I recently had my kitchen and bath remodeled by DreamStyle and wanted to post a review. Since I am not on Angie's list, Yelp or Google I thought I could send my review directly to you. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the work and the outcome of remodel, an A+ job. Matt Mossman was our initial contact with DreamStyle and stayed with us throughout the project. Matt was wonderful to work with. He was very customer focused; I felt from the beginning that he was there to make sure everything went well. Matt was my primary point of contact whenever I had questions or a problem came up. We developed a trust with Matt and knew early on that the Dreamstyle was the right company to do the work. Orlando was the supervisor and came out to observe the work on several occasions. I was very pleased with his responsiveness. He was always quick to get back to me when I had a question. It was clear he wanted the work to be done right and to my standards. The workman on the job included George, Dave, and Marty. I was pleased with the quality of their work. It was clear that customer service was important to each of them. They answered my questions and kept me informed about the work they were doing. If I had any concerns it was very easy to speak to them and they would make sure to address them. Dave installed all the tile and built the new shower and his work was absolutely stunning, a real craftsman! Please pass my thanks on to Matt, Orlando, Dave, George and Marty for all that they did to make our home remodel look so beautiful. Tell them how pleased Kathy, my wife, is with their work. I would not hesitate to select Dreamstyle again when I have future home improvements project. Thank you. Tom

WIndows are too new to tell if they help out with the heating bill. Appearance is good. Was not told that the windows would be thicker than the ones already in. Window sills are much smaller & I am unable to use the custom blinds that I had already been using. This made this little project turn in to a much bigger one! Not only are the windows expensive....but the blinds are also! As for the install.....the workers were prompt, friendly & professional. Two issues.....I was asked where I wanted them to put the existing alarm wires (wrap around the sill or have them drill a hole in the wood sill). I chose drill a hole. Upon completion...the hole was somewhat drilled and the bottom frame of the window was notched out to feed the wire thru. I am not happy with their notching the frame, as I'm getting a wireless alarm system......now I will have cut & notched frames to patch somehow. Also, the window in the Mstr Bedroom appears to be in crooked. The sill & inside frame is smaller on one side & gradually gets a bigger. About 1/4" off. No explanation for this, and noticable to my untrained eye.

Just had a Blaze King gas fireplace insert installed to replace my old, leaky one. I love it! It not only looks modern and sleek it actually provides significant heat so I can turn off my house system and still be toasty. I especially appreciated Jared, Clint and Paul, who did my installation. They were polite and efficient - but not rushed - and spent time to explain the operation of the remote and answer any other questions I had. The only reason I didn't give my review five stars is that communication with the scheduling department was poor. It took several weeks to get the unit from the factory and while this is understandable, I wasn't informed of a time frame. I had to call more than once to get a call back.

Except for initial confusion over the quoted contract price, the installation and final result were sensational. We would like to commend Jesse, Carlos, Fernando and Adam for their exceptional skill. They were professional, courteous, punctual and a joy to work with. We are happy to recommend this team and would consider them for future work.

The time frame that was given was accurate to the point. They arrived at 8:30am and we expected them to stay at least 2 days to replace twelve windows. Leon and Thomas were very professional and their work was immaculate. We couldn't believe how fast and clean the work was being done. The work was down in 5 hrs. It had taken me a long time to replace my windows since I've been a single mom for many years. I just knew that replacing them would not only mean a total outlook for my house but I'd be saving money on my utilities. Energy saving is very important in this day and age. I love my windows and expect in the near future to replace my sliding door. I recommend using Renewal by Andersen to anyone who is serious in replacing not one but all their windows. Exceptional work done, very pleased!

Salesman Jacob Tryon came by just to give an estimate at our request. His was very knowledgeable of what we had, and what we needed. He gave us a very professional presentation, and we decided right then to install new windows. We discussed all the financing options, selected one, and did the paperwork on the spot. Done! Now we just had to wait for installation. We didn't have to wait long. We were contacted on the phone, and via mail as to when the installers would arrive. They scheduled three days. The three installers arrived exactly on time. They went right to work and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. We had Rene', Leo, and Jesse doing the work. They installed 20 windows the first day! That only left two doors to do the next day. Again, the next day they arrived on time and wasted no time finishing the entire install. I have to say, I'm overwhelmed at the professional way these three gentlemen went about their job. Very professional, and the quality of work was beyond our expectations. The results are absolutely superb! I wish I'd known how good the results would be sooner, and we would have installed much sooner. The results are magnificent. I would recommend Anderson to anybody without hesitation.

Gabriel and Ruben performed excellent work. Job was finished in a timely manner and a debris was cleaned up.

All appointments from start to finish were kept as promised, and on time, too. The installation was fast, extremely efficient and one by real professionals. I would never hesitate to recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling. And we thought the price was very reasonable.

THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON PREPARATION AS WELL AS CLEANED UP DAILEY. THE FOREMAN (ANTONIO GONZZLES) FOLLOWED UP ON A DAILY BASIS AND WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD). ANTONIO PAID VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE FINE DETAIL

The installation took about 45 minutes. The installers Jared and Clint we very professional they made sure everything was covered before cutting the holes into the ceiling. When they were done they went through all the proper procedures to start using our wood-burning stove. Recommend them to anyone.

Our experience was a positive one from start to finish! The salesman arrived on time and was very thorough. From that point on everything went exactly like it was explained to us. Leo and Rene were our installers and they did a very impressive job!! We will definitely request the two of them for our next set of window replacements!!!!

Our experience with Dreamstyle Stucco was stellar! From start to finish, the communication with their staff was excellent. All the work was performed in a professional, timely manner and their crew's stucco craftsmanship and skill were amazing. Everyone took great care on our property and with our landscaping during the work. We changed the color of our stucco and they matched our choice perfectly. The stucco on our house now looks better than it did brand new! Their onsite project manager Antonio was a true pleasure to work with as were all the folks at Dreamstyle that we came in contact with. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I can say our experience with Dreamstyle was the best it could be.

We just had french doors installed this morning. The installers were great all around and professional. They put up with our dogs, and did a very neat job. The stain painter came later and also did a superb job. I didn't give them 5 stars because the last time it was scheduled they didn't check the doors and opened up the box at our home and one door's glass was shattered so we had to reschedule and we were having a big party that we wanted them done for. They should check the products before driving out here to Santa Fe from Albuquerque.

Rene and Leo installed a frosted Anderson window for us today. They were neat, quick and respectful of our home. The picture window looks great- and the area was perfectly clean afterwards. They went over post remodel information with me afterwards. We will be asking for them on the next window!

didn't have work done due to expense

Poor. The house visit for an estimate took almost 2 hours. The representative had poor knowledge of stucco products and the process for ripping out and replacing windows in a house that has a stucco exterior. If you are going to ask for 40,000 to 50,000 on the spot, you might want to bring a portable printer, and do something more than scribble lots of different numbers on a piece of blank architectural paper. I've done lots of home projects on my own as well as hire a plethora of contractors, so I write this review with lots of experience. I have seen more professional quotes on a small plumbing job. The rep almost seemed surprised that we wouldn't write a check on the spot. When we asked him to write up the estimate and send via e-mail, he also seemed perplexed but agreed. It has been 4 days since the home visit and no response. The product is certainly solid, but just realize your are paying way more than it is worth to have one company come through and do all the installation and repairs. With the amount they spend on advertising, the cost of the service would have to be higher to make up for all the advertisement. There are other options, so if you don't like the hard sell tactic or paying top dollar, look else ware for your replacement windows. They will take your e-mail address and add you to their advertisements without asking your consent to receive these e-mails. If you only want to call one contractor and don't care what you pay, this would be the one to call for window replacement.

The products are beautiful and of great quality. We also received amazing customer service and responsiveness to our questions.

Four Seasons Sunrooms, a subsidiary of Dreamstyle Remodeling did an outstanding job. From the first visit when we signed the contract to have construction begin to the final inspection, everything went very smoothly. We are so pleased with the job Frank, Ruben and Omar did. They were prompt and courteous and answered all our questions. We loved that they cleaned up the debris and mess that was made and our yard was immaculate when they left. Very trustworthy. Did what they promised to do.

The install process was done at the time scheduled. Jared and Clint were very efficient and professional in the install process and provided adequate time to instruct us regarding the use and care of this Jacuzzi.

There was a problem when the doors arrived. They had not told me the inside would come unpainted. They told me they would match my windows. PJ and Michael Martinez came to install the doors. They were very pleasant and informative. They were given a job to do and they did it perfectly. PJ called the installation boss, he came over, set up a date for painting the inside of my doors. I think the order was botched but I accepted their alternative plan. PJ and Michael were excellent. They worked the whole day, cleaned up perfectly, and were very impressive young men. Maybe they should be promoted!!!!They even called me back about a couple of things that needed to be corrected. Pleased with the installation.

We received a flyer in the mail from Renewal by Andersen and took them up on their offer to have new windows installed in our home. The sales rep came by the house at the scheduled time and we talked about the new window installation and he worked up the numbers and we was very happy with the pricing. The installation crew came a few weeks later and installed all 16 new windows in one day and cleaned up all of the debris. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and we love our new windows! Thanks Renewal by Andersen!

Excellent. Jared and Clint were outstanding. Hard working, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Our purchase was the same with Lee at Heatsourse Fireplace & Grills. He did everything he said he would and the so far so has the fireplace. Thanks Guys RS

The two workers arrived on time, and went to work immediately, first, to remove the old window, which had a broken seal and torn screen, and second, to install a new window and screen. They worked steadily, inside and out, and did a beautiful job. The materials looked superior to the old window in every way. The color was perfect. They even installed a new ledge inside, with coating for protection from rain damage. This window opens from top or bottom, and releases to the inside for easy cleaning--an innovative design!
