. Every night everything was put back. Replaced tall windows could have been a big mess but it wasn't. they did as much as they could daily. They were great nothing bad to say worth every penny but very expensive.

We wanted some windows replaced and after reading the reviews on Angies?s List, I contacted Andersen Windows. We were more concerned with the level of service / quality of the product, than the price since we are part-time residents and in New Mexico for very limited periods of time so we could not afford people not holding their commitments. The salesperson, measuring specialist and installation crew all showed up on time and did a fine job. Each of these three steps required a separate trip and for us to be at the house. Our primary residence 600 miles away / a 10 hour drive each way, but we wanted the project completed. We thought we were well on our way to a successful installation based on the timely completion of the initial steps. Anderson Windows called on a Friday and said they would be out Monday between 11 and 12 to complete the stucco work. We had company from out of town that week and explained to them that we would have to stay at the house to complete the work, which they understood. I also explained to the gentlemen that he was calling our primary residence and should be calling the ABQ home, he said he would correct his phone numbers in his files. When no one showed up at the scheduled time on Monday, we called Andersen Windows to see what the problem was and talked to a member of the measurement team that basically blew us off. Later the same day we were contacted by the person that made the appointment, he never apologized for not calling and advising us of the problem, the disruption to our plans (they requested the date / time, we did not), Andersen did not have the required supplies to complete the stucco repairs and did not know when they would. Wednesday the same scheduler called our primary residence once again and left a message that they would like to complete the work on Thursday. I called back and reminded him again that he should be calling the ABQ home since I was 600+ miles away. Monday had said he would correct the phone numbers in his file, but obviously had failed to do so. He also said he had left a voice mail message for us, which was not accurate. We seemingly made an error when we paid for the entire job after the windows were installed and not waiting until the stucco work was completed. The installation crew also insisted on taking the customer evaluation form with them even though we had not filled it out since the work had not been completed. Although this project had a strong start, the lack of effective communication and completion of the stucco work as promised, disrupted our limited time in NM and that of our guests and its impact could have been minimized had Andersen Window executed the task as committed.

It was amazing. From beginning to end, they stayed on top of everything. They were very involved. They made sure that we knew exactly what step of the process that we were in. If we had any questions or concerns about our order, they're very responsive in making changes and helping us find financial assistance if we needed it.
